Claims (11)
- Hubvorrichtung für eine horizontal angeordnete, mit mindestens einer Vertikalführung (5) versehenen Grundplatte (3), mit mindestens zwei Kolbenzylindereinheiten (12), durch deren Kolbenstangen (14) die Grundplatte (3) heb- und senkbar ist, insbesondere zum Verladen eines Containers (2) auf ein Schienenfahrzeug (1), wobei die Längsachse (L-L) der Kolbenzylindereinheiten (12) in Ruhestellung unterhalb einer Horizontalebene (E-E) liegt und die Kolbenzylindereinheiten an einem Gestell (16) befestigt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die in Ruhestellung in einem spitzen Winkel (α) unterhalb der Horizontalebene (E-E) liegende Kolbenstange (14) der jeweils in einem Gelenkpunkt (15) an dem Gestell (16) angeordneten Kolbenzylindereinheit (12) über eine erste Schwinge (17) und ein Gelenk (18) an dem Gestell (16) und über eine zweite Schwinge (20) und ein Gelenk (21) an der Grundplatte (3) angelenkt ist, unddass die beiden Schwingen (17, 20) durch ein gemeinsames Gelenk (22) miteinander verbunden sind und im Bereich der Hubbewegung der Grundplatte (3) den gleichen Schwenkradius (R) besitzen. - Hubvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils zwei Kolbenzylindereinheiten (12) im Abstand nebeneinander unterhalb der Grundplatte (3) an dem Gestell (16) angelenkt sind.
- Hubvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kolbenzylindereinheiten (12) mit einer gemeinsamen Antriebseinheit (25) und Steuereinheit (26) zur Gleichlaufsteuerung verbunden sind.
- Hubvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell (16) Teil des Schienenfahrzeugs (1) ist.
- Hubvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einer aus Kolbenzylindereinheiten (36) bestehenden Zentriervorrichtung (35) zur Querzentrierung eines mit einem Mitteltunnel (30) versehenen Container (2) auf einem Schienenfahrzeug (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kolbenstangen (37) von zwei Kolbenzylindereinheiten (36) über ein Gelenk (28) mit einem im mittleren Bereich an der Grundplatte (3) gelagerten Schwenkhebel (38) verbunden sind, welcher an beiden Enden eine Justierrolle (39) aufweist und daß der Abstand der beiden Justierrollen (39) voneinander der Breite (B) des Mitteltunnels (30) entspricht.
- Hubvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, mit einem an der Grundplatte (3) angeordneten, sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Profilrahmen (34), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden in Längsrichtung im Abstand voneinander liegenden Kolbenzylindereinheiten (35) jeweils über ein Gelenk (32') an dem Profilrahmen (34) befestigt sind.
- Hubvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Kolbenzylindereinheiten (36) im jeweiligen Endbereich des Profilrahmens (34) angeordnet sind.
- Hubvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Kolbenzylindereinheiten (36) mit einer gemeinsamen Antriebseinheit (25') verbunden sind.
- Hubvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Antriebseinheiten (25, 25') und die Steuereinheit (26) für Gleichlaufsteuerung für die Hubvorrichtung (10) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Hubvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Antriebseinheiten (25, 25') als Mobilaggregat ausgebildet und mit den Kolbenzylindereinheiten (12; 36) verbindbar sind.
- Hubvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinheit (26) entweder auf dem Schienenfahrzeug (1) oder auf dem Mobilaggregat angeordnet ist.
