Claims (11)

  1. Procédé pour manipuler des bacs à cigarettes (2) transportés dans plusieurs casiers de rangement d'un réceptacle, caractérisé en ce qu'un groupe de plusieurs bacs à cigarettes est chaque fois extrait en bloc du réceptacle (6) ou transféré en bloc dans le réceptacle.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'avant chaque transfert, plusieurs bacs à cigarettes sont rassemblés en un groupe.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les bacs à cigarettes sont, à l'intérieur du groupe, positionnés avec un écartement mutuel défini devant les casiers de rangement du réceptacle.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les bacs à cigarettes sont transférés individuellement dans la configuration en groupe.
  5. Dispositif pour manipuler des bacs à cigarettes transportés dans plusieurs casiers de rangement d'un réceptacle, caractérisé par des organes formant coulisseau (14 ou 23) qui extraient du réceptacle (6) ou transfèrent dans le réceptacle un groupe respectif de bacs à cigarettes (2) et qui sont déplacés conjointement le long d'un plan de glissement.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les organes formant coulisseau (14 ou 23) sont disposés sur un support de coulisseaux commun (16 ou 24), pourvu de moyens d'entraínement et de moyens de guidage (17, 18 et 26, 27).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce qu'aux organes formant coulisseau (14 ou 23) qui procèdent à l'extraction, respectivement au transfert, des bacs à cigarettes (2) et sont conçus sous forme de coulisseaux aspirants, respectivement de coulisseaux pousseurs, est associée une plate-forme élévatrice respective (22 ou 31) disposée entre des bandes transporteuses (21 ou 30).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la plate-forme élévatrice (31) associée aux coulisseaux pousseurs (23) est aménagée sous forme d'un poste de rassemblement pour les bacs à cigarettes (2).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la plate-forme élévatrice (31) est équipée d'écarteurs auto-commandés (41), sur lesquels les bacs à cigarettes peuvent passer.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les écarteurs (41) sont conçus sous la forme d'une bascule qui comporte un levier à presser (43), sollicité par un bac à cigarettes respectif (2) qui avance, et une butée (44) arrêtant le bac à cigarettes respectif qui arrive juste après.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les écarteurs (41) sont, par paires respectives, montés sur un axe (42) de part et d'autre de la plate-forme élévatrice (31), d'une manière telle que les butées (44), lorsque les leviers à presser (43) ne sont pas sollicités, soient abaissées en dessous du plan de transport.
