Description
- durch die Anwendung von Walzen mit den kleinerem Aussendurchmessern die Möglichkeit besteht, die Walzen enger anzuordnen und damit die Anzahl der Stellen mit erhöhter Pressung in der Pressstrecke deutlich anzuheben,
- mit dem Einsatz einer Walze mit quer zur Materiallaufrichtung steuerbarerem Anpresskraftverlauf, den Anpresskraftverlauf perfekt gleichmässig gehalten (Einlaufzone der Pressstrecke), bzw. durch gezieltes Variieren dieses Anpresskraftverlaufes das Dickenprofil des in diesem Stadium noch plastisch verformbaren Produktes in erwünschter Form beeinflusst werden kann (Auslaufzone der Pressstrecke),
- mit der Anwendung eines Laufmantels mit geringer radialer Steifigkeit die Ausdehnung der Pressfuge in Längsrichtung, auch bei Verwendung von kleineren Walzendurchmessern, bewusst ausgedehnt werden kann und damit die unmittelbar örtliche Pressdauer verlängert werden kann,
- mit der Anwendung eines temperaturbeständigen Laufbelages bzw. eines Laufmantels aus selbsttragendem und temperaturbeständigem Kunststoffes die Anschmiegsamkeit verbessert und der Effekt der allenfalls erwünschten Querprofilbeeinflussung deutlich erhöht werden kann,
- durch die Anwendung von F- oder K-Walzen, d.h. selbstanstellend oder konzentrisch geführter Mantel mit einer äusseren Walzenanstellung und die zugehörige Gegenwalze jeweils als konventionelle Walze ohne Querkraftbeeinflussungsmöglichkeit ausgebildet werden kann.

Claims (9)
- Einrichtung zur Herstellung von Spanplatten, Faserplatten oder dgl. mit mindestens einem starren zylindrischen Körper (1), der drehbeweglich angeordnet ist, mit mindestens einem über Walzen (3,4,5,6) derart geführten endlosem Metallband (2), dass zwischen dem zylindrischen Körper (1) und dem Metallband (2) eine Pressstrecke ausgebildet ist, sowie mit einer das Metallband (2) mit Druck beaufschlagenden Anpressvorrichtung (7), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anpressvorrichtung (7) eine Mehrzahl von Anpresswalzen (8) mit steuerbarem Anpressverlauf umfasst, die zueinander beabstandet entlang der Pressstrecke angeordnet sind, und dass die Anpresswalzen (8) einen Laufmantel (19) aufweisen, der entweder selbsttragend ausgebildet ist und aus temperaturbeständigem Kunststoff besteht, oder eine Mantelfläche umfasst, die mit einer Schicht aus temperaturbeständigem Kunststoff, Elastomer oder dgl. versehen ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine Mehrzahl von zylindrischen Körpern (15), die auf einer Geraden liegend und zueinander beabstandet angeordnet sind, um das Metallband zu stützen und durch ein über Walzen (14) geführtes zweites Metallband (2), das unter Bildung einer Pressstrecke parallel zum ersten Metallband (2) geführt und mit der Mehrzahl von Anpresswalzen (8) mit steuerbarem Anpressverlauf in Kontakt steht, um das zweite Metallband (2) mit Druck zu beaufschlagen.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anpresswalzen (8) unterschiedliche Aussendurchmesser aufweisen.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch eine Heizquelle (13) zur Erwärmung des Metallbandes (2).
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zylindrische Körper eine Trommel (1) ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zylindrische Körper eine Walze (15) ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trommel (1) und die Anpresswalzen (8) jeweils einen drehfesten Träger (10), einen gegen diesen drehbaren Mantel (11) und mehrere in Achsrichtung nebeneinander angeordnete Stützelemente (9) mit individuell einstellbarer Stützkraft aufweist, um den Mantel abzustützen.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anpresswalze (8) eine durchbiegungskompensierte Walze ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Laufmantel (19) eine Aussenoberflächenschicht (25) aus faserverstärktem Kunststoff aufweist.
