Abstract

Ein erster Tambour wird auf Bahngeschwindigkeit beschleunigt und in eine erste Position, eine Anwickelposition verbracht, in der er mit einer antreibbaren Anpreßtrommel (3) einen Spalt bildet;
der Bahnanfang der Papierbahn wird um die Anpreßtrommel (3) herumgeführt und auf dem ersten Tambour angewickelt;
bei Erreichen einer bestimmten ersten Schichtdicke wird der erste Tambour mit der angewickelten Papierrolle (9) zu einer zweiten Position, einer Fertigwickelposition, überführt;
die angewickelte Papierrolle (9) wird in der Fertigwickelposition auf ihre Soll-Schichtdicke aufgewickelt;
während des gesamten Wickelvorganges werden die Anpreßtrommel (3) oder eine besondere Druckwalze (5) gegen die Wickelfläche der entstehenden Papierrolle (9) gedrückt;
während des gesamten Wickelvorganges wird mittels eines Zentrumsantriebs ein Drehmoment in die Achse des ersten Tambours eingeleitet;
während des gesamten Wickelvorganges werden Anpreßtrommel (3) bzw. Druckwalze (5) sowie der erste Tambour mit der darauf befindlichen entstehenden Papierrolle (9) ohne wesentliche Richtungsumlenkung vorzugsweise ausschließlich in horizontaler Richtung, verfahren;
ein zweiter Tambour (8) wird beschleunigt und in die erste Position verbracht, bevor das Überführen der Bahn (10) auf den zweiten Tambour (8) stattfindet.
