Description
Einbanddecken für Bücher, Notizbücher o. dgl. bekannt. In dieser Vorrichtung sind seitlich parallel zur Bogenförderrichtung feststehende Seitenanschläge einem Bogenstapel zugeordnet. Die Seitenanschläge sind nicht an den Bogenstapel angestellt und weisen angefederte Bleche auf, die gegen den Bogenstapel anstellbar sind und an ihrem oberen Ende Haltezungen aufweisen.
Da im Betrieb nur das Abstreifelement bewegt wird, sind die sich bewegenden Massen klein und verursachen bei ihrer Rückbewegung in ihre Ruhelage nur geringe Geräusche. Ein Aufschlagen eines bewegten Bauteils auf der Rückseite des Bogenstapels ist vermieden, so daß auch keine dadurch verursachten Beschädigungen der Bogen erfolgen. Die geringen bewegten Massen führen weiterhin dazu, daß die Vorrichtung aus leichten Bauteilen geringer Baugröße aufgebaut sein kann, da keine größeren Kräfte aufzufangen sind.

Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Trennen und Anheben des obersten Bogens, insbesondere der obersten Blechtafel, von einem Bogenstapel, mit einer Bogenerfaßeinrichtung zum taktmäßigen Erfassen und Anheben des obersten Bogens, sowie einer auf die Hinterkante des um ein bestimmtes Maß angehobenen obersten Bogens einwirkenden Abstreifeinrichtung, die ein Abstreifelement mit einer Gleitrampe besitzt, welches durch die Hinterkante des obersten Bogens bei dessen Anheben entgegen einer Federkraft aus einer dem Bogenstapel nahen, um ein bestimmtes Maß über den Bogenstapel ragenden Ruhelage in eine dem Bogenstapel beabstandete Auslenklage bis zum Überrasten der Hinterkante über das Abstreifelement etwa horizontal bewegbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Träger (1) im oberen rückseitigen Bereich unter Federkraft am Bogenstapel (2) in Anlage ist, wobei am Träger (1) das Abstreifelement zwischen seiner Ruhelage und Auslenklage bewegbar geführt ist, daß das Abstreifelement gegenüber dem Träger (1) in seiner Ruhelage in Richtung auf den Bogenstapel (2) hin federbeaufschlagt ist, und daß das Abstreifelement in seiner Ruhelage die Anlagefläche des Trägers (1) am Bogenstapel (2) in Bogenförderrichtung (3) um ein gewisses Maß überragt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Träger (1) als Hebel ausgebildet ist, der an seinem einen Ende etwa über dem hinteren Endbereich des Bogenstapels (2) um eine quer zur Bogenförderrichtung (3) gerichtete Schwenkachse schwenkbar und mit seinem freien anderen Ende unter Federkraft an dem Bogenstapel (2) in Anlage ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Abstreifelement in einer in Bogenförderrichtung (3) gerichteten und zum Bogenstapel (2) hin offenen Führungsausnehmung (7) des Trägers (1) angefedert beweglich angeordnet ist, aus der es in seiner Ruhelage um ein bestimmtes Maß in Bogenförderrichtung (3) herausragt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Abstreifelement von einer in der Führungsausnehmung (7) angeordneten Druckfeder (13) in Bogenförderrichtung (3) beaufschlagt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Vorspannung der Druckfeder (13) einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Druckfeder (13) mit ihrem dem Abstreifelement abgewandten Ende an einer in Bogenförderrichtung (3) verstellbaren Stellschraube (12) abgestützt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Druckfeder (13) eine Wendelfeder ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Abstreifelement eine Kugel (11) ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kugel (11) um etwa ein Drittel ihres Durchmessers in Förderrichtung (3) aus der Führungsausnehmung (7) herausragbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zumindest die Oberfläche der Kugel (11) gehärtet ist.
