Description
Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur Steuerung einer Brennkraftmaschine mit Hochdruckeinspritzung, insbesondere für eine Brennkraftmaschine mit einem Common-Rail-System, wobei der Kraftstoff von wenigstens einer Pumpe von einem Niederdruckbereich in einen Hochdruckbereich gefördert wird, der Kraftstoffdruck im Hochdruckbereich mit einem Drucksensor erfasst wird, und der Kraftstoffdruck mit einem Mittel zur Druckregelung regelbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einem Defekt im Bereich der Druckregelung der Kraftstoffdruck durch Beeinflussung des Kraftstoffflusses im Niederdruckbereich auf einen vorgebbaren Wert steuerbar und/oder regelbar ist, mit dem ein eingeschränkter Betrieb sichergestellt werden kann.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kraftstofffluß im Niederdruckbereich unterbrochen wird, wenn der Druck im Hochdruckbereich über einen vorgebbaren Wert ansteigt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kraftstofffluß im Niederdruckbereich freigegeben wird, wenn der Druck im Hochdruckbereich unter einen zweiten vorgebbaren Wert abfällt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste und der zweite vorgebbare Wert für den Druck abhängig von wenigstens der Drehzahl (N) und/oder der einzuspritzenden Kraftstoffmenge (QK) vorgebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Steuerung einer Brennkraftmaschine mit Hochdruckeinspritzung, insbesondere für eine Brennkraftmaschine mit einem Common-Rail-System, mit wenigstens einer Pumpe, die Kraftstoff von einem Niederdruckbereich in einen Hochdruckbereich fördert, mit einem Drucksensor, der den Kraftstoffdruck im Hochdruckbereich erfasst, und mit Mitteln zur Regelung des Kraftstoffdrucks, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel vorgesehen sind, die bei einem Defekt im Bereich der Druckregelung der Kraftstoffdruck durch Beeinflussung des Kraftstoffflusses im Niederdruckbereich auf einen vorgebbaren Wert steuern und/oder regeln, mit dem ein eingeschränkter Betrieb sichergestellt werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel vorgesehen sind, die den Kraftstofffluß im Niederdruckbereich unterbrechen, wenn der Druck im Hochdruckbereich über einen vorgebbaren Wert ansteigt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Defekt des Mittels zur Druckregelung durch Unterbrechung des Kraftstoffflusses im Niederdruckbereich eine Druckregelung im Hochdruckbereich erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Unterbrechung des Kraftstoffflusses im Niederdruckbereich ein Absperrventil (25) und/oder eine Vorförderpumpe (20) verwendet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Druckregelung mittels eines Zwei-Punkt-Reglers erfolgt.
