Claims (11)

  1. Vorrichtung zum automatischen Abpacken von Broten der Art, dass ein Verpackungsschlauch (2) kontinuierlich axial entrollt und verschoben wird und der geöffnet ist, um das Einführen eines zu verpackenden Gegenstandes (P) zu erlauben, und der durch beiderseitiges Verschweissen des Gegenstandes verschlossen wird, um die Entnahme des Gegenstandes im abgepackten Zustand zu ermöglichen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführung jeden Brotes (P) automatisch durch eine Station (13-14-15) erfolgt, die derart ausgerichtet ist, das Brot zweckmässigerweise in die an ihrem freien äusseren Ende offen gehaltene Schlauchhülle zu stossen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das äussere freie Ende der Schlauchhülle durch ein Gebläse (12) offengehalten wird, das derart ausgerichtet ist, dass der erzeugte Luftstrom gegen das obenerwähnte äussere Ende gerichtet ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Station zwei Endloslaufbänder (13 und 14) umfasst, die horizontal der Hauptrichtungsachse der Einheit folgend angeordnet sind, wobei das eine Band (14) ständig läuft, während das andere Band (13) nur für den geeigneten Augenblick in Betrieb genommen wird.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band (14) eine rauhe Oberfläche aufweist und mit einer hohen Geschwindigkeit läuft.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführstation in gleicher Weise eine gegen die Förderrichtung angeordnete Trägerstütze (15) umfasst mit einem V-förmigen Profil zum Halten des hinteren Teils des Brotes (P), zur augenblicklichen Zwischenlagerung auf dem Band (13) im Stillstand.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie hinter der Zuführstation einen fixierten Tisch (16) umfasst, über dem ein beweglicher Stempel (17) angeordnet ist, der nach unten verschiebbar ist, um das auf dem Tisch in das Innere der Schlauchhülle (2) gestossene Brot (P) anzuhalten.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stempel (17) von einer (19) der zwei beweglichen Greifbacken (19-20) eines Schweissgerätes bekannten Typs getragen wird, die stromabwärts der Zuführstation vorgesehen ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zu dem üblichen, keilförmigen Spreizorgan (10), zum Öffnen der Schlauchhülle (2) in bekannter Weise, einen elastischen Öffner (11) mit in Seitenansicht C-förmigem Profil umfasst, das zusammendrückbar ist, um die Verschweissung der Schlauchhülle (2) vorzunehmen.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spreizorgan (10) und der elastische Öffner (11) an den gegenüberliegende Flächen eines Würfels (9) befestigt sind, der in bekannter Weise im Innern der Schlauchhülle (2) eingesetzt und festgehalten ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entnahme der verpackten Brote (P) mit Hilfe zweier parallel angeordneten Ketten (24) erfolgt, die taktweise angetrieben und mit Anschlägen (26) versehen sind, die über dem fixierten Tisch (16) hervorspringen und für die abgepackten Brote einen Halt bilden.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuführstation, das Gebläse (12) und die Erfassungszelle (27), die das Verschieben der Schlauchhülle (2) steuert, auf einem verfahrbaren Gestell (31) angeordnet sind, welches in geeignete Positionen verstellbar ist, um die Anpassung der Anordnung für Brote (P) verschiedener Länge zu ermöglichen.
