Claims (18)
- Vorrichtung zum Ueberführen von in einer beliebigen Reihenfolge angelieferten flachen Versandstücken (14) in eine nach ihren Versandadressen geordnete Reihenfolge, welche in der Vorrichtung für eine Menge möglicher Versandadressen festlegbar ist, mitdadurch gekennzeichnet, dasseiner Anzahl hintereinander längs einer in einem im wesentlichen horizontalen Uebergabeabschnitt an einer Uebergabeeinrichtung (30) vorbeigeführten Förderstrecke (16, 17, 18, 19) förderbarer Förderzellen (12),einer in der Uebergabeeinrichtung (30) vorgesehenen Zuführöffnung, von der die Versandstücke (14) in dem Uebergabeabschnitt längs einer auf eine Einführöffnung (13) der Förderzellen (12) gerichteten Uebergaberichtung mit zu der Uebergaberichtung im wesentlichen paralleler Ausrichtung ihrer Hauptebene in ihrer beliebigen Reihenfolge nacheinander an die Förderzellen (12) übergeben werden,einer die Zuordnung zwischen den einzelnen Förderzellen (12) und den an sie übergebenen Versandstücken (14) darstellende Zuordnungsdaten erfassenden Steuereinrichtung (60) undeiner Anzahl hintereinander längs eines Abgabeabschnitts (18, 19) der Förderstrecke (16, 17, 18, 19) angeordneter Ablagen (50), an die die an die Förderzellen (12) übergebenen Versandstücke (14) ansprechend auf von der Steuereinrichtung (60) auf Grundlage der Zuordnungsdaten erzeugte Abgabesignale selektiv entsprechend der geordneten Reihenfolge abgegeben werden,
sich die Uebergaberichtung der Zuführeinrichtung im wesentlichen horizontal erstreckt und die Hauptebene der Versandstücke im wesentlichen vertikal ausgerichtet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versandstücke (14) von der Zuführeinrichtung (30) einzeln von einem Stapel (40) aufrecht stehender Versandstücke (14) abgezogen werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführeinrichtung (30) ein umlaufendes Förderband (36) aufweist, dessen Hauptebene im wesentlichen vertikal ausgerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Uebergabeeinrichtung (30) eine automatische Leseeinrichtung (42) zugeordnet ist, mit der die Versandadressen gelesen und der Steuereinrichtung (60) zugeführt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderstrecke eine geschlossene Förderschleife (16, 17, 18, 19) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehender Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abgabeabschnitt (18, 19) im wesentlichen geradlinig verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderzellen (12) einen ansprechend auf das Abgabesignal von einer Förderstellung in eine die Abgabe der Versandstücke (14) erlaubende Freigabestellung verlagerbaren Wandungsbereich (11) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abgabeabschnitt (18, 19) oberhalb der Ablagen (50) verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der verlagerbare Wandungsbereich (11) am Boden der Förderzellen (12) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einführöffnung (13) in einem ausserhalb des Uebergabeabschnitts gelegenen Bereich, insbesondere einem Kurvenbereich (16, 17) der Förderstrecke von einem feststehenden Abdeckelement (20) abgedeckt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ablagen (50) aus Unterteilungselementen (52), mit denen die einzelnen Ablagen voneinander getrennt sind, und einem zwischen einer Aufnahmestellung und einer Entnahmestellung verlagerbaren, einer Anzahl von Ablagen (50) gemeinsamen Entnahmeelement (54) gebildet sind, wobei die an die Ablagen (50) abgegebenen Versandstücke in der Entnahmestellung des Entnahmeelementes (54) von den Unterteilungselementen (52) getrennt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderzellen (12) zwei einander gegenüberliegende im Uebergabeabschnitt im wesentlichen vertikal ausgerichtete Begrenzungswände (12a, 12b) aufweisen und die Einführöffnungen (13) zwischen im Uebergabeabschnitt im wesentlichen vertikal verlaufenden freien Rändern dieser Begrenzungswände gebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit der Steuereinrichtung (60) für jedes an die Förderelemente (12) übergebene Versandstück (14) auf Grundlage der geordneten Reihenfolge, der Versandadressen aller an die Förderelemente (12) übergebenen Versandstücke (14) und der Zuordnungsdaten eine Ablage (50) ermittelbar ist, deren Stellung in der Reihenfolge der Ablagen (50) längs des Abgabeabschnitts (18, 19) der Stellung der Versandadressen des betreffenden Versandstücks (14) in der geordneten Reihenfolge der Versandadressen aller an die Förderzellen (12) übergebenen Versandstükke (14) entspricht.
- Verfahren zum Ueberführen von in einer beliebigen Reihenfolge angelieferten Versandstücken in eine nach ihren Versandadressen geordnete, für eine Menge möglicher Versandadressen festgelegte Reihenfolge, bei dem die Versandstücke in ihrer beliebigen Reihenfolge einzeln an jeweils eine Förderzelle aus einer Anzahl hintereinander längs einer Förderstrecke förderbarer Förderzellen übergeben werden, die Zuordnung zwischen jeder Förderzelle und dem an sie übergebenen Versandstück darstellende Zuordnungsdaten erfasst werden und die Versandstücke ansprechend auf Abgabesignale, die auf Grundlage der Zuordnungsdaten erzeugt werden, entsprechend der geordneten Reihenfolge selektiv an jeweils eine Ablage aus einer Anzahl hintereinander längs eines Abgabeabschnitts der Förderstrecke angordneter Ablagen abgegeben werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf Grundlage der geordneten Reihenfolge der Versandadressen aller an die Förderzellen übergebenen Versandstücke und der Zuordnungsdaten für jedes an die Förderzellen übergebene Versandstück eine Ablage ermittelt wird, deren Stellung in der Reihenfolge der Ablagen längs des Abgabeabschnitts der Stellung der Versandadresse des betreffenden Versandstücks in der geordneten Reihenfolge der Versandadressen aller an die Förderzellen übergebenen Versandstücke entspricht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderzellen längs einer geschlossenen Förderschleife gefördert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versandstücke während eines ersten Umlaufs der Förderzellen längs der Förderschleife an die Förderzellen übergeben werden, dann für jedes übergebene Versandstück die entsprechende Ablage ermittelt wird und die Versandstücke danach während eines zweiten Umlaufs der Förderzellen längs der Förderschleife an die Ablagen abgegeben werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versandstücke zur Uebergabe an die Förderzellen einzeln von einem Versandstückstapel abgezogen und an die Förderzellen übergeben werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versandadressen nach dem Abziehen automatisch gelesen und erfasst werden.
