Description
Claims (10)
- Schlagbohrmaschine, bei der von einem Ankerritze (41) über einen Planetenradträger (21) eines Planetenradgetriebes eine Werkzeugspindel angetrieben ist, wobei zur Schlagerzeugung eine Ratscheneinrichtung vorgesehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ankerritzel(1) mit einem Zahnrad(2) kämmt, das auf der Werkzeugspindel(5) drehbar gelagert ist und das Teil der Ratscheneinrichtung(6,7) ist, daß eine mit dem Zahnrad(2) rotierende Verzahnung(17) das Sonnenrad des Planetengetriebes(18) bildet und daß das Zahnrad(2) die axialen Schläge über ein Lager(16) direkt oder indirekt auf die Werkzeugspindel(5) überträgt, das die zwischen dem Zahnrad(2) und der Werkzeugspindel(5) bestehende Drehzahldifferenz aufnimmt. - Schlagbohrmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die das Sonnenrad bildende Verzahnung(17) am Zahnrad (2) selbst ausgebildet ist. - Schlagbohrmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lager(16) axial zwischen einem Ringrand(14) des Zahnrades(2) und einer Schulter(15) der Werkzeugspindel (5) angeordnet ist. - Schlagbohrmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lager(16) axial zwischen einem Ringrand(14) des Zahnrades(2) und einer Anlagefläche(31) des Planetenradträgers(21) des Planetengetriebes(18) angeordnet ist und daß der Planetenradträger(21) mit einer Stirnfläche(32) einer Schulter(15) der Werkzeugspindel(5) axial gegenübersteht. - Schlagbohrmaschine nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lager ein Axial-Wälzlager, insbesondere ein Axial-Kugellager(16) ist. - Schlagbohrmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zahnrad(2) axial an der Werkzeugspindel(5) gesichert ist. - Schlagbohrmaschine nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Werkzeugspindel(5) eine Scheibe(11) axial gesichert ist, die in einer Vertiefung(10) des Zahnrades (2) liegt und die eine axiale Verschiebung des Zahnrades (2) relativ zur Werkzeugspindel(5) entgegen der Schlagbohrrichtung verhindert. - Schlagbohrmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, insbesondere einer Schlagbohrmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Hohlrad(20) des Planetengetriebes(18) mittels eines Gangschaltgriffes(44) in eine 1.Gangstellung axial verschieblich ist, in der es gehäusefest blockiert ist, und in eine 2.Gangstellung axial verschieblich ist, in der es drehfest mit dem Planetenradträger(21) verbunden ist. - Schlagbohrmaschine nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Planetenradträger(21) eine Außenverzahnung(38) aufweist, in die in der 2.Gangstellung die Innenverzahnung des Hohlrades(20) eingreift, die mit den Planetenrädern(19) kämmt. - Schlagbohrmaschine nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hohlrad(20) eine Ringnut(39) aufweist, in die ein von dem Gangschaltgriff(44) verschiebliches Schaltblech (40) eingreift.
