Claims (6)
- Druckhebel-Ventil für Dauerdruck-Feuerlöscher mit einem Ventilkörper (10) aus Metall, vorzugsweise aus Messing, der auf einen Löschmittelbehälter mit Steigrohr aufschraubbar ist, mit einer den Ventilkörper (10) axial durchsetzenden, mit dem Steigrohr axial fluchtenden Ventilbohrung (20), mit einem in der Ventilbohrung geführten Ventilstößel, der zum Öffnen und Schließen der Ventilbohrung (20) mittels eines Druckhebels axial bewegbar ist, mit einer radial in die Ventilbohrung (20) mündenden Anschlußöffnung (22), mit einem über eine Druckbohrung (42) mit dem Behälterinneren in Verbindung stehenden Manometer und mit einem über eine Druckbohrung (42) mit dem Behälterinneren in Verbindung stehenden Prüfstutzen (40), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Manometer in einen einstückig an dem Ventilkörper (10) angeformten Manometerstutzen (30) eingesetzt ist, und
daß das Manometer eine in eine Ausdrehung (31) des Manometerstutzens eingelötete Membranscheibe und eine mittels eines Sprengrings in der Ausdrehung (31) befestigte Anzeigemechanik aufweist. - Ventil nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet daß das Manometer und der Prüfstutzen (40) über eine zu der Ventilbohrung (20) windschiefe Querbohrung (41) miteinander in Verbindung stehen und daß nur eine gemeinsame Druckbohrung (42) für das Manometer und den Prüfstutzen (40) vorgesehen ist.
- Ventil nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckbohrung (42) parallel und achsversetzt zur Ventilbohrung (20) angeordnet ist und in die Querbohrung (41) mündet.
- Ventil nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckbohrung (42) außerhalb des Steigrohres in den Behälter mündet.
- Ventil nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich an die Druckbohrung (42) axial fluchtend eine achsparallel verlaufende Einkerbung des das Steigrohr aufnehmenden Innengewindes des Ventilkörpers (10) anschließt.
- Druckhebel-Ventil für Dauerdruck-Feuerlöscher, mit einem Ventilkörper (10) aus Metall, vorzugsweise aus Messing, der auf einen Löschmittelbehälter mit Steigrohr aufachraubbar ist, mit einer den Ventilkörper (10), axial durchsetzenden, mit dem Steigrohr axial fluchtenden Ventilbohrung (20), mit einem in der ventilbohrung geführten Ventilstößel, der zum Offnen und Schließen der Ventilbohrung (20) mittels eines Druckhebels axial bewegbar ist, mit einer radial in die Ventilbohrung (20) mündenden Anschlußöffnung (22), mit einem über eine Druckbohrung (42) mit dem Behälterinneren in Verbindung stehenden Manometer und mit einem über eine Druckbohrung (42) mit dem Benälterinneren in Verbindung stenenden Prüfstutzen (40), wobei daß das Manometer in einen einstückig an dem Ventilkörper (10) angeformten Manometerstutzen (30) eingesetzt ist, und daß das Manometer und der Prüfstutzen (40) über eine zu der Ventilbohrung (20) windschiefe Querbohrung (41) miteinander in Verbindung stehen und nur eine gemeinsame außerhalb des Steigrohres in den Behälter mündende Druckbohrung (42) für das Manometer und den Prüfstutzen (40) vorgesenen ist; dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckbohrung (42) parallel und achsversetzt zur Ventilbohrung (20) angeordnet ist und in die Querbohrung (41) mündet, und dass sich an die Druckbohrung (42) axial fluchtend eine achsparallel verlaufende Einkerbung des das Steigrohr aufnehmenden Innengewindes des Ventilkörpers (10) anschließt.
