Après avoir fixé le couvercle et l'éventuelle membrane d'inviolabilité, l'emballage est rempli avec le produit à conditionner et on fixe le fond. Le fond est une cuvette présentant les dimensions et la forme de la section transversale du corps tubulaire et elle est introduite à l'intérieur du corps avec un outil mâle. Néanmoins, lors de l'introduction de cette cuvette qui vient frotter contre le pourtour intérieur du corps tubulaire l'air qui est chassé par le déplacement de ladite cuvette a de la peine à sortir ce qui, soit retarde le procédé de l'introduction et finalement la fixation du fond, soit on crée une surpression à l'intérieur de l'emballage qui n'est pas souhaitée. Le procédé selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que l'on procède selon les étapes suivantes :
- a) on introduit l'extrémité ouverte du corps tubulaire entre deux mâchoires opposées fixes épousant parfaitement deux parties opposées de l'extrémité du corps tubulaire, et la distance entre les deux mâchoires étant inférieure à la distance entre lesdites parties opposées de sorte que les parties non enserrées dans lesdites mâchoires subissent une déformation non permanente en s'écartant l'une de l'autre;
- b) on met en place le fond au moyen d'un poinçon, ledit font étant maintenu à sa position définitive par lesdites mâchoires fixes et le poinçon;
- c) on serre deux régions opposées de la surface latérale du corps tubulaire par deux organes de serrage se trouvant au-dessous de deux mâchoires mobiles destinées à agir sur les portions de l'extrémité libre du corps tubulaire non enserrées par les mâchoires fixes pour chasser au moins partiellement l'air contenu dans le corps tubulaire;
- d) on serre les mâchoires mobiles pour mettre en contact la totalité du bord intérieur de l'extrémité libre du corps tubulaire avec la cuvette;
- e) on procède à l'activation du film adhésif et, par la suite à la libération de l'emballage fermé.

A partir de ce moment, on active le film adhésif par chauffage ou par haute fréquence ou par tout autre moyen similaire obtenant ainsi le scellage du fond sur le bord du corps tubulaire 1.
