Claims (4)
- Zerspaner für Hackschnitzel1.1 mit einem Rotor, der einen Kranz mit achsparallelen Flügeln aufweist;1.2 mit einem Messerring, der eine Mehrzahl von über den Umfang verteilten Messerpaketen aufweist;1.3 jedes Messerpaket umfaßt einen Messerträger (1), eine Klemmplatte (3) sowie ein zwischen diesen beiden sandwichartig eingeklemmtes Messer (2);1.4 Träger (1), Messer (2) und Klemmplatte (3) sind jeweils durch Klemmschrauben zusammengespannt;1.5 jedes Messer (2) weist Langlöcher auf, durch die die betreffende Klemmschraube hindurchgeführt ist, und die ein radiales Justieren des Messers entsprechend dessen Schneiden-Nachschliff ermöglichen; gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Merkmale:1.6 jede Klemmplatte weist wenigstens an ihrem der Messerschneide nahen Bereich Versteifungsrippen (3.1) auf;1.7 die Versteifungsrippen (3.1) erstrecken sich zumindest bis zum radial inneren Ende der Klemmplatte (3).
- Zerspaner nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Versteifungsrippen (3.1) - in Draufsicht gesehen - in Richtung auf die Messerschneide hin über die Kante der Klemmplatten (3) vorspringen.
- Zerspaner nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Versteifungsrippen (3.1) - in Draufsicht gesehen - zungenartig ausgebildet sind.
- Zerspaner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einzelne Versteifungsrippe (3.1) - in Draufsicht gesehen - über einem Langloch des Messers (2) liegt.
