Claims (13)
- Schnappbare Vorrichtung zum Verbinden einer Fensterscheibe (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e) mit einem Fensterheber unter Verwendung von mindestens einem Paar elastisch spreizbarer Backen (31, 32), die mit der Mechanik des Fensterhebers in Verbindung stehen, wobei wenigstens einer der Backen mindestens ein in Richtung der Fensterscheibe weisendes Schnappelement (30, 30') in Form eines Hakens oder Stiftes oder dergleichen aufweist, das einem Scheibenloch (10, 13) zugeordnet ist und dessen Umfang im eingerasteten Zustand der Fensterscheibe zumindest über einen Teil seiner Breite das Scheibenloch ausfüllt, und wobei eine Einführeinrichtung zum Spreizen der Backen beim Einführen der Fensterscheibe in die schnappbare Vorrichtung vorgesehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die der Fensterscheibe (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e) zugewandten Flächen der spreizbaren Backen (31, 32) konvex ausgebildet sind und in ihrem Basisbereich (33) eine Erweiterung (35) mit einer Breite größer der Scheibendicke bilden, worin das freie untere Ende der Fensterscheibe (1; 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e) hineinschwenken kann. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einführeinrichtung (110a, 110c, 120a, 302, 303; 4, 40) zum Spreizen der Backen (31, 32) ein Teil der Fensterscheibe (1; 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e) und/oder ein Teil der schnappbaren Vorrichtung ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einführeinrichtung aus einer an der Unterkante der Fensterscheibe (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e) vorgesehenen Fase (22, 110c, 110d) oder dergleichen besteht, deren Neigungsrichtung mit der Neigungsrichtung eines Einführungskonus (302) des Schnappelements (30) übereinstimmt, wobei die Breite (B) des Einführungskonus (302) höchstens halb so groß ist wie die Dicke der Fensterscheibe (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der sich an den Einführungskonus (302) anschließende Bereich (301) mit im wesentlichen orthogonal zur Verschieberichtung der Fensterscheibe (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e) verlaufenden Anschlagflächen (310) annähernd eine solche Breite besitzt, die der Dicke der Fensterscheibe (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e) zwischen dem unteren Ende der mit dem zum Einführungskonus (302) komplementären Fase und der Seite der Fensterscheibe (1a, 1c, 1d, 1e), die an den schnappbaren Backen anschlägt, entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fase an der Scheibenunterkante von zwei miteinander verbundenen stufig versetzten Scheiben (11a, 12a, 11d, 12d, 11e, 12e) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede der beiden verbundenen Scheiben (11a, 12a, 11d, 12d, 11e, 12e) eine Fase trägt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Einführungskeil (2) im Befestigungsbereich an die Scheibenunterkante (110b) angeklebt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fensterscheibe (1d) aus einer Glasscheibe (12d) und einer Kunststoffscheibe (11d) besteht, wobei die Unterkante der Kunststoffscheibe (11d) die Glasscheibe (12d) überragt und einen gemeinsamen keilförmigen Abschluß bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einführeinrichtung aus einem Spreizelement (4) besteht, das mit dem oberen freien Ende des Backens (32) der Vorrichtung (Mitnehmer 3) verbunden ist, der das Schnappelement (30) trägt, und daß ein zweites Scheibenloch (13) vorgesehen ist, in das das Spreizelement (4) nach Beendigung des Montagevorganges eingreift.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge (L) des Spreizelements (4) der Dicke der Fensterscheibe (1) entspricht und daß das Schnappelement (30) einen kurzen Einführungskonus (302) trägt, der sich höchstens über die Hälfte der Scheibendicke erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge (L) des Spreizelements (4) größer als die Dicke der Fensterscheibe (1) ist und daß das Schnappelement (30) an seinem freien Ende nur eine schmale Einführungsfase trägt, die sich höchstens über ein Viertel der Scheibendicke erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand (A1) des ersten Scheibenloches (10) von der Scheibenunterkante (100) größer ist, als der lichte Abstand (A2) zwischen dem Schnappelement (30) und dem Spreizelement (4), falls das Schnappelement (30) und das Spreizelement (4) in Verschieberichtung hintereinander liegen und das Spreizelement (4) in das dem Schnappelement (30) zugeordnete Scheibenloch (10) eingreifen könnte.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Befestigungsbereich (90) der Fensterscheibe Ausnehmungen (91) ausweist, die von seitlichen konischen Führungsflächen (92) für den Mitnehmer (3) begrenzt sind.
