Abstract
Description
- l'axe est monté de manière pivotante sur le support fixe et se subdivise en au moins deux tronçons d'axe dont l'un au moins est excentré par rapport à l'autre ;
- la douille comporte un alésage formé par au moins deux trous oblongs disposés sensiblement dans le prolongement l'un de l'autre et recevant, chacun, l'un des tronçons d'axe.
Claims (12)
- Ferrure d'articulation, notamment un support d'angle, pour porte, fenêtre ou analogue (2), comprenant un support fixe (5) rapporté sur le cadre dormant (4) et sur lequel est monté un axe (6) destiné à être engagé dans une douille (16) équipant un support mobile (15) solidaire de l'ouvrant (3), caractérisée par le fait que :l'axe (6) est monté de manière pivotante sur le support fixe (5) et se subdivise en au moins deux tronçons d'axe (20, 21) dont l'un (20) au moins est excentré par rapport à l'autre (21);la douille (16) comporte un alésage formé par au moins deux trous oblongs (18, 19) disposés, sensiblement, dans le prolongement l'un de l'autre et recevant, chacun, l'un des tronçons d'axe (20, 21).
- Ferrure d'articulation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la section transversale (23, 24) d'un trou oblong (18, 19) est ajustée à la section circulaire (25, 26) du tronçon d'axe (20, 21) qu'il est destiné à accueillir.
- Ferrure d'articulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée par le fait que les trous oblongs (18, 19) sont orientés l'un par rapport à l'autre de telle sorte que leurs directions longitudinales (27, 28) soient orthogonales.
- Ferrure d'articulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comporte des moyens de commande en rotation (29) de l'axe (6).
- Ferrure d'articulation selon la revendication 4 dont l'axe (6) est monté sur le support fixe (5) à l'aide de moyens d'articulation (7) sous forme d'une rotule définie par une tête sphérique (8) ménagée à l'extrémité inférieure (9) de l'axe (6) et venant se loger dans une cage à rotule (10) solidaire dudit support fixe (5), caractérisée par le fait que les moyens de commande en rotation (29) de l'axe (6) se présentent sous forme d'un usinage (30) ménagé au niveau de l'extrémité inférieure (9) de cet axe (6), sous la tête sphérique (8), pour la réception d'un outil passant par une ouverture (31) ménagée dans le fond (13) de la cage à rotule (10).
- Ferrure d'articulation selon la revendication 5, caractérisée par le fait que l'usinage (30) est configuré pour la réception d'une clé six pans.
- Ferrure d'articulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comporte des moyens de blocage en rotation de l'axe (6) à l'intérieur de la douille (16) après réglage de l'ouvrant (3) par rapport au cadre dormant (4).
- Ferrure d'articulation selon la revendication 7, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens de blocage en rotation sont constitués par une vis traversant une ouverture taraudée dans la paroi de la douille (16) de manière à venir coopérer avec l'axe (6).
- Ferrure d'articulation selon la revendication 7, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens de blocage en rotation consistent en des moyens d'assemblage par serrage (32) de l'axe (6) dans la douille (16), lesdits moyens (32) se présentant sous forme d'une rondelle de blocage (33) rendue solidaire de l'extrémité (34) de l'axe (6) après montage de celui-ci dans la douille (16), et exerçant un couple de serrage axial sur cet axe (6) par rapport à cette dernière.
- Ferrure d'articulation selon la revendication 7, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens de blocage en rotation de l'axe (6) par rapport à la douille (16) sont constitués par une rondelle de blocage (33) sertie avec une force de sertissage déterminée sur l'extrémité libre (34) de l'axe (6), cette rondelle de blocage (33) étant, en outre, bloquée en rotation par rapport à la douille (16).
- Ferrure d'articulation selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisée par le fait que la douille (16) comporte à son extrémité libre (35), un fraisage (36), se situant dans le prolongement du trou oblong (18) et accueillant la rondelle de blocage (33).
- Ferrure d'articulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que la douille (16) est chemisée au moyen d'un manchon pivotant comportant l'alésage sous forme de deux trous oblongs (18, 19) disposés, sensiblement, dans le prolongement l'un de l'autre.
