  • the manhole cover of the invention results of easier construction compared to the manhole covers of the known technique which are provided with safety devices and in comparison to the ones having the same external dimensions, it presents also a useful higher passing through surface.
  • the device of the invention and particularly the means suitable for maintaining the lid in fixed position when it is placed in open position, can be appropriately modified and such modifications are to be considered protected by the present invention.

Claims (8)

  1. Une bouche d'égout et une couverture pour bouches d'égout (1; 100; 201) pour des zones où la circulation est consentie aux piétons et aux véhicules comprenant:
    un châssis (2; 520; 202) appliqué sur le profil d'une ouverture (20) réalisée sur le sol (3);
    un couvercle (4; 54; 204; 240) relié audit châssis (2; 520; 202) au moyen d'un ou plusieurs charnières (5; 50; 205; 250; 350) indiquées pour l'ouverture et la fermeture dudit couvercle (4; 54; 204; 240), chacune desdites charnières comprenant un pivot (6; 56; 206; 260) qui est situé dans une cavité (7; 52) dudit châssis et qui est reçu dans un siège (8; 58; 208) réalisé dans une saillie (9; 59; 209) appartenant audit couvercle (4; 54; 204; 240) indiquée pour être accouplée à ladite cavité (7; 52), caractérisée en ce que au moins une desdites cavités (7; 52) présente de premiers moyens de butée fixes (10; 510; 200) qui durant l'ouverture dudit couvercle (4; 54; 204; 240) s'opposent à ladite saillie (9; 59; 209) et réalisent le soulèvement dudit couvercle (4; 54; 204; 240) en faisant coulisser ledit siège (8; 58; 208) contre ledit pivot (6; 56; 206; 260), lesdits premiers moyens de butée (10; 510; 200) se dégageant du contact avec ladite saillie (9; 59; 209) permettent la pénétration de ladite saillie (9; 59; 209) vers la partie inférieure (71) de ladite cavité (7; 52), grâce à l'abaissement causé par la gravité dudit couvercle (4; 54; 204; 240) quand celui-ci est placé en position d'ouverture avec un angle (16) supérieur à 90° de manière à créer le contact de ladite saillie (9; 59; 209) contre de deuxièmes moyens de butée (72; 73; 51) appartenant à ladite cavité (7; 52) indiqués pour empêcher la fermeture dudit couvercle (4; 54; 204; 240) grâce à la simple rotation autour de ladite charnière (5; 50; 205; 250; 350), et en ce que lesdits premiers moyens de butée consistent en un plan de butée (10; 510; 200) donnant forme à une section du châssis (2; 520; 202) ayant un profil unique et située à l'intérieur de ladite cavité (7; 52), ledit plan de butée (10; 510; 200) étant un plan incliné vers la partie inférieure (71) de ladite cavité (7; 52) et il est relié au plan de la partie inférieure (74) de la même cavité (7; 52).
  2. Une bouche d'égout et une couverture pour bouches d'égout (1; 100; 201) selon la revendication 1) caractérisée en ce que ladite saillie (9; 59; 209) présente une forme à fourche et est équipée du dudit siège (8; 58; 208) formé par une fente.
  3. Une bouche d'égout et une couverture pour bouches d'égout (1; 100; 201) selon la revendication 1) caractérisée en ce que lesdits deuxièmes moyens de butée se composent d'un rebord supérieur (72) de ladite cavité (7) situé sur la continuation du plan supérieur (15) dudit châssis (2) et d'un plan latéral inférieur (73) à l'intérieur de ladite cavité (7) qui relie lesdits premiers moyens de butée (10) à la surface de la partie inférieure (74) de la même cavité (7).
  4. Une bouche d'égout et une couverture pour bouches d'égout (1; 100; 201) selon la revendication 1) caractérisée en ce que lesdits deuxièmes moyens de butée consistent en une fente (51) à l'intérieur de ladite cavité (52) définie par un plan latéral inférieur (573) qui relie lesdits premiers moyens de butée (510; 200) à la surface de la partie inférieure (574) de ladite cavité (52) et par une partie saillante (55) appartenant au châssis (520; 202) et située à côté dudit pivot (56; 206; 260).
  5. Une bouche d'égout et une couverture pour bouches d'égout (100) selon la revendication 1) caractérisée en ce qu'elle est équipée d'une serrure consistant en un pivot (500) positionné de passage à travers ladite saillie (59) dudit couvercle (54) indiqué pour s'opposer contre ledit pivot (56) de manière à empêcher la séparation dudit couvercle (54) dudit châssis (52) par le soulèvement du même couvercle (54) quand celui-ci est placé en position d'ouverture.
  6. Une bouche d'égout et une couverture pour bouches d'égout (201) selon la revendication 1) caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité (291) d'au moins une desdites saillies (209; 290) est équipée d'un ergot (292) indiqué pour s'opposer contre ledit pivot (206; 260) de manière à empêcher la séparation dudit couvercle (204; 240) dudit châssis (202) par une simple translation rigide du même couvercle (204; 240) en direction verticale à partir de la position obtenue quand il est complètement ouvert.
  7. Une bouche d'égout et une couverture pour bouches d'égout (201) selon la revendication 6) caractérisée en ce qu'elle se compose de deux charnières (205; 250; 350) dans lesquelles chaque saillie (209; 290) est équipée dudit ergot (292).
  8. Une bouche d'égout et une couverture pour bouches d'égout selon la revendication 7) caractérisée en ce qu'une seulement desdites charnières (205; 250) est équipée dedits premiers moyens de butée (200).
