Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a shower head a Venturi nozzle for adding ingredients according to a reservoir and ambient air in the water flow the preamble of claim 1.
  • showers are nowadays in the private sector and in public institutions as Devices for cleaning and / or massage and healing purposes widespread.
  • a spray head with numerous nozzle openings provided from which a fanned out, fine distributed water jet emerges.
  • nozzle openings Depending on the type of nozzle openings one differentiates between different showers as Shower or rain shower, fan or jet shower.
  • the shower head can only be aligned - as well as freely movable on a flexible hose Group hand showers.
  • those intended for showering Hand showers form the object area of the current one Invention.
  • a shower head is generally used only for fine, spray-like distribution of the supplied shower water.
  • Patent 3,720,352 and 4,200,206 are devices for admixing various known liquid additives that one in a Multi-chamber system stocked, depending on valve actuation one of the additions or a composition of several Additives to which shower water is added.
  • the U.S. PS 4,019,658 shows a device in which the additive removed from two aerosol cans inserted into the device becomes.
  • the publications mentioned so far concern all devices with which the shower water exclusively the additive is added.
  • a hand shower is added of ingredients and air in the water flow, which also works on the Venturi principle.
  • Right in the Hand shower head is provided a cavity used as a reservoir, to add the ingredient to the water stockpile.
  • a pipe protrudes from the reservoir into the canal for the water flow, and closer to the shower head are in the sewer Air inlet openings arranged. After a switching movement are both the tube for the admixture of the ingredient as also released the air inlet openings so that from the flowing Water first over the pipe a fine stream of the ingredient and air is sucked in before the shower head.
  • This device does solve the problem of immediate stockpiling the ingredient in the hand part of the shower head, but the fragrance spread is still in an unfavorable relationship with used proportion of added ingredient.
  • the object of the present invention is therefore to a perfect shower head with an admixing device to create that with a small amount of use a substance to be added is completely mixed with the air-infused shower jet and a very good flavoring of its surroundings.
