Abstract

Die Transferbilder der Erfindung sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese aus flexiblem Papier oder solchem Kunststoff bestehen, die im Verbund der Materialien mit Trenneigenschaften mit bildhaften Motiven bedruckt sind und die in Kombination des Systems der Komponenten mit einem solche Klebemittel, das keine Wasserzugabe benötigt, insbesondere mittels eines Haftschmelzklebstoffes oder eines wasserlöslichen Klebemittels, vorzugsweise auf Polyacrylat-Basis, und mit einem Klebstoff- abweisenden, Silikonbeschichtetem, transparentem Abdeckpapier verbunden sind und die nach dessen Entfernen ohne eine Wasserzugabe als Aufdruck mit leichtem Druck, wie durch Handdruck, auf andere Flächen, insbesondere auf Körperflächen, übertragbar sind. Ein Verfahren zu seiner Herstellung wird auch beansprucht.

Description

  • Bekannte Abziehbilder nach dem Stand der Technik benötigen zum Aufbringen auf Oberflächen Lösungsmittel oder eine Befeuchtung mit Wasser.
    Diese Nachteile werden durch die Transferbilder der Erfindung vermieden.
    Die Transferbilder der Erfindung haben dagegen den Vorteil, dass solche Hilfsmittel nicht benötigt werden.
    Bei der Verwendung solcher Hilfsmittel kann eine teilweise Beschädigung der Bildmotive eintreten durch eine nur teilweise Ablösung.
    Es können chemische Lösungsmittel nicht hautverträglich sein und dadurch deren Verwendung beschränken.
    Die zu stark dosierte Befeuchtung kann durch Aufweichen zu einer verzerrten Aufbringung beim Abziehen führen.
    Dazu kommt der weitere Nachteil, dass Lösungsmittel oder Wasser bis zur Trocknung des transferierten Bildmotives mit Zeitaufwand verdunsten muss.
    Dagegen bietet das Transferbild der Erfindung den Vorteil der sicheren Handhabung beim Abziehen zur Transferierung auf Oberflächen, da dieses im ursprünglichen Zustand erhalten bleibt.
  • Nach dem Stand der Technik sind als Hautfärbebilder sogenannte Tattoobilder bekannt. Diese werden mit wasserlöslichen Farben auf Papier gedruckt. Dazu muss das Bild oder die Oberfläche, wie die Haut, befeuchtet werden. Es wird durch die Feuchtigkeit die gedruckte Farbe wieder augelöst und teilweise übertragen.
    Solche Übertragungen weisen Farbschwäche auf und diese sind von unscharfer Darstellung.
    Nach dem Stand der Technik sind auch Abziehbilder als sogenannte Schiebebilder bekannt. Bei diesen wird eine dünne, bedruckte Folie von Silikonpapier durch Wasser abgelöst und auf eine andere Oberfläche geschoben.
    Solche Übertragungen der Motive erfordern eine Transfermethode, die nur sehr diffizil durchzuführen ist.
    Nach dem Stand der Technik werden unter dem Begriff Sticker Haftetiketten verstanden. Bei diesem wird das Motiv auf ein rückseitig mit Klebemittel beschichtetes Papier, das mit Silikonpapier abgedeckt ist, aufgedruckt wird.
    Solche Produkte haben den Nachteil einer zu grossen Steifigkeit.
  • Diese Nachteile nach dem Stand der Technik werden durch das Transferbild der Erfindung vermieden.
    Gegenstand der Erfindung sind Transferbilder mit unterschiedlichen Motiven.
    Es ist die Aufgabe der Transferbilder der Erfindung solche zu entwickeln, die Farbstärke aufweisen und die exakte Abbildung durch Transferierung auf glatte oder gebogene Oberflächen gestatten.
    Die Transferbilder der Erfindung sind im Patentanspruch 1 definiert.
    Die Unteransprüche beanspruchen die alternative und bevorzugte Ausgestaltung.
  • Es bestehen beispielsweise die Stoffe des Verbundes der Komponenten des Transferbildes der Erfindung aus den folgenden Handelsprodukten.
    Das flexible Papier des Transferbildes der Erfindung besteht insbesondere aus satiniertem Twistpapier mit zusätzlicher PE-Kunststoffbeschichtung der Fa.Röthel,Neumünster.
    Das Twistpapier hat vorzugsweise das Gewicht von 30-45 g/m2 mit einer Beschichtung von 20 g/ m2.
  • Es besteht der flexible Kunststoff aus Polyester (PE) ,insbesondere der Typ PETROPET der Fa. Petroplast, Erkrath.
    Es besteht das transparente Abdeckpapier aus siliconisiertem Papier mit 40 g/ m2, vorzugsweise der Typ B 400 der Fa.Laufenberg, Krefeld.
    Es besteht die Druckfarbe auf Cellulose-(NC)-Basis, vorzugsweise aus dem Typ PZ der Fa. Milchsack ,Frankfurth/Main.
    Es besteht der Haftschmelzklebstoff aus dem Handelsprodukt ,Typ LUNAMELT, PS 4151 der H.B. Fuller GmbH, 21335 Lüneburg.
    Es besteht der wasserlösliche Klebstoff auf Polyacryl-Basis aus dem Handelsprodukt IPACOLL LP 3045, der HB Fuller GmbH, 21335 Lüneburg.
    Es sind auch andere Handelsprodukte zur Herstellung der Transferbilder der Erfindung geeignet, wenn diese die Kombination des Systems mit Klebemitteln ermöglichen, die keine Wasserzugabe bei der Verwendung benötigen.
    Von erheblicher Bedeutung ist die Bestätigung der Hautverträglichkeit der Transferbilder der Erfindung. Es wäre sonst die Übertragung auf die Haut nicht möglich.Es wäre dadurch die Verwendung eingeschränkt.
  • An einer Studie des Institutes der CREACHEM GmbH 37591 Holzminden, nahmen 50 Probanden teil, davon 21 Allergiker. Die Prüfung auf Hautverträglichkeit erfolgte auf dem Oberarm.
    Das Transferbild der Erfindung wurde durch leichten Druck von dem Abdeckpapier auf die Haut transferiert.
    Die Entfernung der Testbilder erfolgte nach 40,72,90 h nach der Applikation.
    Es wurden neben dem Prüfungsbild auch ein Leerpflaster und 2 bekannte, hautverträgliche Standardprodukte als Negativstandard appli - ziert. Die Standardprodukte waren Öl-in-Wasser- und Wasser- in- Öl- Emulsionen als Handelsprodukte.
    Es ergaben alle Muster nach bis 90 h keine Reizreaktionen auf der Haut der 50 Probanden.
    Die Bewertungsnote war 0 bei einer Bewertung von 0 - 5 : 0 = keine Irritation; 1 = schwaches Erythem; 2 = deutliches Erythem ( auch urtikariell );3 = starkes Erythem / Papelbildung; 4 = dichtstehende Papeln / Vesikeln; 5 = Blasenbildung/ Nekrosen.
    Es wird von diesem Forschungsinstitut für Kosmetik und Pharmacie eine sehr gute Hautverträglichkeit der Transferbilder der Erfindung bestätigt. Diese haben sich auch in der Praxis der Anwendung bewährt.
  • Das Transferbild der Erfindung bietet den Vorteil des geringen Bedarfesan Materialien.
    Das Transferbild der Erfindung bietet den Vorteil, der Ernidriegung der Investierungskosten gegenüber dem Stand der Technik.
    Ein weiterer Vorteil besteht darin, dass durch Herabsetzng des Auftragsgewichtes des Haftschmelzklebers die Materialkosten erniedrigt werden.
    Ein weiterer technischen Vorteil liegt auch in der Erhöhung der Durchsatzkapazität der Transferbilder.
    Das Transferbild der Erfindung verringert auch den Entsorgungsaufwand.

Claims (6)

  1. Transferbilder, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese aus Rollenware oder aus Formatware aus flexiblem Papier oder solchen Kunststoffen mit einer Trennschicht verbunden sind, die mit Transferlack beschichtet ist, die im Verbund der Materialien auf der Vorderseite und gegebenenfalls auf der Rückseite mit verschiedenen, bildhaften Motiven mit flüssiger Druckfarbe bedruckt sind, und die in Kombination des Systems der Komponenten mit einem solchen Klebemittel, das keine Wasserzugabe benötigt, vorzugsweise mittels eines Haftschmelzklebestoffes oder eines wasserlöslichen Klebemittels in Form einer Emulsion oder Dispersion, insbesondere auf Polyacrylat- Basis, und mit einem Klebstoff- abweisenden, Silikon- beschichteten, transparenten Abdeckpapier oder Abdeckfolie aus Kunststoff verbunden sind, und die nach dessen entfernen ohne eine Wasserzugabe als Aufdruck mit leichtem Druck, wie durch Handdruck, auf andere Flächen, wie auf Glas oder Holz,insbesondere auf menschliche Hautflächen,übertragbar sind.
  2. Transferbilder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flexible Papier, vorzugsweise von 30- 45 g/m2 ,aus satiniertem Twistpapier mit einer Kunststoff- Beschichtung, wie aus Polyethylen (PE),besteht.
  3. Transferbilder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der flexible Kunststoff aus Polyester besteht.
  4. Transferbild nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wasserlösliche Druckfarbe auf Cellulose-(NC)- Basis ausgebildet ist.
  5. Tranferbild nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das transparente Abdeckpapier aus silikonisiertem Papier, vorzugsweise von 30-45 g/m'', oder aus solchen Folien aus Kunststoffen besteht.
  6. Verfahren zur Herstellung der Transferbilder nach den Ansprüchen 1 - 5 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der 1. Stufe in einer Druckmaschine das flexible Papier oder solcher Kunststoff mit einer Trennschicht, wie aus Polyethylen, versehen ist und mit Transferlack bedruckt wird, danach mit einer flüssigen Druckfarbe zur Abbildung der Bildmotive bedruckt wird, und danach in der 2. Stufe in einer Kaschieranlage das Klebemittel aufgebracht wird und zwar geschmolzenes Haftschmelzklebemittel oder wasserlösliches Klebemittel und danach das Abdeckpapier oder die Folie aus Kunststoff zum Verbund des Systems der Komponenten aufgebracht wird.
