Abstract

Claims (4)

  1. Tête forgée ou coulée d'un piston à jupe oscillante pour machines à combustion interne, dans laquelle le fond de piston (2, 10) se prolonge radialement vers l'extérieur en l'élément de logement des segments (3, 15) présentant les gorges de segment de piston, et dans lequel les appuis (5, 14) portant les bossages d'axe (4, 11) et reliés monobloc à la face inférieure du fond de piston sont rapportés à distance de la face interne de l'élément de logement des segments, et dans lequel un axe de piston portant la jupe de piston peut être logé dans l'alésage du bossage d'axe du piston (8, 12), caractérisée en ce que l'élément de logement des segments (3, 15) ou une partie inférieure (6) de l'élément de logement des segments (3) est relié(e) au fond de piston (2, 10) ou à une partie supérieure de l'élément de logement des segments (3) par un assemblage par soudage, brasage, assemblage à force ou par crabotage.
  2. Tête de piston selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le fond de piston est en acier, de préférence en acier de traitement et acier de forge, fonte de fer, de préférence de la fonte de fer à graphite sphéroïdal, fonte malléable ou un matériau à base d'aluminure, en particulier TiAl3 et Ni3Al, et en ce que l'élément de logement des segments est en un alliage d'aluminium pour piston, en fonte spéciale austénitique ou en un des matériaux du fond de piston.
  3.
