Claims (9)
- Dispositif de pressurage, notamment pour le raisin, comprenant un bâti (10), deux colonnes (14) verticales, des moyens de pressage (16) notamment comprenant un vérin (32) dont le corps (34) est fixé à une traverse (30) solidaire des colonnes et dont le piston (36) porte un plateau de pressage (38), des moyens (44) pour manoeuvrer le vérin, un plateau fixe (24) en vis à vis du plateau mobile, un bac (26) de recueil des liquides reposant sur le plateau fixe, une cage (40) munie de trous, prévue pour recevoir le raisin, disposée sur le bac, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens mobiles de protection (18) périphériques à la cage et des moyens de manoeuvre (58-66) de ces moyens mobiles de protection, au moins en translation.
- Dispositif de pressurage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens mobiles de protection comprennent un écran (48), coaxial à la cage (40).
- Dispositif de pressurage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens de verrouillage (52) interposés entre la cage (40) et l'écran (48).
- Dispositif de pressurage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens d'introduction d'un gaz inerte à l'intérieur des moyens de protection (18).
- Dispositif de pressurage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de manoeuvre des moyens de protection comprennent un motoréducteur (56), une poulie menée (58) et des poulies menées (62) et des courroies (60) ainsi que deux vis (64) et des douilles (66) prévues pour coopérer avec les vis, lesdites douilles étant solidaires des moyens de protection (18).
- Dispositif de pressurage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de manoeuvre des moyens de protection comprennent un vérin hydraulique ou électrique, un ensemble de poulies et des câbles de liaison du vérin avec les moyens de protection (18).
- Dispositif de pressurage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'écran (48) est transparent.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens (46) de commande des cycles de pressurage programmable préalablement ou sur le site même de pressurage.
- Dispositif de pressurage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bâti comprend des roues en sorte de le rendre mobile.
