Claims (11)
- Brandsicheres elektrisches Kabel oder brandsichere elektrische Leitung mit zumindest einer einen elektrischen Leiter und eine elektrische Isolierung aufweisenden Ader, wenigstens einer Schicht eines flammhemmenden Materials und einem Außenmantel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das flammhemmende Material (7) auf eine mit einem Klebemittel (23) versehene Oberfläche durch Beflocken aufgebracht ist.
- Kabel oder Leitung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als flammhemmendes Material (7) Glimmer verwendet ist.
- Kabel oder Leitung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schicht (5) flammhemmenden Materials (7) unmittelbar auf den elektrischen Leiter (3) aufgebracht ist.
- Kabel oder Leitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schicht (5) flammhemmenden Materials (7) auf die Ader (13) aufgebracht ist.
- Kabel oder Leitung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 mit einer aus einer Mehrzahl von miteinander verseilten Adern gebildeten Seele, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schicht (5) flammhemmenden Materials (7) über der Seele (14) aufgebracht ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines brandsicheren elektrischen Kabels oder einer brandsicheren elektrischen Leitung mit zumindest einer einen elektrischen Leiter und eine elektrische Isolierung aufweisenden Ader, wenigstens einer Schicht eines flammhemmenden Materials und einem Außenmantel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf eine mit der Schicht (5) flammhemmenden Materials (7) zu versehene Oberfläche ein Klebemittel (23) aufgebracht und im gleichen Arbeitsgang die Oberfläche mit dem flammhemmenden Material (7) beflockt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das flammhemmende Material (7) unter Einwirkung eines elektrostatischen Feldes aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als flammhemmendes Material (7) Glimmer verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schicht (5) flammhemmenden Materials (7) unmittelbar auf den elektrischen Leiter (3) aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schicht (5) flammhemmenden Materials (7) auf die Ader (13) aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, wobei das Kabel oder die Leitung eine aus einer Mehrzahl von miteinander verseilten Adern gebildete Seele hat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schicht (5) flammhemmenden Materials (7) über der Seele (14) aufgebracht wird.
