- la figure 3 est une vue en coupe schématique d'un alimenteur muni d'un dispositif de guidage de documents selon l'invention dans un mode de chargement manuel,
- la figure 4 est une vue en coupe partielle schématique d'un alimenteur muni d'un dispositif de guidage de documents selon l'invention dans un mode de chargement automatique,
- la figure 5 est une vue en coupe schématique agrandie limitée au fond de l'alimenteur,

- un fond fixe 123 faisant partie intégrante de la plaque de support 104, doté d'une filière et constitué également d'un patin lui même recouvert d'un revêtement rugueux de séparation;
- un plateau presseur 121 ajouré et articulé sur les flasques 106 par deux pions de pivotement 140, à l'encontre d'un ressort de rappel non représenté;
- deux margeurs 146 coulissant en synchronisme au moyen d'une crémaillère non représentée, sur le plateau presseur 121;
- un arceau d'appui 149 pour le maintien en position inclinée des documents dans le prolongement immédiat des margeurs;
- au moins un galet 120 de prise de documents 152, entraíné par le moteur de commande 10A de la machine, par l'intermédiaire d'un embrayage non représenté.
- un premier mode de chargement automatique avec une prise automatique, un par un, des documents déposés dans le bac 101 ou dans le bac 102;
- un second mode de chargement automatique avec une prise automatique de documents composés de deux feuilles provenant respectivement des bacs 101, 102;
- un mode de chargement mixte avec une prise manuelle d'un document provenant du premier bac 101, accompagnée d'une prise automatique d'un document provenant du second bac 102;
- un mode de chargement entièrement manuel avec une prise manuelle d'un document provenant du premier bac 101.
Claims (9)
- Dispositif de guidage de documents pour alimenteur automatique de documents d'une machine de pliage et/ou d'insertion, alimenteur (100) du type comportant au dessus d'une goulotte d'entrée de plis (1) prolongeant une plaque de support (104) d'un corps d'alimenteur (103), au moins deux bacs de chargement susceptibles de coopérer avec cette goulotte d'entrée selon différents modes de fonctionnement, l'un au moins comportant un fond basculant (113) surmonté d'une filière (114), constitué d'un patin (116) recouvert d'un revêtement rugueux (118) et susceptible d'occuper, soit une position fermée pour une introduction automatique de documents, soit une position ouverte pour une introduction manuelle, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des premiers moyens déflecteurs (12, 14, 16) disposés en amont d'un galet de prise de documents (110) coopérant sélectivement avec le fond basculant (113), de façon à orienter directement chaque document introduit vers la goulotte d'entrée (1) de telle sorte que des éventuels points d'accrochage du bord inférieur de ce document sur le galet (110) ou sur le corps de l'alimenteur (103) soient éliminés.
- Dispositif de guidage de documents selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les premiers moyens déflecteurs comportent un déflecteur de positionnement (14) fixé sous un déflecteur d'amorçage (12) solidaire de la plaque de support (104) et dont une face avant (12A) est inclinée vers un plateau presseur (111) d'un angle aigu déterminé, suffisant pour permettre le glissement des documents vers la goulotte d'entrée de plis (1).
- Dispositif de guidage de documents selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le déflecteur avant d'amorçage (12) possède une longueur égale aux deux tiers environ de la largeur des documents.
- Dispositif de guidage de documents selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le déflecteur de positionnement est formé par au moins une lame souple (14, 16), de largeur réduite et de faible épaisseur, et présentant une section longitudinale en "Z" lui assurant une très grande flexibilité.
- Dispositif de guidage de documents selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ladite lame est réalisée dans un matériau à ressort.
- Dispositif de guidage de document selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre des seconds moyens déflecteurs (21-24; 31-35) fixés sur une partie supérieure (18) du fond basculant (113), faisant face au galet de prise de document (110), de façon à éliminer les éventuels points d'accrochage du bord inférieur du document avec ce fond et à orienter le document introduit directement vers la goulotte d'entrée (1).
- Dispositif de guidage de documents selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les seconds moyens déflecteurs comportent des nervures avant de glissement (21, 22, 23; 24) entre lesquelles sont fixées des languettes d'introduction (34, 36), chacune de ces languettes étant prolongée d'une face avant (33, 35) qui descend jusqu'au niveau du revêtement rugueux (118) recouvrant le patin (116) du fond basculant (113).
- Dispositif de guidage de documents selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la face avant (33, 35) de la languette d'introduction, qui a de préférence un faible coefficient de frottement, est inclinée par rapport au plateau presseur (111) d'un angle déterminé inférieur à l'angle d'inclinaison des nervures (21, 22, 23, 24) par rapport à ce même plateau.
- Alimenteur automatique de documents d'une machine de pliage et/ou d'insertion comportant un dispositif de guidage de documents selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8.
