Abstract

Verfahren zum Rollenwechsel in einer Wickelmaschine, die wenigstens eine Tragwalze aufweist. Eine Papierbahn (3) wird der Tragwalze (1) zugeführt, wobei sie die Tragwalze auf einem Teil ihres Umfanges umschlingt und zu einer Rolle (3.1) aufgewickelt wird. Kurz vor Erreichen des Soll-Durchmessers der Rolle(n) (3.1) wird die Maschinengeschwindigkeit (V) auf eine Kriechgeschwindigkeit (k) reduziert; danach wird die Bahn (3) mit einer quer über die Bahn verlaufenden Schwächungsstelle (8) und davor mit Klebstoff (6) versehen, wobei zwischen der Bahn und der Mantelfläche der Tragwalze (1) keine nennenswerte Relativgeschwindigkeit vorhanden ist. Nach dem Verkleben der Bahn mit der Rolle (3.1) wird die letztere ausgestoßen, wodurch die Bahn an der Schwächungsstelle (8) durchgetrennt wird.
