Claims (7)

  1. Elektrischer Drehschalter für ein Steuerpaneel, insbesondere einer Kraftfahrzeug Heiz-, Belüftungs-und/oder-Klimaanlage, vom Typ, umfassend einen drehbaren Körper (2), der rotationsmäßig angetrieben werden kann bezüglich einer Achse (XX) unter der Einwirkung eines Steuerelementes (3), sowie Immobilisationsmittel (22-24), gestützt von dem drehbaren Körper (2) und geeignet zur Wechselwirkung mit einer gezahnten Einrichtung (20) mit kreisförmiger Konfiguration und gestützt durch eine feststehende Stütze (21) zum Zwecke der Fixierung oder Immobilisierung des drehbaren Körpers in vorbestimmten Positionen, wobei die Immobilisationsmittel Bestandteile sind eines zwischengelagerten Elementes (16), welches drehfest mit dem drehbaren Körper (2) vorgesehen ist, mit winkelmäßigem, begrenztem Ausschlag einen Freilauf definierend, wodurch es ermöglicht ist, den drehbaren Körper von den Immobilisationsmitteln zu entkoppeln, indem somit eine eventuelle Blockierung der Immobilisationsmittel in einer instabilen Position am Scheitel (S) eines Zahnes (20) vermieden wird, bedingt durch eine an dem drehbaren Körper bewirkte Reibung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zwischengelagerte Element (16) eine Scheibe ist, die eine zentrale oder mittlere Öffnung (17) aufweist, mit einer Form, gewählt zum Zwecke der Ermöglichung des Durchtrittes eines zwischengelagerten Teiles oder Abschnittes (15) des drehbaren Körpers (2), wobei der begrenzte winkelmäßige Ausschlag ermöglicht ist.
  2. Schalter nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem man zumindest eine Vielzahl an identischen Primärspuren (14) vorsieht, verbunden mit einer ebenen Stütze (7), senkrecht zur Rotationsachse (XX), elektrisch leitfähig bzw. leitend und gleichmäßig beabstandet mit Bezug zueinander, wobei zumindest eine mit dem drehbaren Körper verbundene Kontaktstelle (10) bestimmt ist, die jeweiligen Primärspuren zu verbinden, wenn der drehbare Körper in einer seiner vorbestimmten Positionen vorliegt, wobei der Raum zwischen zwei benachbarten Zähnen (20) Immobilisationszonen (26) definiert, in Entsprechung zu vorbestimmten Positionen, wobei die Primärspuren mit Bezug auf die Zahn- oder Zahnkranzeinrichtung derart positioniert oder angeordnet sind, dass jede Immobilisationszone sich oberhalb einer Endzone (31) einer Primärspur befindet, ausgewählt unter einer ersten und einer zweiten einander gegenüberstehenden Endzonen.
  3. Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Immobilisationsmittel ein Gehäuse (22), verbunden mit dem zwischengelagerten Element (16) und umfassend eine offene Vorder- oder Frontfläche, gegenüberstehend der Zahn- oder Zahnkranzeinrichtung (20), eine Feder (23), die in dem Gehäuse aufgenommen ist und mit einem hinteren Ende an einer Heck- oder hinteren Fläche davon anliegt, und eine Kugel (24) umfasst, die zumindest teilweise in dem Gehäuse aufgenommen ist, in Anlage an einem vorderen Ende der Feder, wobei der Durchmesser davon im wesentlichen kleiner ist als die Beabstandung, die die Scheitel (S) von benachbarten Zähnen trennt, um die Immobilisation unter Vorspannung zwischen diesen zu ermöglichen, wenn der drehbare Körper in einer der vorbestimmten Positionen vorliegt.
  4. Schalter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der drehbare Körper (2) an seinem zwischengelagerten Teil oder Abschnitt (15) eine kreis-zylindrische Form mit Abflachung (18) aufweist, wobei die Abflachung dargestellt ist bei einem ersten Abstand (D1) der Rotationsachse (XX), und dass die Öffnung (17) der Scheibe (16) von entsprechender oder angepasster Form ist bezüglich jener des zwischengelagerten Teiles oder Abschnittes (15) des drehbaren Körpers, mit einer Abflachung (19), befindlich bei einer zweiten Entfernung (D2) der Rotationsachse (XX), die größer ist, als die erste Beabstandung oder Entfernung (D1).
  5. Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (22) an der Peripherie der Scheibe (16) in radialer Position fixiert oder feststehend ist, wobei die hintere Fläche davon im wesentlichen parallel verläuft zur Abflachung (19) der Scheibe (16) und sich auf ein und derselben Hälfte der Scheibe befindet wie die Abflachung.
  6. Schalter oder Umschalter nach einem der vorangegangen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der drehbare Körper (2) flußaufwärtsliegend seines zwischengelagerten Teiles oder Abschnittes (15) einen kreis-zylindrischen Abschnitt (27) umfasst, der an seiner Peripherie bei gewählten Positionen eine Vielzahl an Aufnahmen (28) aufweist, vorgesehen zur Wechselwirkung mit einer Hilfsimmobilisationseinrichtung (29) zum Zwecke der Verstärkung der Immobilisation des drehbaren Körpers, wenn die Immobilisationsmittel in einer Immobilisationszone (26) vorliegen.
  7. Schalter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hilfsimmmobilisationseinrichtung (29) eine elastische Klinge ist, installiert im wesentlichen senkrecht bezüglich des drehbaren Körpers und in einer Nachbarschaft davon, wobei sie in einem mittleren Abschnitt eine Wölbung (30) aufweist, in der Form im wesentlichen entsprechend jener der Aufnahmen (28) des drehbaren Körpers.
