Claims (13)

  1. Entschäumungszusammensetzung, enthaltend mindestens ein schaumunterdrückendes nichtionisches Tensid und mindestens ein Alkylpolyglykosid der Formel (I) : R(O)Zn    worin:
    R für einen 2-Ethylhexylrest steht;
    Z für einen Zuckerrest steht und
    n einen Wert zwischen 1 und 5 hat.
  2. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Z für einen Glucoserest steht.
  3. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß n einen Wert zwischen 1,1 und 2 hat.
  4. Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das schaumunterdrückende nichtionische Tensid eine oder mehrere polyethoxylierte, polypropoxylierte oder polyethoxylierte und polypropoxylierte Gruppen enthält.
  5. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das schaumunterdrückende nichtionische Tensid die allgemeine Formel: R-X-[(PO)d-(EO)a-Y]n aufweist, worin:
    R für eine hydrophobe Gruppe, die vorzugsweise unter linearen oder verzweigten Alkylgruppen mit 6 bis 14 Kohlenstoffatomen ausgewählt ist, steht;
    X für ein Stickstoff- oder Sauerstoffatom steht;
    EO für eine Ethylenoxidgruppe (CH2-CH2O) steht;
    PO für eine Propylenoxidgruppe CH2-CH(CH3)-O oder CH(CH3)-CH2-O steht;
    a für eine ganze Zahl zwischen 1 und 50 steht;
    d für eine ganze Zahl zwischen 0 und 50 steht;
    Y für ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine Blockierungsgruppe, ausgewählt unter Alkylresten mit 4 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen, vorzugsweise einen Butylrest, einen Benzylrest, eine Butylenoxidgruppe oder auch eine Gruppe (PO)bH oder [(PO)b-(EO)cH], worin b und c unabhängig voneinander eine ganze Zahl zwischen 1 und 50 bedeuten, steht und
    n für den Fall, daß X für ein Sauerstoffatom steht, gleich 1 und für den Fall, daß X für ein Stickstoffatom steht, gleich 2 ist.
  6. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das schaumunterdrückende nichtionische Tensid aus der Gruppe bestehend aus polyethoxylierten Aminen, polyethoxylierten und polypropoxylierten Aminen, polyethoxylierten Alkoholen, die mit einem C4-C8-Alkylrest, vorzugsweise einem Butylrest, einem Benzylrest oder auch mit Butylenoxid blockiert sind, und polyethoxylierten und/oder polypropoxylierten Alkoholen ausgewählt ist.
  7. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem schaumunterdrückenden nichtionischen Tensid um eine Verbindung der Formel (II) handelt:

       worin:
    R1 für einen linearen oder verzweigten Alkylrest mit 6 bis 14 Kohlenstoffatomen, vorzugsweise 8 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen, steht;
    a, b und c gleich oder verschieden sind und für ganze Zahlen zwischen 1 und 10 stehen.
  8. Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gewichtsverhältnis zwischen der Verbindung der Formel (I) und dem schaumunterdrückenden nichtionischen Tensid zwischen 1/10 und 10/1, vorzugsweise zwischen 1/5 und 5/1, liegt.
  9. Verwendung einer Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 als Antischaummittel.
  10. Verwendung eines Alkylpolyglykosids der Formel (I) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 als Lösungsvermittler für ein schaumunterdrückendes nichtionisches Tensid.
  11. Reinigungszusammensetzung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Entschäumungszusammensetzung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 enthält.
  12. Reinigungszusammensetzung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie 2 bis 50 Gew.-% eines alkalisch wirkenden Mittels enthält.
  13. Reinigungszusammensetzung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie 0,001 bis 2 Gew.-% eines schaumunterdrückenden nichtionischen Tensids enthält.
