Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Stifts (1), der mindestens ein durch Verformung hergestelltes Gewinde (5) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht, eine ringförmige Sperrnut (2) durch Verformung herzustellen, wobei der Durchmesser am Boden der Nut (D1) größer ist als der Durchmesser am Boden des Gewindes (D2).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewinde (5) und die ringförmige Sperrnut (2) gleichzeitig hergestellt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren ein Verfahren zum Rollen des Gewindes ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht, die ringförmige Sperrnut (2) so auszubilden, dass sie zwischen dem Gewinde (5) des Stifts (1) und seinem gewindelosen Teil (6) positioniert ist.
- Werkzeug (7) zum Rollen des Gewindes, mit dem das Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 durchgeführt werden soll, umfassend mindestens eine Rolle (4), die auf ihrer Länge ein äußeres Rollgewinde aufweist und an einem ihrer Enden (10a, 10b) mit einer Scheibe (12) zum Rollen der Nut versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe zum Rollen der Nut einen kreisförmigen Rollvorsprung besitzt und dass der Außendurchmesser des Vorsprungs geringer ist als der an der Kuppe des Gewindestegs des äußeren Rollgewindes gemessene Durchmesser.
- Werkzeug (7) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe zum Rollen der Nut (12) einen kreisförmigen Rollvorsprung (13) aufweist, der an seiner Kuppe (14) abgerundet ist.
- Gewindebolzen mit gekürztem Stift, der mit dem Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 hergestellt wurde, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ringförmige Sperrnut (2) sich zwischen dem mit einem Gewinde versehenen Teil (5a, 5b) und dem mittleren, gewindelosen Teil (6) befindet, während der am Boden der Nut gemessene Durchmesser größer ist als der am Boden des Gewindes gemessene Durchmesser.
- Gewindestift, -zugstangen oder -bolzen (1), die mit dem Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 hergestellt wurden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Materialerhöhungen (16a, 16b) sich zu beiden Seiten der Sperrnut (2) befinden, wobei die jeweiligen Durchmesser D9 und D11 der Materialerhöhungen geringer sind als der Durchmesser an der Kuppe des Gewindes D10 des Gewindeteils (5, 5a, 5b), während der am Boden der Nut gemessene Durchmesser größer ist als der am Boden des Gewindes gemessene Durchmesser.
