Claims (5)
- Aus einer Aluminiumlegierung hergestellte Zylinderlaufbüchse (2) zum Einsetzen in eine Zylinderbohrung eines Verbrennungsmotors oder zum Eingießen in einen Zylinderblock, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zylinderlaufbüchse (2) in ihrem zylinderkopfseitigen, umlaufenden Randbereich (4) und/oder in dem Bereich (6), in dem der obere Umkehrpunkt eines Kolbens zu liegen kommt, gegenüber der übrigen Büchseninnenwandung, durch Eindiffundieren einer Kupfer-, Nickel- oder Nickel-Kupferlegierung in das Grundgefüge des Legierungsmaterials lokal verstärkt ist.
- Zylinderlaufbüchse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nickel-Kupferlegierung durch Aufschweißen eindiffundiert ist.
- Zylinderlaufbüchse nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nickel-Kupferlegierung durch Lichtbogenschweißen, Plasmaschweißen oder Laserimpulsschweißen eindiffundiert ist.
- Zylinderlaufbüchse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nickel-Kupferlegierung mittels eines Laserstrahls eingebrannt ist.
- Zylinderblock, gekennzeichnet durch eine eingesetzte oder eingegossene Zylinderlaufbüchse (2) nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche.
