Description
Fig. 1b zeigt eine erste Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Haltevorrichtung 7 mit vollem Streifenwickel 14, die besonders gut für für das Ausgeben von Etiketten von einem relativ schweren Streifenwickel 14 geeignet ist. Fig. 1b zeigt dieselbe Ausführungsform mit leerer Rolle 11.
Die Haltevorrichtung 7 besteht aus einem unteren Führungselement 8 und zwei seitlichen Führungselementen 9,9' mit Führungsschlitzen 10, 10' zur Aufnahme der Achsenden der Achse 12. Die Achse 12 ist vorzugsweise sternförmig ausgebildet und so dimensioniert, daß sie problemlos in die Rolle 11 einpaßbar ist. Die seitliche Bewegung der Achse 12 wird durch die Anschläge 13 begrenzt.
Das untere Führungselement 8 ist im Bereich hinter der Spendkante 19 zweiteilig ausgeführt und besteht aus einem unteren Führungsteil 15 und einem oberen Führungsteil 16. Im mittleren Bereiches des oberen Führungsteils 16 verläuft ein Längssteg 21, der zur Stabilisierung der Haltevorrichtung 7 beiträgt.
Dem gleichen Zweck dient auch die bogenförmige Anlagefläche 22, die dem Streifenwickel 14 in Ausgaberichtung entgegensteht und damit die Lagefixierung der seitlichen Führungselemente 9,9' unterstützt. Diese seitlichen Führungselemente 9,9' lassen sich somit ohne weiteres aus einem relativ weichen, wenig widerstandsfähigen und damit kostengünstigen Kunststoffmaterial fertigen. Als Fertigungsmaterialien können beispielsweise die Kunststoffe Polistyrol oder Polipropylen verwendet werden.
Wie in Verbindung mit Fig.1c ersichtlich ist, rutscht die Achse 12 des Streifenwickels 14 während des Spendvorganges und dem Kleinerwerden des Durchmessers des Streifenwickels 14 kontinuierlich in den Führungsschlitzen 10,10' der beiden seitlichen Führungselemente 9,9' in Richtung unteres Führungselement 8. Wie durch die Pfeile zwischen den einzelnen Figuren angedeutet, ist die Entnahme der Haltevorrichtung 7 inclusive leerer Rolle 11 aus dem Gehäuse 1 ebenso problemlos möglich, wie das Einsetzen der Haltevorrichtung 7 mit einem vollen Streifenwickel 14.
Gut sichtbar ist im linken Teil der Fig. 3 die in diesem Fall dreieckförmige Aufwerfung 20, die entgegen der Ausgaberichtung der Etiketten 6 in der Höhe abfällt. Wie bereits an vorhergehender Stelle erwähnt, ist diese Ausführungsform optimal auf die Ausgabe zungenförmiger Etiketten 6 abgestimmt, die u.a. aus der WO 91/03802 und der DE 40 27 889 A1 bekannt geworden sind. Prinzipiell ist die erfindungsgemaße Vorrichtung, insbesondere also die Haltevorrichtung 7, für jede Art von Etiketten 6 auslegbar.
Die Einzelteile entsprechen demzufolge den Teilen der Fig.1a. In das Gehäuse 1 wird jedoch nunmehr die in den Fig.4a bzw. 4b dargestellte Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Haltevorrichtung 7 eingesetzt. Von der Konstruktion her ist diese Ausgestaltung wesentlich einfacher und damit auch kostengünstiger. Infolge ihrer geringerem Stabilität ist sie zur Ausgabe relativ leichter Streifenwickel 14 mit Etiketten 6 eines kleineren Formats geeignet.

Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zur Ausgabe von Etiketten, wobei die Etiketten durch manuelle Betätigung einzeln von einem aufgerollten Etikettenstreifen (Streifenwickel) abtrennbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Vorrichtung aus einem Gehäuse (1) mit Spendöffnung (5) und einer in dem Gehäuse (1) anordenbaren Haltevorrichtung (7) für den Streifenwickel (14) besteht, daß sich die Haltevorrichtung (7) aus einem unteren Führungselement (8) und aus zwei seitlichen Führungselementen (9,9') zusammensetzt,daß jedes der beiden seitlichen Führungselemente (9,9') einen Führungsschlitz (10,10') aufweist, welche zur Aufnahme des achsgelagerten Streifenwickels (14) dienen, und daß das untere Führungselement (8) an einem Ende eine Spendkante (19) zur Abtrennung einzelner Etiketten (6) besitzt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Haltevorrichtung (7) derart ausgebildet ist, daß die Führung eines von dem Streifenwickel (14) abgewickelten Etikettenstreifens im Bereich zwischen dem Berührpunkt von äußerem Radius des Streifenwickels (14) und unterem Führungselement (8) und der Spendkante (19) im wesentlichen in einer Ebene erfolgt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß an dem unteren Führungselement (8) in einem gegebenen Abstand von der Spendkante (19) eine vordere, insbesondere bogenförmige Anlagefläche (22) für den Streifenwickel (14) vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das untere Führungselement (8) in einem vorgegebenenBereich hinter der Spendkante (19) aus zumindest zwei Führungsteilen (15,16; 25,26) gefertigt ist, die im wesentlichen parallel zueinander verlaufen, wobei der abgewickelte Etikettenstreifen zwischen den beiden Führungsteilen (15,16; 25,26) hindurchführbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das obere Führungselement (16;26) und das untere Führungselement (15;25) lösbar miteinander verbunden sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß zumindest an einem der beiden Führungsteile (15,16;25,26) im Bereich der Spendkante (19) Federzungen (31) vorgesehen sind, die im Betriebszustand mit dem Gehäuse so zusammenwirken, daß ein Druck auf den abgewickelten Etikettenstreifen ausgeübt wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3, 4 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Spendkante (19) aus einer Aufwerfung (20) im vorderen Bereich des unteren Führungsteils (15; 25) der beiden Führungsteile (15,16; 25,26) besteht und senkrecht zur Ausgaberichtung der Etiketten (6) angeordnet ist, wobei die seitliche Ausdehnung der Aufwerfung (20) auf die Form der zu spendenden Etiketten (6) abstimmbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Aufwerfung (20) eine vorzugsweise prismenförmige Struktur besitzt, deren Grundfläche in Ausgaberichtung der Etiketten (6) orientiert ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß Haltevorrichtung (7) und Streifenwickel (14) als eine Einheit ausgebildet sind, die in das Gehäuse (1) einsetzbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Haltevorrichtung (7) als Spritzgußteil gefertigt ist, wobei die seitlichen Führungselemente (9,9') als klappbare Elemente ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Gehäuse (1) aus einem oberen Teil (2) und einem unteren Teil (3) besteht, die klappbar miteinander verbunden sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß als Kern für den Streifenwickel (14) eine Rolle (11) vorgesehen ist, die auf eine insbesondere sternförmige Achse (12) aufsetzbar ist, unddaß an den Enden der Achse (12) Anschläge (13,13') vorgesehen sind, die eine seitliche Verschiebung der Achse (12) in den Führungsschlitzen (10,10') der seitlichen Führungselemente (9,9') verhindern.
