Definitions
- the invention relates to a drawer guide with a a U-profile body rail, one on a roller in the front End area of the body rail resting on the drawer rail, which is in the rear End area a rolling on a lower guide web of the body rail Carries roller and by a hinged support lever over the rear wall of the Drawer is extendable, as well as with one in the rear end area of the Fixing flange of the body rail provided guide for the between a swung-up rest position and a swung-down, limited-stroke position Working position swiveling support lever in the area its free end next to a guide body engaging in the link guide one interacting with an upper guide web of the body rail Supporting roller.
- the drawer rail can be between the two an upper and a lower guide web for the support or roller forming legs of the cross-sectionally U-shaped body rail are, the web connecting the two legs as a mounting flange is trained.
- the cross section of the Z-shaped shop rail also lies on top one in the front end area of the body rail above the upper guide bar stored roller on which part of the drawer weight is removed. The rest is carried out via the rear roller of the shop rail Load transfer to the cabinet rail as long as the drawer's center of gravity located behind the roller of the body rail.
- the invention is therefore based on the object, a drawer guide design described at the beginning with simple constructive means so that the largest possible drawer width can be ensured.
- the functionality of the drawer slide should not be limited by a improper carcase rail attachment may be impaired can.
- the invention solves this problem in that the shop track is provided on the underside of the drawer and that the body rail with its outer Leg the mounting flange and with its the outer and inner Leg connecting web forms the lower guide web during the upper guide bar made of an angled against the mounting flange Edge web of the inner leg of the body rail, on which the Roller for the drawer rail is mounted on the side facing the mounting flange.
- the lateral distance between the drawer and Inner wall of the cabinet must be kept small because the rollers and support rollers are located below the drawer and the lateral distance between the drawer and the inner wall of the body only has to be large enough to guide the scenery record that can be kept comparatively narrow.
- the construction height the drawer guide below the drawer is essentially from Diameter of the rollers determined.
- the assigned to the individual rails Casters or support rollers only need to cross each other through a web Rail to be attacked.
- the support lever can be inserted or removed by a spring be burdened in the sense of swinging up.
- This spring load causes on the one hand a weight balance for the lever and on the other hand supports the The drawer is pulled into the closed position.
- the Guide body of the support lever is first when inserting the drawer this catch guide, taking advantage of, for example, one when swiveled up Support lever resulting elastic behavior moves past then when pulling out the drawer along the catch guide against the backdrop moved and introduced due to the remaining resilience in this become.
- the guide body for the link guide can be advantageous from a projecting against the backdrop, from the backdrop tangible leadership role that is due to this overlap the backdrop cannot slide off the backdrop.
- a cheap embodiment in this context results from the fact that the cone-shaped trained guide roller opposite the mounting flange of the body rail is inclined downwards in the support lever.
- the backdrop can be used for guidance of such a conical, inclined guide roller in cross section have adapted inclined guide surface. Apart from this such a guide roller provides an advantageous contact surface around the guide roller when inserting the drawer due to the inherent elasticity of the support lever or a corresponding spring load on the catch guide of the guide link to move past.
- the support lever can advantageously be mounted in an end piece, which is connected to the shop rail and at the same time the roller of the shop rail wearing. If such an end piece is provided, the constructive Design of the shop rail does not take into account the support lever linkage stay.
- the drawer rail and the body rail can also be used for Single pull-outs are used, especially if the backdrop guide is one separate from the body rail, but connectable to the body rail Component forms.
- the end piece can also be attached to the Back wall of the drawer must be attached.
- the drawer rail can one have angled edge web, which from a safety stop in overlaps the front end area of the body rail. Since an edge bridge The shop rail interacts with this safety stop is the anti-lift device given for the drawer over a wide range of pull-out.
- the roller of the shop rail can be done essentially without lateral displacement be arranged opposite the roller of the body rail. This will however, the possible extension length is limited, because the roller of the shop rail cannot be moved past the castor on the cabinet rail. If the web of the body rail forms one against its roller against the Mounting flange offset track for the roller of the shop rail, so the roller of the drawer rail can up to the roller of the body rail are moved past at their height, which allows a maximum extension length. The relocation of the roller of the shop rail makes no difficulties especially if it is stored in a separate end piece, so that in the design of the shop track the bearing of the roller disregard can be left.
- the drawer guide shown has a substantially U-shaped profile forming body rail 1, the outer leg 2 a mounting flange forms and with its inner leg 3 which over the bottom 4 of the Drawer 5 engages behind side wall 6 projecting downwards.
- a roller 7 for a shop rail 8 provided, which is attached to the underside of the drawer 5 and with a catwalk 9 rests on the roller 7 of the body rail 1.
- an end piece 10 is arranged, the one Carries roller 11, which on the legs 2 and 3 connecting web 12 of the Body rail 1 rolls off.
- On this end piece 10 there is also a support lever 13 pivoted about a horizontal axis 14. The support lever 13 can between a pivoted up rest position shown in FIG.
- a pivoted working position (Fig. 3) can be pivoted.
- the swung away Working position is secured by a stop 15 which in a Stop recess 16 of the end piece 10 engages.
- a spring 17 is articulated, which the support lever 13 in Stressed in the sense of a swinging up into the rest position.
- a support roller 18 At the free end of the Support lever 13 is a support roller 18 which is supported by an upper one angled edge web 19 of the inner leg 3 of the body rail 1 formed guide bridge cooperates.
- the shop rail 8 is thus on the one hand on the front roller 7 of the body rail 1 and on the other hand rear roller 11 of the drawer rail on the web 12 of the body rail 1 and in the working position of the support lever 13 via the support roller 18 on the upper edge web web 19 supported.
- the support roller 18 of the support lever 13 does not Support force. Only when the drawer center of gravity when pulling out the drawer 5 shifted over the front roller 7 of the body rail 1 and the Drawer 5 is loaded by a tilting moment in the sense of lifting off the roller 11 acts from the web 12 of the body rail 1, this tilting moment via the support roller 18 of the support lever 13 resting against the stop removed the angled edge web 19 of the body rail.
- the roller 7 are Body rail 1 and the support roller 18 of the support lever 13 without essential lateral displacement in the pull-out direction one behind the other, so that on the rails 1 and 8 no corresponding torque is exerted.
- the roller 11 the shop rail 8 could in the area of the catwalk of the support roller 18 on the Roll off the web 12 of the cabinet rail 1.
- Such a construction would condition that the roller 11 is not laterally on the roller 7 of the body rail 1 can be moved past their height. For this reason, forms the web 12 of the body rail 1 for the side opposite the roller 7 in End piece 10 offset roller 11 a separate catwalk 20th
- the body rail 1 in Area of the mounting flange 2 assigned a link guide 21, the Setting 22 by a guide bar projecting against the drawer 5 is formed, which in the space between the interior wall 23 and the side wall 6 of the drawer 5 protrudes.
- this guide link 21 acts Guide body 24 of the support lever 13 in the form of a conical guide roller 25 together, corresponding to FIGS. 4 and 5 with respect to the mounting flange 2 of the body rail 1 is inclined downward in the support lever 13 is.
- the guide roller 25 is in the area of the link guide by the spring 17 21 while inserting and pulling out the drawer 5 pressed against the backdrop 22 and the support lever 13 gradually swung up or down, as indicated in FIG. 2.
- the upper edge web 19 of the Carcase rail 1 must be interrupted in this section so that the support roller 18 can not hinder the pivoting of the support lever 13. In the inserted End position in which the support lever 13 according to FIG. 1 is swung up In the rest position, the guide roller 25 of the support lever 13 on an end stop 26 of the link guide 21.
- a lifting of the drawer rail 8 from the roller 7 of the body rail 1 is prevented by a securing stop 28, the angled edge web 29 overlaps the shop rail 8, as is shown in particular in FIG. 6 emerges.
- This securing stop 28 is angled inwards Attachment flaps of a front end wall 30 formed, the leg 2 and 3 connects the carcass rail 1 to one another in the web area.
- the drawer rail 8 To insert the drawer 5, the drawer rail 8 must be in the body rail 1 are inserted so that the catwalk 9 of the shop rail 8 on the roller 7 of the body rail 1 rests. So that not the support roller 18 of the support lever 13 behind the roller 7 of the body rail 1 under the upper edge web 19 must be threaded, the support lever 13 remains in its by the spring 17th held rest position. However, this means that the guide body 24th when inserting the drawer 5 securely engage in the guide link 21 can.
- the guide link 21 is in the height region of the guide body 24 of the pivoted-up support body 13, a catch guide 31 upstream, which protrudes over the backdrop 22 corresponding to FIGS. 4 and 5.
- the fastening screws are located 32 outside the trajectories of the supporting, running and Guide rollers in the area of the outer leg 2 of the body rail 1, see above that the functionality of the drawer guide does not impair even then can be if the screw heads over the mounting flange protrude.
- the freely accessible, free leg 2 of the Body rail 1 facilitates their assembly.
