Description

The invention relates to a method in the claim 1 specified type. An important need is to certain Place a textile web to fix platelike components. This Components will be referred to as "platelets" in the following.

So it is z. B. to promote an elegant curtain course useful, so-called stiffening sticks in the upper or lower edge area of the curtain to attach. It is useful to use this on Straps to be attached to the curtain edge, which are provided with pockets. Support tapes of this type are first produced on a weaving machine. Then, regardless of weaving, the stiffening rods are added inserted into the pockets. Because automation of this process is difficult, this insertion is done manually, which is cumbersome and is time consuming.

Another important application of such methods concerns one Security system for goods offered for purchase in self-service become. This is usually done using labels attached to the goods, to which triggers are attached. Get those labeled that way Goods in the area of detectors in the exit area of points of sale are set up, the alarm will be triggered, provided the alarm trigger not defused in the labels beforehand. This has already been suggested (DE-GM 93 08 632.6 published on 12/22/94) to design double-layer label tapes, so that pockets are created there. These bags have one side pockets that are open towards the one long edge of the tape and into which the Alarm triggers need to be laboriously introduced. After their web production the openings of the filled pockets are closed by seams or the like.

The invention has for its object a method in the preamble of claim 1 to develop the type that is quick, easy Automated production of a textile web to be provided with platelets allowed. This is according to the invention by the Claim 1 measures achieved, the following special Importance.

The process according to the invention initially comprises a preliminary process, where a strand with a linear arrangement of the platelets is produced. This strand will hereinafter be referred to as "platelet strand" for short. This is done by using at least one flexible plate Carrier connects to each other at a defined, fixed distance from each other. For this purpose, the plates can alternate with connecting pieces of the carrier material form the platelet strand. In this case there is also a one-piece production of the whole platelet strand possible. An alternative it consists of starting from a pre-made, continuous belt, at which the carrier is stationary at a defined distance from each other be attached.

Then follows a main process, which is completely based on the Production of the textile web serving machine expires below "Textile machine" for short. The peculiarity of the invention The procedure is to use this strand of platelets as one To let thread element work in the textile machine together with the other thread elements of the textile web. Used as a textile machine a loom, so are the usual thread elements, such as warp threads and weft threads, interwoven with the strand of platelets, by means of the Method steps specified in the characterizing part of claim 1. In the As a rule, it is sufficient to design the textile web in one layer and to attach it to it Tile over its carrier with the thread elements of the textile web to link. A preferred method of production is carried out by the textile web is at least partially two-ply in the form of bags trains as explained in claim 5.

Further advantages and measures of the invention result from the further subclaims, the following description and the drawings. In the drawings, the invention is shown in one embodiment. Show it:

In the present case, this consists of a continuous volume 11, at which, at a defined distance 12 from one another, the mentioned Plate 20 are attached. This is volume 11 around a continuous carrier 11, on which, in a preliminary process, the plates 20 by gluing, welding, clamping or the like. Attached become.

An alternative to producing such a strand of platelets 10 would exist therein, in the spacing area 12 between the two plates 20 carrier sections 13 to use, the two ends of each other on each other following plate 20 are attached. In this case, it would also be a one-piece Production of the platelets 20 on the one hand and between them extending support sections 13 possible. You could in this case the platelet strand 10 by punching and / or longitudinal profiling as a continuous Formations with alternating carrier sections 13 on the one hand and platelets 20 on the other hand. This one-piece manufacture offers z. B. then when as a tile 20 so-called "stiffening sticks" should serve for curtains, for which usually plastic is used.

The continuous support 11 or the support sections 13 can be a film or be formed as a thread. The carrier 11 is usually in the longitudinal axis of the platelet 10, but the platelets 20 also be connected by a plurality of parallel beams 11. Favorable for the platelet rotation in the textile machine to be explained later it to use two carriers 11 arranged at a lateral distance from one another. In any case, what is decisive for the invention is a strand of platelets 10 with a linear arrangement of a plurality of platelets 20 obtained, which are arranged at a defined distance 12 from each other. This strand of platelets 10 is now, like a thread element, in a textile machine used that, along with usual other thread elements serves to produce a textile web 30. Such a textile web 30 can be single-layer or double-layered in places. As a textile machine comes z. B. a loom or a knitting machine in question.

In the illustrated embodiment, according to FIG. 1, is intended as a textile web 30 serve a woven label tape. This label tape 30 is continuously alternating with two-layer web areas 32 on the one hand and single-layer Web intermediate pieces 31 on the other hand. In the two-layer railway areas 32 are the plates 20 'in a position parallel to the plane of the web integrated in terms of weaving technology and consist in this embodiment the "alarm triggers" mentioned at the beginning, which are part of a security system for goods are. In order to fulfill its function as a label, is the label tape 30 with graphic and / or alpha-numerical information 33 provided, which can be woven in or subsequently printed. As is usual with labels, this information includes 33 names for the goods, their use, their cleaning and / or material information for Manufacture of the goods and their place of manufacture. The finished, with the Alarm triggers 20 equipped in the manner to be described in more detail Label tape 30 of Fig. 1, is dotted by cut lines on the 1 illustrates interface 21 in individual label sections 34 disassembled, which are then attached to the associated goods against Theft should be secured. The ones that act as alarm triggers Platelets 20 'include suitable elements such as electrical coils and electrical capacitors that interact with detectors tuned to them and trigger alarm when the labeled goods are in the area of the detectors is coming.

Im vorliegenden Fall ist ein in sich geschlossenes Webriet 24 verwendet, doch könnte stattdessen auch ein offener Webkamm od. dgl. für den Anschlag der eingetragenen Schußfäden an der Webstelle 23 verwendet werden.3 to 7 illustrate various manufacturing process steps such a combination of platelets 20, 20 'on the one hand and the Textile web 30 on the other hand on a weaving machine 22. In this case the platelet strand 10 like a warp thread-like thread element in the weaving machine 22 introduced and weaves with the other thread elements, like warp threads 14 and weft threads together, which are different from those shown in FIG. 3 to 7 clarified weft insertion means 15 inserted into the tissue become. The platelet strand 10 becomes like a "warp thread" in the direction of travel the textile web 30 incorporated. For the control of the warp threads 14 serve thread control elements, such as the indicated strands 16, which, according to a weaving program, generate a shed 17 into which retract the weft insertion means 15. The authoritative link of the thread elements involved from weft, chain 14 and platelet strand 10 takes place at the weaving machine 22 marked 23. There the transverse weft threads of the entry means 15 struck by a Webriet 24. In the present case there is one in itself closed Webriet 24 is used, but could be a instead open weaving comb or the like for the stop of the registered weft threads can be used at the web site 23.

At web point 23 is the two-layer web area just mentioned 32 has been produced, namely as a pocket open to the weaving station 23 25. The carrier 11 of the platelet strand 10 runs freely inside the pocket 25 between the two pocket layers 18, 19. The carrier 11 protrudes from the pocket opening 26. In this phase of work the platelet 20 of the platelet strand 10, in the feed direction 27 seen the woven textile web 30, before the work area of the Webriets 24, shown in its rearmost reverse position. The pocket 25 was created with a sufficient pocket length so that later, as will be explained with reference to FIG. 6, take the plate 20 inside to be able to. In order to be able to produce the two pocket layers 18, 19 there occurs in the area of the two-layer web area 32 from FIG. 3 apparent double shedding, where the warp threads 14 not only in one Upper compartment and in a lower compartment, but what is not shown in more detail also lie in a middle subject, in which, in the representation there, there is also the platelet strand 10 with its carrier 11. This is not shown in Fig. 3 for reasons of clarity. Corresponding the double compartment thus formed, can, as Fig. 3 illustrates, two weft insertion means 15 are entered at the same time, of which one the upper textile layer 18 and the other the lower textile layer 19 of the bag 25 form.

The platelet strand can be in the single-layer web piece 31 in front of the pocket 25 10 with its support 11 incorporated into the tissue. At least in the pocket area, however, there is a floating one that can already be seen in FIG. 3 Section 28 of the carrier 11 before. This floating carrier section 28 is preferably in the transition between the single-layer and two-layer Track area 31, 32 provided. The floatation 28 can also at its exit point on one pocket 25 to the previous one Stretch bag.

A traction device 29 is assigned to this floating carrier section 28, which in coordination with the other work equipment of the textile machine 22 is set effective. When the still open pocket 25 is woven is, the traction means 29, which z. B. from the apparent from FIGS. 3 and 4 Hooks can exist on the floating section 28 and it pulls into a kind of loop 35. During one end of this loop 35 set in the single-layer track 31 or on the previous pocket is the other end of the loop that continues into the pocket 25 pull-through. If you move the traction means 29 in the direction of the train movement arrow 36 of Fig. 4, the carrier 11 is increasingly inside the pocket pulled and moved the plate 20 in the sense of FIG. 4 Thrust arrow 37 in the direction of the pocket opening 26.

Dazu eignen sich Flächen, Führungsschienen od. dgl..In Fig. 4 is the position of the plane of the textile web 30 through the chain line 38 clarified in Fig. 4. That is also from the enlarged sectional view 8, which, in schematic enlargement, a Section of the Webriets 24 with several reed bars 39 shows. After this Pull 36 of the loop 35 is the plate 20, as shown in FIG. 4 and 8, in the area of Webriet 24. At the latest there, expediently but already extends in the area of the thread control means 16 the platelet 20, as shown by its dash-dotted lines in FIG. 8 illustrated platelet level 40 essentially vertically to the textile web level 38. The plate 20 is therefore "upright" and fits easily between the warp threads, the strands of the thread control means and the 8 can be seen from FIG. 8 for this vertical guidance of the platelets 20 guide means can be provided. Areas are suitable for this, Guide rails or the like ..

As long as the pulling means 29 is pulled according to the direction of the arrow 36 no further work movement of the Webriets 24. This can be done by a Reach the weaving break of the textile machine 22 or the pulling movement 36 in the sense of FIGS. 4, 5 and 6 is executed so quickly that in this Time that Webriet 24 is moving only a little. In the latter case an interruption in weaving is unnecessary. According to the next work phase 5, the loop 35 has already been pulled so large by the traction means 29 that the plate 20 is in the area of the weft insertion means 15 is located.

The decisive factor, as shown in FIG. 5, is that the insertion movement continues in the course of execution 37 the plate from the vertical position 20 according to FIGS. 4 and 8 in a substantially horizontal position 20 'according to FIG. 5 in the sense of the arrow 41 is transferred. This is also dash-dotted in Fig. 8 illustrates where this rotation takes place beyond the reed bars 39 is also indicated. Guide means can be used for this rotation 41 become. This function would also be by means of the weft insertion means 15 enforceable. While this tile is in its horizontal position 20 'is the next following axially spaced therefrom 5, still in vertical position 20. The Carrier 11 is sufficiently flexible and enables the rotating arrow 41 corresponding torsion in the intermediate carrier section 13. The length of the carrier section 13 can be dimensioned such that the subsequent, in its vertical position 20 plates already in the area of the thread control means 16 and / or the working movement des Webriets 24 is located.

Das Plättchen 20' befindet sich im Inneren der Tasche, zwischen den beiden Taschenlagen 18, 19.Fig. 6 shows the end position of the traction 36 from the traction means 29. Die Insertion movement 37 of the horizontal plate 20 'has ended because this strikes the bottom wall of the pocket 25. The loop 35 has reached their maximum loop length. The plate 20 'is located inside the pocket, between the two pocket layers 18, 19.

Now, starting from FIG. 6, the further weaving process begins. The two Pocket layers 18, 19, as can be seen in FIG. 7, are closed and it reinstates the formation of a single-layer web section, some 7 apparent pocket closure 42 generated. The still in Fig. 6 recognizable, previous pocket opening 26 is closed. That in parallel platelets 20 'positioned at the textile web plane 38 are removed by the two Textile layers 18, 19 enclosed on all sides. From the open pocket 25 of Fig. 6 is a self-contained capsule 25 'with integrated therein Plate 20 '.

When the working phase of the textile machine 22 according to FIG. 7 has been reached, the loop 35 generated has fulfilled its function. The carrier 11 for the plate 20 or 20 'can be cut in the foot area of the loop 35 That will be done when the loop looks good of the end product. The separating cut 43 is shown in FIG. 7 indicated by dash-dotted lines. The cut loop 35 can be removed become. Instead of cutting, the loop 35 can also be used on others appropriately removed, e.g. B. by melting, dissolving. The loops 35 are expediently still cut off the textile machine 22, but could also be retrofitted outside if necessary the textile machine. For making the cut 43 can be used with conventional knife devices of looms be how they z. B. serve to produce a velor fabric.

As mentioned earlier, instead of bags can be defined as Locations in a textile web 30 also single-layer web sections serve. The plates are fixed in their horizontal position 20 ' then through the supports 11 located on them, which are in the single-layer fabric, be woven on both sides of the plate 20 '.

The textile web 30 does not need to be in the form of a band fabric according to FIG. 1 to be manufactured, but could also be manufactured as a wide fabric web be cut into tape form only afterwards. This slitting the wide fabric is expediently still on the textile machine 22. Has such a textile web to be manufactured as wide goods that is, several adjacent locations for the plates 20 ', e.g. B. in the form of the pockets 25 mentioned. produced side by side in the textile machine. At each of these locations a strand of platelets 10 is processed. You then get, after 7, a wide fabric with platelets 20 'lying next to one another several times. Then, in one 7 following process step, this wide fabric web, as above has already been said, between two adjacent bags 25 cut lengthways so that a flock of web strips is formed. This Slitting can be done using knives, heated blades or wires or done by ultrasonic tools. The result is, in the case of bags as mounting locations for the platelets 20 ', for example in Fig. 1 shown label tape. Then these lanes need, as on Label tape 30 of Fig. 1 was explained, only in the individual sections 34 can be divided by transverse cuts 21.
