- la figure 3 est une vue en coupe transversale d'une plaque métallique en cours de traitement conformément à l'invention ;
- la figure 4 est une vue agrandie en coupe d'une portion de surface après billage ; et
- la figure 5 est une vue en coupe d'un récipient culinaire obtenu par le procédé de fabrication conforme à l'invention.
Claims (8)
- Procédé de traitement d'une surface métallique (1a, 1b) dans lequel :a) on forme sur ladite surface (1a,1b) une série de microcavités (4); etb) on applique un revêtement (2,3) au moins partiellement sur la surface (1a, 1b),
c) on procède au billage de ladite surface (1a, 1b) aux moyens de billes (7) de petites dimensions projetées contre la surface (1a, 1b), cette étape de billage succédant à l'étape b) de revêtement. - Procédé conforme à la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les billes (7) sont en acier.
- Procédé conforme à l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les billes (7) ont un diamètre compris entre 0,5 et 5 mm.
- Procédé conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'étape c) de billage a une durée comprise entre 0,5 et 5 secondes.
- Procédé conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les billes (7) sont mises en mouvement sous l'action d'ultrasons émis par un générateur (6).
- Procédé conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'étape b), la surface métallique (1a) est revêtue partiellement de polytétrafluoréthylène.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un article culinaire (10) à partir d'une plaque métallique, caractérisé en ce que les deux surfaces (1a, 1b) de la plaque (1) sont traitées par le procédé de traitement conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 5, ladite plaque (1) ayant une surface (1b) comportant un revêtement continu (2) de polytétrafluoréthylène et une autre surface (1a) comportant un revêtement partiel (3) de polytétrafluoréthylène formant un décor.
- Procédé conforme à la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la plaque (1) est emboutie en forme de récipient culinaire (10), la surface (1a) revêtue partiellement correspondant à la face extérieure dudit récipient (10).
