Definitions
- the area of wringers for fringed belts or mops, for wet floor cleaning, is extensive and varied.
- the function of the bottom wall is generally to connect the two side walls and the front wall to provide the structural strength sufficient for the wringer but it meets still an operational requirement.
- the bottom wall constitutes a support and reception plane for the fringed strip or mop to allow wringing, in one action, of the fringed strip or mop, even if the latter has a longitudinal extension much greater than the height of the front wall.
- the bottom wall is perforated to allow, during the spinning of the fringed strips or mops, the outlet of the liquid with which they are impregnated.
- the rinse aid is separated from the liquid dirty from spinning and the wringer is mounted on a bucket with two bins or it is mounted on a container suitable for collecting dirty spin water, a second container being available and containing clean water.
- a second container being available and containing clean water.
- the strip with mops or mop which is introduced into these wringers can pass underneath, passing through them that it joins the underlying liquid and is submerged for rinsing.
- the fringed strip or mop is extracted from the liquid and lifted up to the useful height remaining inside the wringer and it is then wrung out.
- the operator can thus perform a quick rinse and easy to mop or mop to get rid of of the coarsest particles of dirt in the liquid, and it can then spin.
- the object of the invention is to solve all the problems and disadvantages mentioned above while at the same time improving the possibilities which could exist in previous wringers.
- the subject of the invention is a wringer which is provided with a mobile pressure panel with parallel translational movement, acting against a flat bearing wall, and which is devoid of background.
- the height of both the movable panel and of the support wall is substantially equal to the entire the extent of the mop or mop strips to be wrung. The stroke of the control stick which is actuated by the operator, is reduced although it determines a large translation of the mobile presser panel.
- the rotation oscillating of the handle determines the rectilinear displacement mobile panel alternative using kinematics at cranks and connecting rods produced according to known principles but appropriately sized and located one timely manner in the structure.
- the side walls have two guides of suitable shape so that the movable panel, at the end of its passive stroke of back, tilts by enlarging the opening in part superior to provide a larger entrance and space for inserting the fringed strip or mop.
- the pins attached to the mobile spin panel which are applied to its blanks and which slide in the guides mentioned above, are in a parallel recessed position compared to the previous active panel. That way when the fringed strip or mop is pushed in front of the movable panel, against the front support wall, the pins do not intervene. This avoids, during the phase of pressing, jamming due to possible insertion of the wires of the fringed strip or mop between the guides and the nipples, with consequent deterioration of the strip to fringes or mop itself.
- a first advantage of the wringer according to the present invention is due to the high uniformity of the spinning of the surface of the fringed strip or mop, practically on all of it, without accumulation in the lower part (for due to the absence of the bottom) and without the fringed strip or mop is not moved down as this happens with roller dryers.
- a second advantage of the wringer according to the present invention is that it presents, at the end of the return stroke of the mobile spin panel, a large entry mouth for the fringed strip or mop which must be introduced and a satisfactory passing light for the strip to be fringes or mop that must go through it to have access to the underlying container of the liquid intended for its soaking and rinsing.
- a third advantage is due to the fact that rinsing and the subsequent spin of the fringing strip or mop has place during a single immersion and lifting and this, with great ease of introduction of the fringed strip or mop and another great facility positioning and holding the fringed strip or mop during spinning.

Abstract
Description
The area of wringers for fringed belts or mops, for wet floor cleaning, is extensive and varied.
On the market there are currently multiple various models of wringers for fringed strips or which are distinguished from each other, in particular particular, by the adoption of various wringing systems of the fringed strip or mop and by the way manual operator action is transmitted to the element mobile which particularly produces the compression action of fringed bands or mops.
It is possible to identify elements common to the majority of such wringers such as, for example, the presence a bottom, two side walls in which are housed the bearings for the shaft intended to receive the movement of rotation of a lever actuated manually by the operator and pass on such an action, through more or less complex kinematics, to the mobile element which press the fringed strip or mop, from a front wall of the movable spin element against which is squeezed and wrung out the wet mop or strip, moving element.
The function of the bottom wall is generally to connect the two side walls and the front wall to provide the structural strength sufficient for the wringer but it meets still an operational requirement. In fact, the bottom wall constitutes a support and reception plane for the fringed strip or mop to allow wringing, in one action, of the fringed strip or mop, even if the latter has a longitudinal extension much greater than the height of the front wall. The bottom wall is perforated to allow, during the spinning of the fringed strips or mops, the outlet of the liquid with which they are impregnated.
Usually the rinse aid is separated from the liquid dirty from spinning and the wringer is mounted on a bucket with two bins or it is mounted on a container suitable for collecting dirty spin water, a second container being available and containing clean water. There is cases in which the separation between the two liquids and we use a single container, preferring to have more liquid.
In both cases, when the wringer is devoid of bottom, the operator is forced, after having plunged the strip mops or mop in the liquid intended for rinsing, to lift the strip with mops or mop, barely soaked, with the structure that supports it, above the upper edge of the wringer to bring it down then, introducing it inside for spinning.
To carry out another rinsing, it is still necessary to lift the mop or mop over the wringer and immerse it in the liquid from the adjoining tank. Of such operations of lifting the fringed strip or mop, to immerse it in the rinsing water, then of elevation to extract it and after that of lowering to inside the wringer a lot of times for the person who performs the cleaning, causes fatigue not negligible. Other disadvantages of these successions of operations are due to water flowing by itself from the strip with mops or mop barely extracted from the liquid which risks wetting the operator, with the obvious consequences in case the liquid contains a any aggressive detergent, also with the risk of wet the handle next to the control lever to spinning, which must be entered by the operator, making it dirty and viscous. Finally, the possible drainage of the liquid on the surrounding soil can compromise the result of cleaning perfect, mainly for the final drying phase. A remedy for such disadvantages has been envisaged by means bottomless spin dryers fitted with a pressure roller, bearing surface against which the roller acts, which can be curved or flat.
In these wringers, if they are devoid of bottom, the strip with mops or mop which is introduced into these wringers, can pass underneath, passing through them that it joins the underlying liquid and is submerged for rinsing. For spinning, the fringed strip or mop is extracted from the liquid and lifted up to the useful height remaining inside the wringer and it is then wrung out.
The operator can thus perform a quick rinse and easy to mop or mop to get rid of of the coarsest particles of dirt in the liquid, and it can then spin.
- une rotation excessive du manche empoigné par l'opérateur pour transmettre l'action d'essorage ;
- une amplification excessive, par l'intermédiaire de la cinématique, pour la course du rouleau d'essorage avec, pour conséquence, une force moindre applicable lors du pressage ;
- un manque d'uniformité de la pression d'essorage de la bande à franges ou serpillière entre le début et la fin de la bande à franges ou serpillière, avec une dégradation de la qualité de la prestation lors de l'emploi suivant de la bande à franges ou serpillière lors du nettoyage ;
- excessive rotation of the handle gripped by the operator to transmit the spinning action;
- excessive amplification, through kinematics, for the stroke of the spin roller with, as a consequence, a lower force applicable during pressing;
- a lack of uniformity in the wringing pressure of the mop or mop between the start and the end of the mop or mop, with a deterioration in the quality of the service during the next use of the mop with mops or mop when cleaning;
- a high risk of dragging the strip with mops or mops down, due to the roller during its useful wringing stroke, due to an absence of the progressiveness of the pressing action.
To partially solve the aforementioned problems some builders while maintaining the simplicity of the construction of the bottomless wringer, have planned to decrease the useful spin stroke. This however resulted that, to cover the entire extent of the band to fringes or mop, you must perform at least two phases successive spin cycles with a notable loss of time for the operator.
The object of the invention, object of the present application for patent, is to solve all the problems and disadvantages mentioned above while at the same time improving the possibilities which could exist in previous wringers.
The subject of the invention is a wringer which is provided with a mobile pressure panel with parallel translational movement, acting against a flat bearing wall, and which is devoid of background. In addition, the height of both the movable panel and of the support wall is substantially equal to the entire the extent of the mop or mop strips to be wrung. The stroke of the control stick which is actuated by the operator, is reduced although it determines a large translation of the mobile presser panel.
In the wringer according to the present invention, the rotation oscillating of the handle determines the rectilinear displacement mobile panel alternative using kinematics at cranks and connecting rods produced according to known principles but appropriately sized and located one timely manner in the structure.
Still in the wringer according to the present invention, the side walls have two guides of suitable shape so that the movable panel, at the end of its passive stroke of back, tilts by enlarging the opening in part superior to provide a larger entrance and space for inserting the fringed strip or mop.
The pins attached to the mobile spin panel, which are applied to its blanks and which slide in the guides mentioned above, are in a parallel recessed position compared to the previous active panel.
A first advantage of the wringer according to the present invention is due to the high uniformity of the spinning of the surface of the fringed strip or mop, practically on all of it, without accumulation in the lower part (for due to the absence of the bottom) and without the fringed strip or mop is not moved down as this happens with roller dryers.
A second advantage of the wringer according to the present invention is that it presents, at the end of the return stroke of the mobile spin panel, a large entry mouth for the fringed strip or mop which must be introduced and a satisfactory passing light for the strip to be fringes or mop that must go through it to have access to the underlying container of the liquid intended for its soaking and rinsing.
A third advantage is due to the fact that rinsing and the subsequent spin of the fringing strip or mop has place during a single immersion and lifting and this, with great ease of introduction of the fringed strip or mop and another great facility positioning and holding the fringed strip or mop during spinning.
All that has been stated above clearly results from examination of the attached drawing boards.

On voit
prolongement 17 de la paroi latérale 3.Figure 5 is a perspective view from the top of

Figure 6 is a representation similar to that of

On voit
extrémité par la poignée 11.Figure 7 shows the wringer in perspective

Figure 8 is a representation similar to that of
figure 7 and it differs from the latter only by the addition

On voit également
On
On
Figure 11 shows in section the
de l'essoreuse.FIG. 12 represents in section the
Figure 13 and Figure 14 are representations
corresponding to those of FIGS. 11 and 12, the
à pince 26 avec une serpillière à franges associée 27.Figure 15 and Figure 16 are representations
corresponding to those of FIGS. 11 and 12, all of

From the previous description, made with reference to drawing figures, highlights the great utility of innovation offered by the wringer according to the present invention which revolutionizes a method previously used, reducing the fatigue and washing times.
Variants and improvements that can be considered a posteriori, naturally fall within the scope of the request patent.
