  • both the customer / client and the customer Provide a source of information to service providers that it enables both to optimally schedule their time adapt to the respective circumstances.
  • information about consecutively numbered labels mediated by the customer / client from a Donation device can be removed; in connection with the Knowing the number that is currently the turn of the Customer / client estimate the time remaining until the turn is on him and she may otherwise use.
  • the service provider has the opportunity to To look after customers / clients optimally and in peace.
  • DE 23 03 386 C3 describes a cooler for a strip wrap to tear off strips of certain length suggested.
  • the strip wrap comes without a holding device in an arched housing in the lower area inserted.
  • Via a specially trained management and Separating organ with a guide tongue, with guide and Separator are an integral part of the housing the individual labels were reliably removed from the strip.
  • Both label dispensers are ideal for specifically on the training of management and separation bodies to process coordinated labels. Problems regarding However, the functionality occurs as soon as labels a different format should be pulled from the donor. As soon as the labels have a different width, this is not possible at all.
  • the invention has for its object a device to suggest labels of any shape for dispensing of labels with the same reliability.
  • the device a housing with a dispensing opening and one in the housing can be arranged holding device that the strip wrap picks up that the holding device from a lower Guide element and two side guide elements that each of the two side Guide elements has a guide slot which for Take up the axially mounted strip wrap, and that the lower guide element has a dispensing edge at one end Separation of individual labels.
  • the device according to the invention offers the enormous advantage that labels with different formats under Can be dispensed using one and the same housing. Achieved this is about holding devices, their construction is variable: on the one hand, they are based on the dimensions of the housing and on the other hand on the size of the donated Labels can be optimally coordinated. As extremely user-friendly is the design of the invention Device to consider, according to which holding device and Strip wraps form an integral unit.
  • the holding device be such form that guide one of the strip wraps unwound label strip in the area between the Line of contact of the outer radius of the strip wrap and lower guide element and the dispensing edge essentially in one level. This measure ensures that completely regardless of label size and the current diameter of the strip wrap to each Time the dispenser with constant reliability Issues labels.
  • an advantageous development of the device according to the invention provides that at a given distance from the Dispensing edge a front, in particular arcuate contact surface is provided for the strip wrap.
  • This measure proves to be particularly beneficial when relatively heavy Strip wrap - i.e. strip wrap with labels one wide format and a large number of labels the dispensing device.
  • the arched Contact surface supports the fixation of the axis ends of the Strip wraps in the side guide elements; therefore are concerned with the stability of these lateral guide elements to make lesser demands. Delivers special advantages this configuration if the holding device as inexpensive injection molded part, for example from Polypropylene or polystyrene.
  • the holding device as Injection molded part is made according to an advantageous Further development of the device according to the invention is proposed that the side guide elements as foldable elements are trained. This is achieved through accordingly angled notches at the kinks.
  • the level required for optimal label delivery Guiding the label strip unwound from the strip wrap according to an advantageous further development device according to the invention achieved in that the lower guide element in a predetermined area behind the dispensing edge made of at least two guide parts which are substantially parallel to each other, wherein the unwrapped label strip between the two Guide parts can be passed. Due to the location restrictions of the label strip in the area of the contact line from the radius of the strip wrap and the lower one Guide element and in the area of the dispensing edge is a Forced guidance of the label strip achieved the malfunctions of the dispenser due to variation of the parameters: 'Diameter of the strip wrap', 'Size or format of the Excludes labels' with great certainty.
  • An advantageous embodiment of the device according to the invention suggests that the upper and lower guide part, which is directly in the area behind the Extend dispensing edge, are releasably connected.
  • the Device according to the invention at least on one of the two Guide parts provided in the area of the dispensing edge spring tongues that interact with the housing in the operating state that a print on the unwound label strip is exercised.
  • the pressure can be optimized in such a way that dispensing label when pulled out of the dispenser is cut off at the 'target tear-off points'.
  • the housing itself is advantageously made of an upper one Part and a lower part made that foldable together are connected. This will insert and replace it the holding device in addition to strip wrap facilitated.
  • the dispensing edge from a posing in the front area of the lower of the two guide parts exists and perpendicular to the direction of delivery of the labels is arranged; in particular, the lateral extent of the Posing on the shape of the labels to be donated tunable. It has proven to be particularly cheap To design a prismatic shape, i.e. is in top view they are trapezoidal or triangular in shape, the base side being the Dispensing edge forms. It is extremely beneficial in terms of for smooth dispensing of tongue-shaped labels the training from that the prismatic posing continuously in the opposite direction of the label the height drops. A downward buckling of the Label tongues and thus a malfunction in Donation process can be effectively through this measure avoid.
  • Device becomes a roll as the core for the strip wrap used on an openwork, especially star-shaped Axis is attachable.
