Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zur Führung und/oder Stützung von Garnen, insbesondere für Textilmaschinen zur Feuchtbearbeitung von Garn, im wesentlichen bestehend aus einer Einrichtung (1) zur Führung und/oder Stützung der einzelnen Fäden (2) einer Garnlage, die drehbar auf einem fest mit der Maschine (4) verbundenen Tragrahmen (3) oder direkt in den auf der Maschine (4) vorgesehenen Lagern befestigt ist, wobei die Einrichtung (1) zur Führung und/oder Stützung der einzelnen Fäden (2) in Form eines rotierenden Kammes ausgeführt ist, der aus einem Stapel Scheiben (5) besteht, die durch Zwischenstege (6) voneinander getrennt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung (1) zur Führung und/oder Stützung der einzelnen Fäden (2) einer Garnlage einsetzbar auf dem fest mit der Maschine (4) verbundenen Tragrahmen (3) oder in den auf der Maschine (4) vorgesehenen Lagern befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheiben (5) mit einem abgekanteten Umfangsrand ausgestattet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest eines der Lager des Rahmens (3) oder der auf der Maschine (4) vorgesehenen Lager ein offenes Lager ist, während das andere Lager ein Pendellager ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung (1) zur Führung und/oder Stützung der einzelnen Fäden (2) einer Garnlage über zumindest eines ihrer Enden mit einer Mitnahmevorrichtung (11) zusammenwirkt, die auf dem Tragrahmen (3) oder auf zumindest einem fest mit der Maschine (4) verbundenen Lager vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mitnahmevorrichtung (11) bevorzugt aus einer Anordnung in Form eines Getriebemotors besteht, der auf der Abtriebswelle mit einem Mitnehmer (12) ausgestattet ist, der mit einem Element (13) des entsprechenden Endes der angelenkten Welle (7) der Einrichtung (1) zusammenwirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mitnehmer (12) bevorzugt als Bügel ausgebildet ist, der in seinen Seitenflügeln Schlitze zur Aufnahme des Elementes (13) aufweist, das in Form eines Stiftes ausgebildet ist, der quer zum Ende der angelenkten Welle (7) verläuft, wobei dieses Ende, das aus einem Kugelgelenk und dem Lager des Rahmens (3) gebildet oder direkt auf der Maschine (4) gegenüber der Mitnahmevorrichtung (11) vorgesehen ist, ein offenes Lager ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie durch eine Stabilisierungswalze (14) vervollständigt ist, die sich, in Zugrichtung der Garnfäden (2) gesehen und unter diesen letzteren, vor der Einrichtung (1) erstreckt, wobei die Stabilisierungswalze (14) auf dem Rahmen (3) oder direkt auf der Maschine (4) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stabilisierungswalze (14) auf dem Rahmen (3) oder der Maschine (4) verschwenkbar, lotrecht zur Zugrichtung der Garnfäden (2), mit Verriegelung in den Schwenk-Endstellungen befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stabilisierungswalze (14) mit einem Rotationsantriebsgetriebemotor versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4, 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stabilisierungswalze (14) über ihren Mantel mit der Ummantelung der Einrichtung (1) zur Führung und/oder Stützung der einzelnen Garnfäden (2) in Kontakt ist und durch Eingriff von der Einrichtung (1) in Umlaufbewegung gebracht wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stabilisierungswalze (14) über ihren Mantel mit der Ummantelung der Einrichtung (1) zur Führung und/oder Stützung der einzelnen Garnfäden (2) in Kontakt ist, wobei ein Antrieb durch Eingriff mittels der mit einem Rotationsantriebsgetriebemotor versehenen Stabilisierungswalze (14) ausgeführt wird, wobei die Einrichtung (1) zur Führung und/oder Stützung der einzelnen Garnfäden (2) einfach in Gleitlagern befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Fall der Befestigung der Einrichtung (1) zur Führung und/oder Stützung der einzelnen Garnfäden (2) auf einem Tragrahmen (3) letzterer mittels eines auf einer Schiene (16) der Maschine (4) quer zur Zugrichtung der Garnfäden (2) verfahrbaren Schlittens (15) fest mit der Maschine (4) verbunden ist.
