Abstract
Description
- une rotation excessive du manche empoigné par l'opérateur pour transmettre l'action d'essorage ;
- une amplification excessive, par l'intermédiaire de la cinématique, pour la course du rouleau d'essorage avec, pour conséquence, une force moindre applicable lors du pressage ;
- un manque d'uniformité de la pression d'essorage de la bande à franges ou serpillière entre le début et la fin de la bande à franges ou serpillière, avec une dégradation de la qualité de la prestation lors de l'emploi suivant de la bande à franges ou serpillière lors du nettoyage ;
- un risque élevé de traínée de la bande à franges ou serpillière vers le bas, due au rouleau lors de sa course utile d'essorage, par suite d'une absence de la progressivité de l'action de pressage.
Claims (8)
- Essoreuse pour des bandes à franges ou serpillières, comprenant un panneau presseur à mouvement de translation parallèle, dépourvue de fond pour permettre aux bandes à franges ou serpillières de la traverser pour pouvoir être plongées dans le liquide contenu dans un seau sous-jacent, caractérisé en ce qu'elle est constituée d'une structure sensiblement cubique (parallélépipédique), sans couvercle et sans fond, et dont la paroi opposée à la paroi d'appui (2) est réduite à une traverse (16) située en partie basse, elle comporte un panneau mobile (5) qui est poussé contre une surface de la paroi d'appui (2) en exerçant une pression parallèle et horizontale, le panneau d'appui (5), au repos, étant incliné de manière à fournir une plus grande largeur pour l'introduction des bandes à franges ou serpillières complétées de la structure support associée, elle est actionnée, pour la mise en mouvement du panneau presseur mobile (5), par une cinématique comprenant un manche de commande (10) pourvu d'une poignée (11) pour la préhension par l'opérateur, ce manche étant solidaire, par l'intermédiaire d'un moyeu (9), de l'extrémité d'un arbre (8) tournant entre des paliers (13,13') creusés sur les parois latérales (3,3'), deux bras de levier (7,7') solidaires de l'arbre rotatif (8), deux bielles (6,6') dont les têtes sont articulées sur les extrémités des bras de levier (7,7') et dont les pieds sont reliés à la zone centrale de l'arrière du panneau mobile (5) en le soutenant à la manière d'une genouillère, elle présente, sur chacune des parois latérales (3,3'), deux fentes (4,4') dans lesquelles coulissent des tétons (12,12') solidaires des flans du panneau mobile (5) et elle comporte des coiffes anti-projection (15,15') appliquées sur l'extérieur des parois latérales, en regard des fentes (4,4'), et une feuille plane (21) appliquée sur l'extérieur de la paroi d'appui perforée (2) et assumant une fonction anti-projection .
- Essoreuse pour des bandes à franges ou serpillières suivant la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce qu'elle est dépourvue de fond.
- Essoreuse pour des bandes à franges ou serpillières suivant la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que la paroi opposée à la paroi d'appui est réduite à une traverse (16) située à la partie inférieure.
- Essoreuse pour des bandes à franges ou serpillières suivant la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce qu'elle est structurée de manière que le panneau presseur mobile (5), au repos, soit situé à distance de la paroi d'appui (2) de manière à délimiter un espace suffisant pour le passage et la traversée, du haut en bas, non seulement de la bande à franges ou serpillière mais encore de leurs supports du type à structure articulée pliable et à pinces de serrage.
- Essoreuse pour des bandes à franges ou serpillières suivant la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que la cinématique pour la mise en mouvement du panneau mobile (5), constituée de manivelles (7) et de bielles (6) et de l'arbre rotatif (8), est dimensionnée et montée d'une manière appropriée sur les parois latérales (3,3') de manière à produire une ample translation du panneau mobile (5) sans exiger une rotation du manche de commande (10) supérieure à la normale.
- Essoreuse pour des bandes à franges ou serpillières suivant la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que les fentes (4,4') qui sont formées dans les parois latérales (3,3'), sont situées, configurées et dimensionnées de telle façon que le panneau mobile (5), dans sa position de retour, demeure incliné de façon à augmenter la grandeur de l'embouchure supérieure.
- Essoreuse pcur des bandes à franges ou serpillières suivant la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce qu'elle est dimensionnée de manière à avoir une hauteur suffisante pour permettre le pressage des bandes à franges ou des serpillières, entre la paroi d'appui (2) et le panneau mobile (5), en une seule fois ainsi qu'en deux ou plusieurs fois comme cela est le cas avec les essoreuses normales de bandes à franges ou de serpillières.
- Essoreuse pour des bandes à franges ou serpillières suivant la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce que les tétons (12) solidaires des flancs du panneau mobile (5) se trouvent en retrait par rapport à la position de la surface active du panneau mobile (5) de manière que soit exclue la possibilité de voir des parties filandreuses de la bande à franges ou serpillière s'insérer entre les tétons (2) et les fentes de guidage (4).
