Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, ein Verfahren zur Anbringung eines Fadens an einem Aufgußbeutel zu schaffen, mittels dem der Faden auf einfache Weise maschinell am Kopfteil des Aufgußbeutels äußerst sicher zu befestigen ist, so daß zur Verbindung eines Fadens mit einem Beutel keine metallischen Klammern oder andere Fremdstoffe notwendig sind. Gemäß der Erfindung ist das Verfahren zur Anbringung eines Fadens, insbesondere eines mit einem Etikett versehenen Fadens, an einem Aufgußbeutel oder dgl. gekennzeichnet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte,

  • daß der Aufgußbeutel in dem vorzugsweise gefalteten Kopfteil mit drei mit seitlichem Abstand nebeneinander angeordneten Ausnehmungen versehen und derart neben dem auf einer Rolle oder dgl. bevorrateten und mittels einer an seinem freien Ende ansetzbaren in Richtung der Rolle verstellbaren Greifzange gespannten Faden angeordnet wird, daß der Faden etwa in Höhe der Ausnehmungen des Aufgußbeutels verläuft,
  • daß sodann durch die mittlere Ausnehmung achssenkrecht zu dem Faden zwei Fangnadeln hindurchgeführt werden, die mit ihren beispielswweise als Ösen ausgebildeten Enden den Faden aufnehmen,
  • daß daraufhin oder zuvor der Faden abgelängt, die Greifzange geöffnet und der Faden mittels der Fangnadeln in Form einer Schlaufe durch die mittlere Ausnehmung hindurchgezogen wird,
  • daß die Schlaufe durch seitliches Verstellen der Fangnadeln aufgespreitzt wird, daß danach die Fangnadeln durch die beiden äußeren Ausnehmungen des Kopfteils hindurchgeführt werden, der Faden von deren Ösen aufgenommen und in Form zweier weiterer Schlaufen durch die aufgespreizte Schlaufe hindurchgeführt wird und
  • daß letztlich die Fangnadeln so weit von dem Aufgußbeutel entfernt werden, daß die beiden Enden des Fadens durch die beiden äußeren Ausnehmugnen gezogen werden und der Faden die Stege zwischen den beiden äußeren Ausnehmungen und der mittleren Ausnehmung umschlingt.

Der seitlich neben dem Aufgußbeutel gespannte Faden wird vielmehr mit Hilfe zweier Fangnadeln durch in dessen Kopfteil vorgesehene Ausnehmungen hindurchgeführt und ist in dem Bereich zwischen den beiden Ausnehmungen am Kopfteil abgestützt bzw. umschlingt die zwischen den Ausnehmungen befindlichen Stege, so daß der Faden fest mit dem Kopfteil des Aufgußbeutels verbunden und dieser somit zuverlässig verschlossen ist. Verfahren zur Anbringung eines Fadens (11), insbesondere eines mit einem Etikett (10) versehenen Fadens (11), an einem Aufgußbeutel (1) oder dgl.,
gekennzeichnet durch
folgende Verfahrensschritte: daß der Aufgußbeutel (1) in dem vorzugsweise gefalteten Kopfteil (2) mit drei mit seitlichem Abstand nebeneinander angeordneten Ausnehmungen (3, 4, 5) versehen und derart neben dem auf einer Rolle (12) oder dgl. bevorrateten und mittels einer an seinem freien Ende ansetzbaren in Richtung der Rolle (12) verstellbaren Greifzange (13) gespannten Faden (11) angeordnet wird, daß der Faden (11) etwa in Höhe der Ausnehmungen (3, 4, 5) des Aufgußbeutels (1) verläuft, daß sodann durch die mittlere Ausnehmung (3) achssenkrecht zu dem Faden (11) zwei Fangnadeln (21, 22) hindurchgeführt werden, die mit ihren beispielswweise als Ösen (23, 24) ausgebildeten Enden den Faden (11) aufnehmen, daß daraufhin oder zuvor der Faden (11) abgelängt, die Greifzange (13) geöffnet und der Faden (11) mittels der Fangnadeln (21, 22) in Form einer Schlaufe (31) durch die mittlere Ausnehmung hindurchgezogen wird, daß die Schlaufe (31) durch seitliches Verstellen der Fangnadeln (21, 22) aufgespreitzt wird, daß danach die Fangnadeln (21, 22) durch die beiden äußeren Ausnehmungen (4, 5) des Kopfteils (2) hindurchgeführt werden, der Faden (11) von deren Ösen (23, 24) aufgenommen und in Form zweier weiterer Schlaufen (32, 33) durch die aufgespreizte Schlaufe (31) hindurchgeführt wird, und daß letztlich die Fangnadeln (21, 22) so weit von dem Aufgußbeutel (1) entfernt werden, daß die beiden Enden (11', 11'') des Fadens (11) durch die beiden äußeren Ausnehmungen (3, 4) gezogen werden und der Faden (11) die Stege (6, 7) zwischen den beiden äußeren Ausnehmungen (4, 5) und der mittleren Ausnehmung (3) umschlingt.
