Claims (3)
- Gegossener Zylinderkopf (1) einer mehrzylindrigen Brennkraftmaschine mit im Kühlwasserraum (9) angeordneten Gaswechselkanälen (14) und Kammern für Zündkerzen oder Einspritzdüsen und mit in der Zylinderkopfdecke (8) angeordneten Sacklochbohrungen (16) zur Aufnahme von Ventilspiel-Ausgleichselementen, wobei jede Sacklochbohrung (16) mit einem sich in Zylinderkopflängsrichtung (18) erstreckenden Längsölkanal (12) zur Druckölversorgung der Ventilspiel-Ausgleichselemente in Verbindung steht und daß ferner jede Sacklochbohrung (16) an ihrem unteren Ende mit einer Rücklauföffnung (19) zu einem Ölsammelraum (11) in Verbindung steht, und wobei die Sacklochbohrungen (16) und der Längsölkanal (12) durch Verteilerkanäle (17) verbunden sind, und wobei der Ölsammelraum (11) durch einen Gießkern (a) gebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Sacklochbohrungen (16), der Längsölkanal (12), die Verteilerkanäle (17) und die Rücklauföffnungen (19) ebenfalls durch Gießkerne (b, c, d) gebildet sind, die mit dem Gießkern (b) des Ölsammelraumes (11) zu einem einzigen Gießkern (a) ausgebildet sind. - Gegossener Zylinderkopf nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Zylinderkopf (1) einen Sekundärluftkanal (23) umfaßt, der durch ein Kernteilstück (e) des Gießkerns (a) ausgebildet ist. - Gegossener Zylinderkopf nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der durch das Kernteilstück (e) gebildete Sekundärluftkanal (23) sich in Zylinderkopflängsrichtung (18) zwischen den Gaswechselkanälen (14) und den Kammern in etwa mäanderförmig erstreckt und das Kernteilstück (e) jeweils zu den einzelnen Auslaßkanälen (14) abzweigende Verbindungsstücke (24) besitzt.
