Claims (8)
- Couche lithographique pour blanchet d'impression comprenant un matériau thermoplastique à base de polyuréthane, caractérisée en ce que dans ce matériau est incorporé un copolymère d'éthylène vinyl acétate (EVA) pour lui conférer un caractère polaire assurant un transfert maximum d'encre d'impression de cette couche sur le papier.
- Couche lithographique pour blanchet d'impression comprenant un matériau thermoplastique, caractérisée en ce que ledit matériau est à base de copolymère éthylène-propylène dans lequel est incorporé un copolymère d'éthylène vinyl acétate (EVA) pour lui conférer un caractère polaire assurant un transfert maximum d'encre d'impression de cette couche sur le papier.
- Couche selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que dans ledit matériau thermoplastique sont inclus au moins des charges minérales et/ou organiques telles que par exemple du silicate de magnésium, des alumino-silicates ou des oxydes métalliques utilisés séparément ou en mélange et des plastifiants tels que par exemple ceux du type ester ou polymérique.
- Couche selon les revendications 1 et 3, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend pour 100 parties en poids de polyuréthane, jusqu'à 20 parties en poids de copolymère d'EVA, 0 à 30 parties en poids de charges et 0 à 10 parties en poids de plastifiant.
- Couche selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins un pigment pouvant constituer jusqu'à environ 2 parties en poids pour 100 parties en poids de matériau thermoplastique.
- Couche selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que sa surface possède une composante polaire à l'eau comprise entre environ 0 et 20 mJ/m2, une composante polaire au formamide comprise entre environ 0 et 20 mJ/m2, et une composante polaire au diméthyl sulfoxyde sensiblement égale à la composante polaire au formamide.
- Couche selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que la composante polaire à l'eau est comprise entre 5 et 15 mJ/m2 et la composante polaire au formamide est comprise entre 0 et 10 mJ/m2.
- Blanchet ou manchon d'impression intégrant au moins une couche lithographique selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7.
