Claims (12)
- Device for guiding and/or supporting threads, in particular for textile machines working the thread wet, consisting essentially of a means (1) of guiding and/or supporting individual threads (2) in a lap of threads, mounted with the possibility of rotation on a carrier frame (3) fixed to the machine (4) or directly in bearings provided on the said machine (4), the said means (1) of guiding and/or supporting individual threads (2) being produced in the form of a rotary comb consisting of a stack of discs (5) separated by spacers (6), characterised in that the means (1) of guiding and/or supporting individual threads (2) in a lap of threads is mounted retractably on the carrier frame (3) fixed to the machine (4) or in bearings provided on the machine (4).
- Device according to Claim 1, characterised in that the discs (5) are provided with a peripheral bevelled edge.
- Device according to either one of Claims 1 and 2, characterised in that at least one of the bearings of the frame (3) or one of those provided on the machine (4) is an open bearing whilst the other bearing is a swivel bearing.
- Device according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the means (1) of guiding and/or supporting individual threads (2) in a lap of threads cooperates, by at least one of its ends, with a driving device (11) provided on the carrier frame (3) or on at least one bearing fixed to the machine (4).
- Device according to Claim 4, characterised in that the driving device (11) is advantageously in the form of a geared motor assembly provided on its output shaft with a driver (12) cooperating with an element (13) on the corresponding end of the shouldered shaft (7) of the means (1).
- Device according to Claim 5, characterised in that the driver (12) is advantageously in the form of a stirrup having in its arms slots for receiving the element (13) in the form of a pin passing through the end of the shouldered shaft (7), this end consisting of a swivel, and the bearing on the frame (3) or provided directly on the machine (4), opposite the driving device (11), is an open bearing.
- Device according to any one of Claims 1 to 6, characterised in that it is supplemented by a rotary holding cylinder (14) extending in front of the means (1), seen in the direction of movement of the thread (2), and above the latter, this rotary holding cylinder (14) being mounted on the frame (3) or directly on the machine (4).
- Device according to Claim 7, characterised in that the rotary holding cylinder (14) is mounted on the frame (3) or on the machine (4) so that it can pivot, perpendicularly to the direction of movement of the threads (2), with positive location in the extreme pivoting positions.
- Device according to either one of Claims 7 and 8, characterised in that the rotary holding cylinder (14) is provided with a geared motor for driving in rotation.
- Device according to any one of Claims 4, 7 and 8, characterised in that the rotary holding cylinder (14) is in contact, through its casing, with the casing of the means (1) of guiding and/or supporting the individual threads (2) and is rotated by the said means (1), by contact.
- Device according to any one of Claims 1 and 8 to 10, characterised in that the rotary holding cylinder (14) is contact, through its casing, with the casing of the means (1) of guiding and/or supporting the individual threads (2), driving by contact being achieved by means of the rotary holding cylinder (14) provided with a geared motor for driving in rotation, the means (1) of guiding and/or supporting the individual threads (2) being simply mounted in plain bearings.
- Device according to any one of Claims 1 to 11, characterised in that, in the case of the mounting of the means (1) of guiding and/or supporting the individual threads (2) on a carrier frame (3), the latter is secured to the machine (4) by means of a carriage (15) which can be moved on a rail (16) on the machine (4), transversely to the direction of movement of the threads (2).
