Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum Be- und Entladen eines Güterfahrzuges mit einer Anzahl von Lastträgern (2), wobei der Güterfahrzug hauptsächlich zum Hochgeschwindigkeitstransport von kompletten Fahrzeugen/ Fahrzeugzügen vorgesehen ist, sowie mit Lasttragbühnen und/ oder Containern, wobei das Be- und Entladen stattfindet, nachdem ein erster Lastträgerteil (2b) des Lastträgers (2) aus seiner normalen Position in Längsrichtung des Fahrzuges herausgedreht wurde, und dann die Güter mittels einer Eintritts- und Austrittsrampe (5) be/entladen werden, und mit üblichen Lasthandhabungsmitteln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lastträger (2) während des Drehens entlang einem vertikalen Längsabschnitt schräg zur Transportrichtung des Fahrzuges in den ersten Lastträgerteil (2b) des Fahrzuges und einen zweiten Lastträgerteil (2a) aufgeteilt wird, wodurch der erste Lastträgerteil (2b) sowohl beim Hinein- als auch beim Herausdrehen zunächst durch Stützen (19) nach oben angehoben wird, um wenigstens eine Trag- und Vorschubeinrichtung (23) in der Eintritts- und Austrittsrampe (5) mittels einer Hydraulikzylinderanordnung (6) abzusenken, und danach auf die Trag- und Vorschubeinrichtung (23) abgelassen wird, die den ersten Lastträgerteil (2b) durch Drehen um eine vertikale Drehachse (12) umsetzt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Lastträgerteil (2b) gegen Kippbewegungen in seiner Be/Entladeposition mittels der Stützen (19) zusammen mit den Eintritts- und Austrittsrampen (5) stabil gehalten wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lastträgerteile (2a, 2b) in der Transportposition miteinander verriegelt sind. - Vorrichtung zum Be- und Entladen eines Güterfahrzuges mit einer Anzahl von Lastträgern, wobei der Güterfahrzug hauptsächlich zum Hochgeschwindigkeitstransport von kompletten Fahrzeugen/ Fahrzeugzügen vorgesehen ist, sowie mit Lasttragbühnen und/ oder Containern, wobei das Be- und Entladen stattfindet, nachdem ein erster Lastträgerteil (2b) des Lastträgers (2) aus seiner normalen Position in Längsrichtung des Fahrzuges herausgedreht wurde, und dann die Güter mittels einer Eintritts- und Austrittsrampe (5) be/entladen werden, und mit üblichen Lasthandhabungsmitteln,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie wenigstens eine Eintrittsund Austrittsrampe (5) aufweist, die an einem oder alternativ an beiden Enden des ersten Lastträgerteils (2b) angeordnet ist, wobei die Rampe (5) eine Trag- und Vorschubeinrichtung (23) aufweist, die zum Seitwärtsdrehen des ersten Lastträgerteils (2b) relativ zum Fahrzug mittels einer Umsetzung um eine vertikale Drehachse (12) vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Seitwärtsdrehen des ersten Lastträgerteils (2b) um eine Kupplung (18) herum stattfindet, die im wesentlichen identisch zu einer Anhängerdrehkupplung ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Seitwärtsdrehen des ersten Lastträgerteils (2b) durch Verwendung einer Trag- und Drehsegmentanordnung (22) stattfindet, die im Zwischenteil des Lastträgers (2) angeordnet ist und direkt gegen eine Betonplatte (10) am Gleis wirkt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Eintritts- und Austrittsrampe (5) in ihrer aufgerichteten Position auch ein Tor für den ersten Lastträgerteil (2b) darstellt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Lastträgerteil (2b) innere hydraulisch ausgerüstete Konsolen aufweist, die in dessen Längsrichtung zwecks Verriegelung der Lasttragbühnen und Container ohne Räder verschiebbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seiten des Lastträgers mittels vorderer Rollwände (17) verschließbar sind, die mittels eines Motors in den zweiten Lastträgerteil (2a) hineingerollt werden können.
