Description
Claims (9)
- Verdrängermaschine (1) mit zwei miteinander kämmenden, außenverzahnten Zahnrädern (11,13), die in einem Gehäuse derart untergebracht sind, daß die Zähne der Zahnräder (11,13) mit einer Gehäuseinnenfläche (3) dichtend in Eingriff stehen, mit zwei verschiedene Druckniveaus aufweisenden Anschlußbereichen (23,25), die von den ineinandergreifenden Zähnen der Zahnräder (11,13) gegeneinander abgedichtet sind, wobei der im das höhere Druckniveau aufweisenden Anschlußbereich (25) herrschende Druck über einen Umfangsbereich der Zahnräder (11,13) zu dem das niedrigere Druckniveau aufweisenden Anschlußbereich (23) über Druckverteilungsräume (33,35) zurückgeführt wird, wodurch auf dem Umfang der Zahnräder der Druck wirkt und die Zahnräder (11,13) so durch hydraulische Kräfte gegeneinandergepresst werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich -in Richtung vom Anschlußbereich (25) mit dem höheren Druckniveau zum Anschlußbereich (23) mit dem niedrigeren Druckniveau gesehen- erste Druckverteilungsräume (33) über einen Umfangsbereich der Zahnräder (11,13) von 70° erstrecken und annähernd symmetrisch zur Symmetrieachse (19) angeordnet sind, wobei auf der Symmetrieachse (19) die Mittelpunkte der Zahnräder (11,13) liegen, und daß sich zweite Druckverteilungsräume (35) -ausgehend von den ersten Druckverteilungsräumen (33)- bis in einen Umfangsbereich der Zahnräder (11,13) erstrecken, der 45° vor dem das niedrigere Druckniveau aufweisenden Anschlußbereich (23) angeordnet ist.
- Verdrängermaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlußbereiche (23,25) durch eine Zweiflankendichtung voneinander getrennt sind.
- Verdrängermaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch das hohe auf den Umfangsbereich der Zahnräder (11,13) wirkende Druckniveau hydraulische Radialkräfte aufgebaut werden, die die Zahnräder (11, 13) gegen die Gehäuseinnenfläche (3) verlagern, so daß wenigstens zwei Zähne des jeweiligen Zahnrads (11,13) an der Gehäuseinnenfläche (3) dichtend anliegen.
- Verdrängermaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Resultierenden (R1,R2) aus den hydraulischen Radialkräften und aus auf die Drehachse der Zahnräder (11,13) wirkenden Drehmomenten beruhenden mechanischen Kräften mit der Symmetrieachse (19) jeweils einen Winkel (α,β) einschließen, der kleiner 90° ist.
- Verdrängermaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der hohe Druck über die ersten und zweiten Druckverteilungsräume (33,35) gezielt auf die Umfangsbereiche der Zahnräder (11,13) verteilt ist.
- Verdrängermaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten und zweiten Druckverteilungsräume (33,35) als Nut in der Gehäuseinnenfläche (3) ausgebildet ist.
- Verdrängermaschine nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten und zweiten Druckverteilungsräume (33,35) -in radialer Richtung gesehen- in zu den Zähnen der Zahnräder (11,13) benachbarten Bereichen der Gehäuseinnenfläche (3) angeordnet sind.
- Verdrängermaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten und zweiten Druckverteilungsräume (33,35) an den Zahnradseitenflächen anliegenden Dichtflächen (9) angeordnet sind.
- Verdrängermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweiten Druckverteilungsräume (35) einen in Richtung des das niedrigere Druckniveau aufweisenden Anschlußbereich (23) verjüngenden Querschnitt aufweisen.
