Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Formgebung und Portionierung einer zähen Masse innerhalb einer flexiblen Umhüllung während einer Vorschubbewegung durch von außen auf die Umhüllung einwirkende Kräfte, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine mehrfache, aufeinanderfolgende und periodisch sich richtungsändernde, ein- oder beidseitige Krafteinwirkung durch Formgebungselemente erfolgt, die als mit Stegen (6) versehene Riemen (1,2) ausgebildet und durch Kräfte aufbringende Elemente (8,8a, 9a,10,10a) mit diesen Kräften beaufschlagt sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betrag der einwirkenden Kräfte unverändert bleibt oder sich periodisch ändert.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von außen einwirkenden Kräfte zumindestens teilweise und während eines gewissen Zeitraums in Gegenrichtung zur Vorschubbewegung der Masse und deren Umhüllung wirken.
- Vorrichtung zur Formgebung und Portionierung einer zähen Masse innerhalb einer flexiblen Umhüllung während einer Vorschubbewegung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Masse innerhalb der Umhüllung zwischen zwei Formgebungselementen verläuft, die als mit Stegen (6) versehene Riemen (1,2) ausgebildet und durch Kräfte aufbringende Elemente (8,8a,9,9a,10,10a) ein- oder beidseitig mit diesen Kräften beaufschlagt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stege (6) ein- oder beidseitig mit einer Schrägfläche (22) versehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere die Kräfte aufbringende Elemente (8,8a,9,9a,10,10a) hintereinander angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Belastung aufbringenden Elemente (8,8a,9,9a,10,10a) als Rollen, Walzen, Stößel oder in ähnlicher geeigneter Form ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Belastung aufbringenden Elemente (8,8a,9,9a,10,10a) einstellbar und auswechselbar angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei der Ausbildung der die Kräfte aufbringenden Elemente (8,8a,9,9a,10,10a) als Walzen diese einen unrunden Außenumfang aufweisen oder exzentrisch gelagert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung eine Einrichtung zur Erwärmung der Profilierungselemente (6) an den Formgebungselementen (1,2) aufweist.
