- formation (2100) of a trunk (1020) from a pattern (1052) based on a first film, said station (1100) comprising a winding support (1110) configured to be surrounded at least partially by the template (1052) so as to allow the shaping of the trunk (1020) extending along a main extension axis (1024) from a first end (1011) to a second end (1012), the trunk (1020) having in section, along a plane perpendicular to the main extension axis (1024), a section which narrows from the second end (1012) to the first end (1011),
- sealing (2100) of said trunk (1020), preferably skin against flesh, advantageously using a heating device (1120) capable of heating the inner surface (1022) and the outer surface (1023) of the envelope (1021) forming the trunk (1020)
- first sealing (2200) of a ferrule (1030) with the trunk (1020) intended to form at least partly the closure device, the first sealing being carried out on a perimeter (1013) of the first end (1011) of the trunk (1020) in contact with a portion of the tip (1030);
- first sealing (2400) of a base (1040) with the trunk (1020) so as to form a sealed periphery (1430), the sealing being carried out by heating a periphery (1014) of the second end (1012) of the trunk (1020) in contact with a portion of a circumference (1041) of the base (1040), the base (1040) being located at least partly inside the trunk (1020);
- cutting (2600) of at least a portion of the sealed perimeter (1430), the cutting (1600) being made by placing a standard part (1610) inserted in the trunk (1020) against the base (1040), so that a mobile cutting device (1620) cuts a part of the sealed perimeter (1430) in order to reduce its height along the main extension axis (1024), and thus allow the portion of the perimeter (1041) of the base (1040) and that at least part of the periphery (1014) of the second end (1012) of the trunk (1020) are cut simultaneously.
