Abstract

Le dispositif comporte des barrettes de support (3) des extrémités libres de baguettes (2) disposées de part et d'autre de l'ouverture supérieure d'un sac (1). Selon l'invention, les extrémités des barrettes (3) de support présentent des mortaises (15) pour des tenons (4) disposés sur les extrémités libres des baguettes (2) des sacs (1), lesdits tenons (4) sont constitués par au moins deux parois verticales parallèles entre elles et en ce que les mortaises (15) des barrettes (3) présentent une cloison longitudinale médiane sur laquelle les parois verticales du tenon viennent s'engager avec jeu en position de service.

Description

Dispositif d'accrochage d'un sac amovible muni de baguettes sur un chariot d'achats ou une poussette de marché
L'invention concerne l'accrochage de sacs amovibles sur des supports roulants tels que les chariots d'achats, que les magasins mettent à la disposition de leurs clients, ou les poussettes de marché, qui sont la propriété de leurs utilisateurs.
Dans sa demande de brevet français n° 10-55481, le demandeur a décrit un chariot emboîtable dans lequel les moyens de support des sacs amovibles sont constitués par un arbre longitudinal s'étendant avec une légère pente entre les montants arrière et l'extrémité avant du châssis sensiblement au niveau du brancard de manœuvre, ledit arbre portant à chacune de ses extrémités une traverse horizontale et, entre ses extrémités des barrettes intermédiaires. L'arbre, les traverses et les barrettes forment des plans de support pour les extrémités de baguettes rigides disposées sur au moins deux bords opposés de l'ouverture supérieure de sacs amovibles.
Cependant, ce mode de réalisation des moyens d'accrochage des sacs sur le chariot présente l'inconvénient de requérir de l'utilisateur une attention particulière lors de la mise en place des sacs, pour assurer leur positionnement correct. De plus, les secousses et autres heurts auxquels les chariots sont soumis au cours de leur utilisation, aussi bien à l'intérieur des magasins que sur les aires de stationnement, sont un facteur important de désolidarisation des chariots et des sacs, surtout lorsque ces derniers sont vides ou peu chargés. De même, le fléchissement et/ou la rotation des baguettes sous le poids de la charge des sacs peut également être un autre facteur de désolidarisation des chariots et des sacs.
La présente invention vise à remédier à ces inconvénients et à procurer des moyens d'accrochage de sacs amovibles, sur les chariots du type précité, qui assurent une mise en place instinctive et sûre des sacs en position et leur maintien correct pendant l'utilisation du chariot qui les porte.
Avantageusement, le système d'accrochage selon l'invention peut être également appliqué à l'accrochage des sacs de poussettes de marché. L'invention a donc pour objet un dispositif d'accrochage d'un sac amovible muni de baguettes sur un chariot d'achats ou une poussette de marché du type comportant des barrettes de support des extrémités libres de baguettes disposées de part et d'autre de l'ouverture supérieure d'un sac. Le dispositif selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que les extrémités des barrettes de support présentent des mortaises pour des tenons disposés sur les extrémités libres des baguettes des sacs, en ce que lesdits tenons sont constitués par au moins deux parois verticales parallèles entre elles et en ce que les mortaises des barrettes présentent une cloison longitudinale médiane sur laquelle le tenon vient s'engager avec jeu en position de service. Les dimensions relatives de l'écartement entre les parois parallèles verticales d'un tenon, de la largeur d'une mortaise et de l'épaisseur de sa cloison médiane sont telles que le jeu entre les deux pièces est suffisant pour assurer une adaptation par simple gravité d'un tenon sur la mortaise tout en limitant la possibilité de rotation de la baguette sous contrainte au cours du chargement du sac. Ainsi, le sac peut être mis en place sur ses supports par l'utilisateur de manière instinctive sans qu'il ait à développer une attention ou des efforts particuliers, il suffit qu'il le présente en position d'ouverture au-dessus des barrettes. Et le risque d'un dégagement intempestif du sac en cours de chargement est évité par la limitation de la capacité de rotation des tenons dans les mortaises des barrettes.
Selon un mode de réalisation avantageux, la cloison longitudinale médiane d'une mortaise est constituée en deux parties définissant entre elles un espace de réception pour une cloison transversale disposée entre les parois verticales parallèles d'un tenon.
De préférence, les tenons sont réalisés sous forme de cavaliers présentant une ouverture longitudinale dirigée vers le bas.
Selon un autre mode de réalisation avantageux, au niveau de l'espace de réception de la cloison médiane, une mortaise présente sur chacune de ses parois latérales opposée un picot, coopérant avec des évidements pratiqués dans les faces externes adjacentes du cavalier d'un tenon.
Selon un autre mode de réalisation avantageux, chaque tenon est relié à une extrémité d'une baguette par une garde verticale coopérant avec la face verticale de la barrette dans laquelle débouche la mortaise dans laquelle il est mis en place.
Les tenons des baguettes selon l'invention peuvent être fabriqués d'une seule pièce avec les baguettes qui les portent ou être fabriqués comme pièces indépendantes rapportées aux extrémités des baguettes lors de la fabrication ou de la mise en service des sacs. Selon un mode de réalisation préféré, les baguettes sont constituées par des pièces en forme de bandes minces dont l'arête supérieure est prolongée à chaque extrémité par une portion de tige formant tenon.
Les baguettes selon l'invention sont intégrées aux bords supérieurs de l'ouverture d'un sac amovible par tout moyen approprié tel que rivetage, agrafage, couture, soudure ou autre, leur faible épaisseur leur permet de n'occuper qu'un volume très faible n'affectant pas le repliement du sac lorsqu'il n'est pas utilisé tout en assurant une fonction de raidisseur de l'ouverture du sac en position ouverte participant à une mise en place instinctive du sac, à une bonne qualité d'accrochage et à un dégagement très aisé.
Avantageusement, chaque baguette est constituée par une tige cylindrique portant un tenon à chacune de ses extrémités et la pièce en forme de bande mince est d'une longueur inférieure à celle d'un gousset de l'ouverture du sac dans lequel ladite baguette est montée. Cette disposition permet, lors de la mise en place de la baguette dans le gousset du sac qui la reçoit, de refermer l'ouverture du gousset le long des arêtes verticales de la bande par tout moyen idoine tel que des points de couture, un thermo soudage, ou un collage. On assure ainsi que la baguette ne puisse pas se déplacer à l'intérieur du gousset ou que le gousset ne puisse pas froncer sur la baguette.
Selon un mode de réalisation avantageux, l'arête supérieure des baguettes est en forme de tige plus épaisse que le reste de la bande. Cette disposition, outre qu'elle renforce la rigidité des baguettes, permet à celles-ci de faire fonction de poignée de préhension lorsqu'elle est combinée avec des fenêtres pratiquées à cet effet dans les bords supérieurs d'un sac équipé de telles baguettes.
D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de l'invention ressortiront de la description qui va suivre d'exemples de réalisation non limitatifs de l'invention, en référence aux dessins annexés dans lesquels :

- La Figure 4 bis est une vue partiellement en coupe montrant les deux baguettes d'un coté d'un sac accroché sur une barrette ; - La Figure 5 est analogue à la Figure 1 d'un deuxième mode de réalisation d'un sac amovible conforme à l'invention;
- La Figure 6 est une vue générale en perspective de l'avant d'un premier mode de réalisation d'un chariot d'achats muni de sacs amovibles comportant le dispositif d'accrochage selon l'invention; - La Figure 7 est une vue générale en perspective de l'avant d'un deuxième mode de réalisation d'un chariot d'achats muni de sacs amovibles comportant le dispositif d'accrochage selon l'invention;
- La Figure 8 est une vue générale en perspective montrant une poussette de marché munie du dispositif d'accrochage de sacs selon l'invention.
Comme on le voit sur la Figure 1, le dispositif d'accrochage selon l'invention comporte des baguettes, par exemple deux, disposées de part et d'autre de l'ouverture supérieure d'un sac (1), lesdites baguettes (2) étant destinées à coopérer avec des barrettes (3) solidaires d'un support roulant tel qu'un chariot d'achats ou une poussette de marché, tels que représentés sur les figures 6, 7 et 8.
De plus, on note que chacune des extrémités d'une baguette coopère avec une barrette de support différente.
Dans l'exemple représenté sur la Figure 1, le sac (1) est un contenant parallélépipédique rectangle réalisé dans une matière souple, (tissu, matière plastique, toile enduite, cuir ou autres) de manière à être facilement repliable sur lui-même lorsqu'il n'est pas utilisé afin de pouvoir être rangé en occupant un minimum de place. Avantageusement, les panneaux formant les parois verticales et le fond du sac (1) peuvent être doublés de plaques de renfort disposées avec un léger écartement entre elles. Cet agencement particulier facilite la mise en forme et le repliement du sac.
Le long du bord supérieur de ses deux grands cotés, chaque paroi verticale est munie d'une baguette (2) qui s'étend sur toute la longueur dudit bord supérieur et fait saillie de part et d'autre dudit bord pour se terminer en formant des tenons (4) pour des mortaises (5) présentes sur les barrettes (3) et qui seront décrites plus en détail ci-après. Dans l'exemple de réalisation représenté, les baguettes (2) montées le long des cotés de l'ouverture du sac (1) par enfilement dans des goussets (6) formés par des ourlets réalisés à l'extrémité supérieure des panneaux formant les grands coté su sac (1). Elles pourraient en variante être réalisées de manière à chevaucher les bords supérieurs du sac sur lequel elles sont montées, ou être fixées soit sur une paroi externe, soit sur une paroi interne.
Comme on le voit mieux sur les Figures 2 et 2 bis, chaque baguette (2) est constituée par une tige cylindrique (7) portant un tenon (4) à chacune de ses extrémités et une pièce en forme de bande mince (8) d'une longueur inférieure à celle d'un gousset (6) de l'ouverture du sac dans lequel ladite baguette est montée. Ainsi, les bords du gousset (6) peuvent être fermés le long des arêtes verticales de la bande mince (8), par couture, thermo soudage ou collage, assurant une tension du gousset (6) sur la bande mince (8), à la manière d'une baleine, et empêchant le déplacement de la baguette (2) par rapport au sac (1) ou le froncement du gousset (6) le long de la baguette (2). Cette disposition particulière est également visible sur l'arrachement partiel de la vue de la Figure 1. Près du milieu des bords supérieurs des grands cotés du sac (1) sont fixées des anses souples (9) pour la préhension du sac. Dans l'exemple de réalisation représenté, on voit que les anses sont fixées à l'intérieur des goussets (6) à travers des fentes pratiquées dans la partie supérieure interne des cotés du sac (1) auxquels les baguettes (2) sont fixées. Sur les Figure 2 et 2 bis on voit que les extrémités des baguettes (2) sont conformées en tenons (4) en forme de cavaliers dont l'ouverture (10) est dirigée vers le bas. Une cloison transversale (11) est disposée dans l'ouverture d'un tenon (4), sensiblement au tiers de la longueur dudit tenon à compter de son extrémité libre. Des évidements (12) sont pratiqués dans les faces externes du tenon (4). Ils s'étendent sur pratiquement la moitié de la longueur du tenon à partir de son extrémité libre et sur toute sa hauteur.
De préférence, la baguette (2) est fabriquée par moulage d'une matière plastique telle que le polypropylène.
Sur la Figure 3, on voit qu'une barrette (3) se présente comme une pièce de forme générale parallélépipédique allongée dont la face supérieure (13) se raccorde aux faces verticales (33) par un congé convexe (14). La longueur d'une barrette (3) correspond à celle d'un petit coté du sac (1). A chacune de ses extrémités, la face supérieure de la barrette (3) présente deux mortaises (15), disposées en regard l'une de l'autre. Dans l'exemple de réalisation représenté, les deux mortaises sont réalisées comme une gorge unique s'étendant sur toute la largeur de la barrette (3). La gorge (15) est séparée en deux espaces par une cloison verticale médiane (16) interrompue près de ses deux extrémités pour former un espace (17) de réception pour une cloison transversale (11) disposée entre les parois verticales parallèles d'un tenon (4). On voit également que, au niveau de l'espace de réception (17) de la cloison médiane (16), une mortaise (15) présente sur chacune de ses parois latérales opposées un picot (18), coopérant avec des évidements (12) pratiqués dans les faces externes adjacentes du cavalier d'un tenon (4), comme cela est visible sur les figures 4 et 4 bis.
De préférence, les barrettes (3) sont moulées dans une matière plastique telle que le polypropylène sous forme d'un profilé en U fermé à l'une de ses extrémités libres. Chaque barrette présente sur sa face supérieure, près de ses extrémités une gorge définissant avec la cloison médiane (16), les (espaces (17) et les picots (18) deux mortaises (15) de réception des tenons (4) d'extrémité des baguettes (2). Chaque barrette (3) peut ainsi recevoir un sac (1) de chaque coté. Dans l'exemple représenté la gorge est continue d'un bord à l'autre de la barrette (3), les deux mortaises (15) étant communicantes entre elles. En variante, elles peuvent être séparées l'une de l'autre, la gorge étant interrompue à proximité immédiate de l'espace (17) de la cloison médiane (16) au voisinage des bords opposés de la barrette (3). La Figure 5 illustre un mode de réalisation alternatif d'un sac (1), dans lequel, de manière en soi connue, les baguettes (2) font également fonction de poignées de préhension du sac. A cet effet, le sac (1) présente sensiblement au milieu du bord supérieur de ses deux grands cotés une découpe qui forme avec l'arête (7) de la baguette (2) une fenêtre (19) par laquelle l'utilisateur peut passer sa main pour manipuler le sac.
La Figure 6 montre l'application du système d'accrochage de sacs amovibles décrit en relation avec les figures précédentes à un chariot d'achat à sacs amovibles dans lequel les moyens de support des sacs amovibles sont constitués par un arbre longitudinal (20) s'étendant entre les montants arrière (21) et les montants avant (22) du châssis sensiblement au niveau du brancard de manœuvre (23), ledit arbre (20) portant à chacune de ses extrémités une traverse horizontale (24, 25). De part et d'autre de l'arbre longitudinal (20) les traverses (24, 25) sont équipées de barrettes (3). Entre les traverses (24, 25) l'arbre (20) est en outre équipé d'un troisième jeu de barrettes (3). L'ensemble définit quatre alvéoles de réception pour quatre sacs (1) munis de baguettes (2). On voit également sur cette Figure 6, un cinquième sac (1) disposé sous le brancard de manœuvre (23) grâce à deux barrettes (3) fixées sur la face arrière de la traverse arrière (25). La Figure 7 montre l'application du système d'accrochage de sacs amovibles décrit en relation avec les figures précédentes à un chariot d'achat à sacs amovibles dans lequel les moyens de support des sacs amovibles sont constitués par un arbre longitudinal (20) s'étendant en porte-à-faux entre les montants arrière (21) et l'avant du châssis sensiblement au niveau du brancard de manœuvre (23), ledit arbre (20) portant à chacune de ses extrémités une traverse horizontale (24, 25). De part et d'autre de l'arbre longitudinal (20) les traverses (24, 25) sont équipées de barrettes (3). Entre les traverses (24, 25) l'arbre (20) est en outre équipé d'un troisième jeu de barrettes (3). L'ensemble définit quatre alvéoles de réception pour quatre sacs (1) munis de baguettes (2). de même que dans l'exemple de réalisation de la Figure 6, le chariot représenté sur la Figure 7 est équipé d'un cinquième sac (1) disposé sous le brancard de manœuvre (23) grâce à deux barrettes (3) fixées sur la face arrière de la traverse arrière (25). La Figure 8 montre l'application du système d'accrochage d'un sac amovible muni de baguettes décrit en relation avec les figures précédentes à une poussette de marché. Le châssis de la poussette est constitué par un cadre métallique (26) muni à sa base de deux roues latérales (27). Sur ce cadre (26) sont articulées deux parois latérales formées par un fil (29) qui intègre en partie basse un pied de support (30) et qui reçoit un plan de support inférieur (28) également articulé sur le cadre (26). Le cadre (26), les parois latérales (29) et le plan de support inférieur (28) sont ainsi repliables lorsque le sac amovible (1) est retiré. En partie supérieure le cadre est prolongé vers le haut par une poignée de manœuvre (31). Au niveau du bord supérieur du cadre (26) deux barrettes (3), s'étendant vers l'avant parallèlement l'une à l'autre sensiblement jusqu'au plan de délimitation vertical avant du plan de support (28), sont fixées sur les bords supérieurs des parois latérales (29). Les barrettes (3) définissent avec le cadre (26) et le plan de support (28) une alvéole ouverte de réception d'un sac (1). Avantageusement, le cadre (26) est muni d'un volet supérieur (32) qui assure sa fermeture du sac (1) pendant le transport.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Dispositif d'accrochage d'un sac amovible muni de baguettes sur un chariot d'achats ou une poussette de marché du type comportant des barrettes de support des extrémités libres de baguettes disposées de part et d'autre de l'ouverture supérieure d'un sac, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités des barrettes (3) de support présentent des mortaises (15) pour des tenons (4) disposés sur les extrémités libres des baguettes (2) des sacs (1), en ce que lesdits tenons (4) sont constitués par au moins deux parois verticales parallèles entre elles et en ce que les mortaises (15) des barrettes (3) présentent une cloison longitudinale médiane (16) sur laquelle les parois verticales du tenon viennent s'engager avec jeu en position de service.
2. Dispositif d'accrochage d'un sac amovible selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les tenons (4) sont réalisés sous forme de cavaliers présentant une ouverture longitudinale dirigée vers le bas.
3. Dispositif d'accrochage d'un sac amovible selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la cloison longitudinale médiane d'une mortaise (15) est constituée en deux parties définissant entre elles un espace de réception (17) pour une cloison transversale (11) disposée entre les parois verticales parallèles d'un tenon (4).
4. Dispositif d'accrochage d'un sac amovible selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, au niveau de l'espace de réception (17) de la cloison médiane (16) , une mortaise (15) présente sur chacune de ses parois latérales opposée un picot (18), coopérant avec des évidements (12) pratiqués dans les faces externes adjacentes du cavalier d'un tenon (4).
5. Dispositif d'accrochage d'un sac amovible selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que chaque tenon (4) est relié à une extrémité d'une baguette (2) par une garde verticale coopérant avec la face verticale (33) de la barrette (3) dans laquelle débouche la mortaise (15) dans laquelle il est mis en place.
6. Dispositif d'accrochage d'un sac amovible selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les tenons (4) sont fabriqués d'une seule pièce avec la baguette (2) qui les porte.
7. Dispositif d'accrochage d'un sac amovible selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les baguettes (2) sont constituées par des pièces en forme de bandes minces dont l'arête supérieure est prolongée à chaque extrémité par une portion de tige formant tenon (4).
8. Dispositif d'accrochage d'un sac amovible selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les baguettes (2) sont intégrées aux bords supérieurs de l'ouverture d'un sac amovible par tout moyen approprié tel que rivetage, agrafage, couture, soudure ou autre.
9. Dispositif d'accrochage d'un sac amovible selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'une baguette (2) est constituée par une tige cylindrique portant un tenon (4) à chacune de ses extrémités et en ce que la pièce en forme de bande mince est d'une longueur inférieure à celle d'un gousset de l'ouverture du sac (1) dans lequel ladite baguette est montée.
10. Dispositif d'accrochage d'un sac amovible selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'arête supérieure des baguettes (2) est en forme de tige plus épaisse que le reste de la bande.
