Abstract
Description
Claims (4)
- Geschmiedeter oder gegossener Kolbenkopf eines Pendelschaftkolbens für Verbrennungskraftmaschinen, bei dem der Kolbenboden (2, 10) radial nach außen in den die Kolbenringnuten aufweisenden Ringabschnitt (3, 15) übergeht und die die Naben (4, 11) tragenden mit der Unterseite des Kolbenbodens einstückig verbundenen Abstützungen (5, 14) im Abstand von der Innenseite des Ringabschnitts angebracht sind und in den Bolzenaugenbohrungen (8, 12) ein den Kolbenschaft tragender Kolbenbolzen lagerbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ringabschnitt (3, 15) oder ein unterer Teil (6) des Ringabschnitts (3), über eine Schweiß-, Löt-, Reibschluss- oder Formschlussverbindung mit dem Kolbenboden (2, 10) bzw. einem oberen Teil des Ringabschnitts (3) verbunden ist.
- Kolbenkopf nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolbenboden aus Stahl, vorzugsweise Vergütungsstahl und Schmiedestahl, Gußeisen, vorzugsweise Gußeisen mit Kugelgraphit, Tempergußeisen oder Aluminid-Werkstoff, insbesondere TiAl3 und Ni3Al, und der Ringabschnitt aus einer Aluminiumkolbenlegierung, aus austenitischem Sondergußeisen oder aus einem der Werkstoffe des Kolbenbodens besteht.
- Kolbenkopf nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem hinter der Innenseite des Ringabschnitts (3) befindlichen Ringraum oberhalb einer die untere Nutenflanke der zweiten Ringnute einschließenden horizontalen Ebene ein kreisringförmiges ebenes oder im Querschnitt trogförmiges Blech (41) zur Begrenzung eines Kühlkanals (42) angeordnet und stoffschlüssig mit der Schweiß- oder Lötnaht (7) verbunden ist.
- Kolbenkopf nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die lichte Weite des Kühlkanals beidseitig einer oberhalb der zweiten Ringnute verlaufenden horizontalen Ebene um wenigstens 0,2mm größer ist als an der engsten Stelle des Kühlkanals.
