- l'amenée dudit récipient 1 dans une enceinte d'operculage 2 susceptible d'être isolée de manière étanche de l'extérieur après introduction du récipient,
- l'amenée d'une ébauche d'opercule 3 au-dessus de l'ouverture du récipient 1,
- l'évacuation au moins partielle de l'air contenu dans ladite enceinte, pour évacuer l'air contenu dans le récipient, et son remplacement éventuel par un gaz approprié, et
- l'operculage dudit récipient par application de ladite ébauche 3 contre l'ouverture et son scellage sur le récipient avec découpe éventuelle de l'opercule,
caractérisé en ce qu'on amène ledit récipient 1 de telle sorte qu'il constitue une partie de ladite enceinte 2, en limitant ainsi au minimum le volume de ladite enceinte.

- des moyens d'évacuation au moins partielle de l'air contenu dans l'enceinte 2 pour évacuer l'air contenu dans le récipient 1, et éventuellement des moyens d'introduction d'un gaz de remplacement approprié,
- des moyens d'application de l'ébauche contre l'ouverture du récipient,
- des moyens de secellage 11 de l'ébauche sur le récipient, et
- des moyens éventuels de découpe 12 de l'opercule scellé,
caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :
- un élément 4 pourvu d'un orifice 6 de dimension au moins égale à celle de l'ouverture du récipient 1, la paroi interne latérale 5 dudit orifice 6 faisant partie de l'enceinte 2, ledit élément 4 comportant une surface d'appui 8 de ladite ébauche 3 et une surface d'appui dudit récipient, de manière à définir l'enceinte précitée entre ladite ébauche 3, ladite paroi interne latérale 5 de l'élément 4 et ledit récipient 1 et
- un joint d'étanchéité 7 entre ledit élément 4 et ledit récipient, monté sur ledit élément 4 en faisant saillie vers l'intérieur de sorte que le récipient vienne en appui contre le joint 7 dans l'orifice 6 de dimension supérieure à celle de son ouverture.

a seal 7 between said element 4 and said container, mounted on said element 4 projecting inwards so that the container comes to bear against the seal 7 in the orifice 6 of dimension greater than that of its opening.
