Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a stab protection glove from a ring mesh made of metallic rings with at least one closure element.
Stab protection gloves of the aforementioned type are particularly popular in meat processing plants to protect against injuries used for example by cutting tools. Stab and short gloves are known in short and long versions. In the former case they reach up to the wrist. in the second, they extend to the forearm. To the Attach stab protection gloves to the wrist or arm, it is known to use such puncture-resistant gloves Form closure element. Happens in a conventional manner this is done by a nylon band sewn onto the ring mesh with a buckle. Alternatively it is known to set such a nylon strap with a push button.
US 4,843,650 A, US 5,088,123 A, US 5,054,126 A und US 4,750,218 A zeigen ebefalls Stechschutzhandschuhe, die Schließgurte aufweisen.US 4,471,495 A shows a puncture protection glove made of metal mesh with a channel formed by the metal mesh, in which a belt is arranged. The free ends of the strap protrude from an opening in the channel so that the glove can be attached. US 4,843,650 A, US 5,088,123 A, US 5,054,126 A and US 4,750,218 A also show stab protection gloves, have the closing straps.
A disadvantage of these known puncture-resistant gloves is that the user closes the length of the user lock required are to be set. For stab protection gloves with snap fasteners is individual Lock length dimension often not attainable, so that in meat processing plants only individually usable stab protection gloves are available can. In addition, the well-known stab protection gloves bacteriologically not harmless, since not only on the nylon strap itself, but especially on the buckles and snaps despite cleaning such gloves can trap residual meat particles. In addition, the well-known stab protection gloves with an opening on the side to hold the glove at all to be able to close. That can lead to unprotected areas the hand to be protected by the lancing glove to lead.
US 1,250,150 A shows a mitt made of wire mesh to protect the hand of the user from heat when losing weight hot vessels from ovens. The glove opening is from one or several rings of elastic wire surrounded with the edge of the wire mesh forming the glove body are connected.
The object of the present invention is a lancing glove of the type mentioned in such a way that to cover and to this in a simple and convenient way is closed.
angegeben. The stab protection glove has to solve this task

According to one aspect of the present invention, a more suitable for protecting hands from cutting tools Stab protection glove a ring mesh made of metal rings, from those neighboring with at least one closure element in Are engaged, the glove being characterized is that the closure element made of metallic material in elastic training with in a receiving channel of the metal rings arranged closure element there.
There can be receiving channels for introducing the elastic Closure element can be provided in the ring mesh, wherein each channel one of the elastic closure elements contains.
The elastic closure element can be formed by a spring his.
Due to the elastic locking element Stab protection glove safely and easily with one hand strip, making it through the elastic trained Closure element is automatically held on the hand. During the spreading process, this spreads under one Preload in the non-streaked state in the Stab protection glove provided closure element to order Slip on automatically in the cocked closed position proceed. The degree of spreading and preload results among other things by the size of the hand and arm joint or the forearm of the user. A cumbersome Set to different closure length dimensions and a cumbersome closing is not necessary.
The closure element itself can by a spring element, an elastic band and the like may be formed. Conveniently, is on the effective and easy cleaning option also consider the closure element to take. Therefore, the metallic spring element is either on one or more places on the lancing glove intended.
Overall, a stab protection glove is created, which is automatically on the hand or arm dimensions of the user adjusts and can be cleaned effectively and easily. This also creates a stab protection glove, which despite the individual simple locking option must have no recesses or free areas, so that with this stab protection glove the hand of a user effective protection against injury. The Closure element itself is a part that is essential reduced wear and tear as it is exposed to the conventional closure elements, in one through the ring mesh protected area is to be arranged and therefore by Cutting tools are not to be damaged. To the glove effective in a mechanical cleaning device To be able to clean it is also provided that he with hangers, e.g. in the form of with the ring mesh connected rings.
