Definitions
- the invention is directed to a snap closure in the preamble Art specified by claim 1.
- a snap fastener has a multi-part die part with an insertion hole Housing for the male part.
- one is off elastic material existing sliding plate arranged, the forked and with their two plate legs in a common channel the housing is guided.
- the plate legs are in sections with divided into different widths and have a locking section, where the plate legs are smaller than a closing head of the Male part is formed. This marks the locking section the sliding plate.
- This locking section also leaves one elastic spreading movement and is therefore also a coupling section, around the locking head of the male part through the insertion hole in the housing to be able to introduce.
- the sliding plate is under the effect of a Spring and can be inserted until a large distance between the plate legs reach the insertion hole and pull them out axially of the male part.
- the two plate legs are the same length and support each other their thigh ends on both sides of an angular projection in the housing. Slide into the housing when pushing in the sliding plate the two ends of the legs on the mirror image inclined to each other Sides of the angle and spread the two plate legs in the locking section so far apart, until the closing head they attacked of the coupled male part from the housing of the female part can be pulled out.
- the two plate legs are in transition connected to the common actuation end by a circular arc, which increases the width of the sliding plate and the spreading elasticity the leg ends improved. This broadened transition limits the extension of the sliding plate and requires a correspondingly expanded Channel in the housing.
- the invention has for its object a snap fastener to develop the type mentioned in the preamble of claim 1, which can be manufactured more cheaply and is reliable Locking distinguished. This is according to the invention by the in the license plate of the measures set out in claim 1, the following is of particular importance.
- the one plate leg is extended and in itself cranked.
- This plate extension forms the longitudinally elastic spring, which ensures an extension force of the sliding plate.
- the channel walls in the housing of the die part can be the sliding plate lead and do not require any lateral expansion, as in the stand of the technique. It is therefore possible to simply have the housing channel parallel-walled form, because then the whole housing is made of pourable or pressable material, such as plastic, can be formed.
- the die part of the snap fastener according to the invention consists of only two parts, namely a one-piece housing and a two-legged sliding plate.
- the snap fastener is after of the invention from a die part 20, which on a first carrier 50 is attached, and a male part 10, which is attached to a second support 40 sits.
- the two push button parts 10, 20 serve to choose to hold the two carriers 40, 50 together or from each other to solve.
- the two push button parts 10, 20 have each other complementary male or female domed surfaces 11, 21.
- the dome surfaces 11 of the male part 10 are, as shown in FIG. 5, in a closing head 12 and a cross-section in contrast offset locking neck 13 structured.
- the dome surfaces 11 sit over a shaft 15 in the present case on an end flange 16 which for Attachment of the male part 10 on its carrier 40 is used.
- the embodiment is carried out via a welded connection 17 of the flange underside with the top 41 of the carrier 40.
- any other fastening measures can also be used
- Attachment of the male part 10 to the carrier 40 can be used, e.g. B. rivets, which are placed from the underside 42 of the carrier 40 and Z. B. attack on flange 16.
- Notch nails can also be used be inside the male part, for. B. in the area of provided in the shaft 15 axial bore are anchored.
- the die part 20 consists, as from the individual part drawings in Fig. 1a to 2b can be seen from two components 23, 30, namely one Housing 23 on the one hand and a slide 30 which is longitudinally movable therein on the other hand.
- the housing 23 could indeed consist of two assemblies that can be assembled together Halves of the housing can be composed, but it is more advantageous As the exemplary embodiment in FIGS. 1 a and 1 b shows, the housing 23 train in one piece.
- the housing 23 is on the front side 51 of the Carrier attached, for which an additional component in the present case, namely, the counter-holder 43 shown in FIGS. 3a and 3b, which after Kind of a mother. It is understood that for attachment of the die part 20 on the carrier 50 any other known fastening method could be used.
- the housing 23 initially has an insertion hole 24 in the form of a axial bore, in which the male-shaped dome surfaces for coupling 11 of the male part 10 in the sense of the insertable arrow shown in FIG. 4 18 are introduced. Crosses this insertion hole 24 a channel 25 embedded in the housing, which for guiding the slide 30 serves.
- the guide channel 25 opens out with a slot 26 a side surface 27 of the housing which determines the circumference of the housing. After assembly, this slot protrudes, as can be seen in FIG. 4, the slider 30 with an end piece 37, on which a widened Handle 38 is located.
- the assembly of the two components 23, 30 is carried out in the following way.
- the slide 30 is plate-shaped, however, there is a projection 39 and, for better grip, also the handle 38 on one side out of the plate level.
- This Projection 39 is a backdrop on an inner surface of the guide channel 25 29 assigned to the, after the assembly of the sliding plate 30 Leadership serves. The assembly is done simply by the sliding plate 30 with his to be described in more detail, lying in front of the end piece 37 Plate section through the side slot 26 in the sense of in 2a recognizable assembly arrow 19 is inserted. Because in the present If the sliding plate 30 is made of a flexible material, such as plastic, there is, the projection 39 and the backdrop 29 act like one Snap connection together.
- the projection 39 has one 2a apparent run-up slope 49, caused by elastic deformation of the projection 39 itself and / or the housing wall through the slot 26 snaps through and snaps into the scenery 29.
- Desired disassembly of the sliding plate 30 from the housing 23 can its projection 39 is opposite to the ramp 49 Fig. 2a have visible inclination surface, which for a mounting movement 19 pulling the sliding plate 30 in opposite directions out of the channel 25 permits.
- the sliding plate 30 is theirs End forked into two plate legs 34, 35. These plate legs 34, 35 are at their mutually facing edges with a certain Provide profile, which divides it into two sections 31, 32.
- a spring 36 which strives to them to keep in the starting position shown there, which from even closer for explanatory reasons hereinafter referred to as "clutch position" shall be.
- the spring 36 namely causes one by the force arrow 46 of FIGS. 4 and 6a apparent spring force.
- the matrix-shaped dome surfaces assigned to the male part 10 21 of the die part 20 are in the section 31 of the sliding plate 30 arranged, which therefore hereinafter referred to briefly "coupling section” shall be.
- This coupling section 31 has the actual matrix shape Closing opening 22 by the profiled inner edges 21 of the two plate legs 34, 35 is generated. Between the two Leg edges 21 have a small clear width 65 according to FIG. 2b.
- One plate leg 35 is extended and this extension forms at the same time the spring 36 described above.
- the spring 36 is thus with the Slider 30 formed in one piece and uses the elastic properties of the material used to manufacture it, such as a plastic.
- the spring 36 consists of a V-shaped lying in the plane of the plate Cranking. In the case of assembly, as shown in FIG. 6a, the free end is supported this V-spring 36 on the easiest formed by the channel floor itself Inner surface 28 from.
- the sliding plate 30 is by means of a handle 38 in the direction of the arrow 56 in the housing 23 pressed in, against the action of the spring force already mentioned 46.
- the spring 36 is deformed accordingly.
- the mentioned projection 39 seated on the sliding plate 30 comes to the inner end its case-side backdrop 29 to lie.
- this decoupling position is the slide 30 with the adjacent section which can be seen in FIG. 2b 32 in axial alignment with the insertion hole on the housing side 24.
- this section 32 there is a release opening 33, the clear opening width 55 larger, but at least equal to the aforementioned, 5 shows cross section 54 of the closing head 12 of the male part, which can be seen in FIG 10 is formed.
- This section 32 is therefore intended as a "release section” be designated.
- This expanded release opening 33 will through a correspondingly expanded profiling of the two described above Plate legs 34, 35 formed.
- a passage 62 Between the opening there 22 and the release opening 33 on this side there is a passage 62, through which during the pushing-in movement 56 of the sliding plate 30 the closing neck 13 from the male part 10 to that shown in FIG. 6b Position moves.
- the male part inserted according to FIG. 4 is indicated 10 without special effort from the die part 20 in the sense of arrow 48 can be pulled out freely. Therefore the position 6b referred to as the "uncoupling position" of the sliding plate 30 become.
- the die part is attached 20 on the carrier 50 by means of a counterholder shown in FIGS. 3a and 3b 43.
- the counter-holder 43 is an annular body, which is in the axial direction in a plate 44 with numerous pointed, axial projections 58 and a non-circular section to be operated by a tool is structured in the form of an external hexagon 45.
- the counterhold 43 is axially penetrated in the manner of a nut by an internal thread 47.
- the housing 23 of the die part 20 has one with an external thread 57 provided axial extension 59, which in the attachment case with the Nut thread 47 of the counter holder 43 can be screwed.
- the housing 23 comes with its lower surface on the front side 51 of the carrier 50 to lie.
- the counterholder 43 is the Carrier backside 52 unscrewed with its tapered protrusions 58 penetrate into the material of the carrier 50. Even the bottom surface of the housing 23 can, as FIG.
- FIG. 1c shows, with corresponding pointed teeth 61, which in the case of attachment in analog Penetrate from the carrier face 51 into the carrier material.
- the pointed projections 58 and / or teeth 61 are intended to hold the counterhold 43 in its screw-on position on the threaded shoulder 59 of the die housing 23 secure.
- FIGS. 7a and 7b An alternative embodiment 20 'of the die part is shown in FIGS. 7a and 7b shown.
- the associated male part is designed analogously to FIG. 5 and has a closing head 12, the outline of which is dash-dotted in FIGS. 7a and 7b is indicated.
- the die part 20 ' has one to the previous one Embodiment 20 of the matrix part largely analogous structure.
- the housing 23 ' has a circular, in Fig. 1 by dashed lines clarified housing circumference 78, on which one here is ring-shaped Rotating handle 66 is rotatably mounted.
- the housing 23 ' has an insertion hole 24 'for the male part, which is why it is larger in diameter than the mentioned closing head 12 is formed by the male part.
- This Insertion hole 24 ' passes through the guide channel also provided here 25 ', which diametrically crosses the housing 23' and for receiving a modified sliding plate compared to the first embodiment 30 'serves.
- This sliding plate 30 ' is also, following its actuating end 37 ', forked into two plate legs 34', 35 '.
- These plate legs 34 ', 35' are profiled in an analogous manner and can be inserted into the locking section 31 'and the release section 32'.
- the one plate leg 35 ' is extended and also forms a spring 36' here is located on an inner surface 70 of the rotating handle 66, where the rotary handle 66 closes the guide channel 25 '.
- This too Sliding plate 30 ' therefore under the action of an extension force 46'.
- the two plate legs 34 ', 35' close between them, in sections 31 ', 32', a large clear width 55 'or a small clear width 65'.
- the rotary handle 66 has an inner profile facing the sliding plate 30 ' 67 to 69, which in the present case is arrow-shaped and two edges 67 converging in a tip 69, 68 determined.
- This inner profile 67 to 69 thus has a concave shape.
- This Inner profile 67 to 69 is an outer profile 75 to 77 at the end of the actuation 37 'assigned to the sliding plate 30.
- the two tips 69, 77 are expediently rounded.
- the edges 67, 68 and 75, 76 are straight in the present case, however, they could also have a different curvature.
- the outer profile 75 to 77 of the sliding plate 30 'could be in one opposite Fig. 7a, 7b other height level, where the rotary handle has its corresponding inner profile 67 to 69. It is not required to design both profiles 67 to 69 and 75 to 77 of the same shape; there may also be different profiles here.
- the outer profile is 75 to 77 from the outer edges formed, which lie in the plane of the plate and the sliding plate 30 'in Limit extension direction 46 '.
- the storage of the rotary handle 66 could be in separate axial areas of the housing 23 'happen.
- the rotary handle 66 could be from one Ring segment exist. In the present case, however, it exists how was already mentioned at the beginning, from a complete ring that the Encloses housing 23 'on all sides in a peripheral region 21. In places but has the rotary handle 66 ring segments 71, 72 which between generate the above-described inner profile 67 to 69. With these ring segments 71, 72 the rotary handle 66 projects at least in some areas into the guide channel 25 'of the housing 23'. So that too the channel opening of the guide channel 25 'located there is closed.
- Fig. 7a the starting position of the rotary handle 66 is present, which thereby is characterized in that the sliding plate 30 'with its outer profile 75 to 77 form-fitting in surface contact on the inner profile 67 to 69 of the Rotating handle 66 is present.
- the spring force 46 ' is therefore a defined longitudinal position of the sliding plate 30 'in the guide channel 25 'before; the coupling section 31 'is in axial alignment with the housing insertion hole 24 '.
- the associated inner profile 67 to 69 will of course also be related of the outer profile 75 to 77 of the sliding plate 30 'rotated.
- Fig. 7b shows the arrowhead 77 moves from the slide actuation end 37 'on the segment edge 67 of the rotary handle 66 and is around the distance marked 63 in Fig. 7b shifted.
- the sliding plate 30 ' is thus pushed inwards against its spring force 46' and thereby the spring-effective leg extension 36 'is compressed.
- the release section 32 ' with the insertion hole 24 'of the housing 23' aligned. It is the release position the sliding plate 30 '.
- the rotational position shown in Fig. 7b can be by internal end stops be defined. These end stops can be from areas, for example the sliding plate 30 'or consist of parts inside the housing 23 'be formed.
- the pushing force acting on the sliding plate 30 ' 46 'could also be generated by a separate spring, the not, as in the present case, in one piece with the sliding plate 30 ' is trained.
- the formation of the rotary handle 66 could be any Have shape and z. B. on the view side on the housing 23 'of the die part 20 'may be arranged. In this case, you could use the human hand is provided with a diametrical rib on the rotating handle his.
