Claims (15)
- Zylinderkopfanordnung einer Brennkraftmaschine,mit einem Gaswechselkanäle (7) und Ventilführungen (6) aufweisenden, auf einen Zylinderblock (1) aufgesetzten Grundgehäuse (2),mit einem auf das Grundgehäuse (2) aufgesetzten Tassenstößelgehäuse (3),mit einem Zylinderkopfdeckel (4), der die in zweiteiligen Lagerböcken (22, 37, 44) gelagerten Nockenwellen (43) überdeckt,wobei das Tassenstößelgehäuse (3) innerhalb eines durch Zylinderkopfdeckel (4) und Grundgehäuse (2) gebildeten Raumes angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Tassenstößelgehäuse (3) einstückig ausgebildet ist,daß die unteren Lagerbockhälften (22) im Grundgehäuse (2) integriert sind, und daß die oberen Lagerbockhälften (37) zumindest teilweise im Zylinderkopfdeckel (4) ausgebildet sind.
- Zylinderkopfanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die oberen Lagerbockhälften (37) mit der Außenwand des Zylinderkopfdeckels (4) und daß die unteren Lagerbockhälften (22) mit der Außenwand (10, 12) des Grundgehäuses (2) einstückig verbunden sind.
- Zylinderkopfanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsfläche zwischen Grundgehäuse (2) und Zylinderkopfdeckel (4) in einer Ebene (T-T) mit der Trennfläche der Lagerbockhälften (22, 37) liegt.
- Zylinderkopfanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschraubung zwischen Grundgehäuse (2) und Zylinderkopfdeckel (4) zumindest im Bereich des die Zylinderbohrungen (5) enthaltenen Grundblockes (8) durch die Verschraubung (23) der Lagerbockhälften (22, 37) erfolgt.
- Zylinderkopfanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschraubung zwischen Grundgehäuse (2) und Zylinderblock (1) durch vier Zylinderschrauben (21) je Zylinder erfolgt, die in einer Rechteckanordnung jeweils die Zylinderbohrung (5) umfassen.
- Zylinderkopfanordnung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils zwischen den benachbarten Zylinderschrauben (21) der nebeneinanderliegenden Zylinderbohrungen (5) ein Lagerbock (22, 37) angeordnet ist.
- Zylinderkopfanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einer Stirnseite der Zylinderkopfanordnung ein Kettenkasten (9) angeordnet ist, in dessen Bereich die Nockenwellen (43) durch jeweils einen Einzellagerbock (22, 44) gelagert sind.
- Zylinderkopfanordnung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterseite des Einzellagerbockes durch eine im Grundgehäuse integrierte untere Lagerbockhälfte (22) gebildet ist, auf die ein separates Lagerbockoberteil (44) aufgesetzt ist.
- Zylinderkopfanordnung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Axiallagerung der Nockenwelle (43) durch den Einzellagerbock (22, 44) erfolgt.
- Zylinderkopfanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der dem Kettenkasten (9) gegenüberliegenden Stirnseite (11) der Zylinderkopfanordnung eine mit der Nockenwelle (43) fluchtende Bohrung (45) ausgebildet ist.
- Zylinderkopfanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Trennebene (T-T) zwischen Grundgehäuse (2) und Tassenstößelgehäuse (4) in diesen gegossene Ölkanäle (17, 18, 19, 31, 33, 35) verlaufen.
- Zylinderkopfanordnung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über die gegossenen Ölkanäle die Schmierölversorgung der Tassenstößelführungen (28) erfolgt.
- Zylinderkopfanordnung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schmierölversorgung der Nockenwelle (43) über die gegossenen Ölkanäle in der Trennebene (T-T) und über gebohrte Ölkanäle zu einem Lagerbock (22, 37) erfolgt.
- Zylinderkopfanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ventilführungen (6) und die Tassenstößelführungen (28) einen in die Zylinderbohrung (5) mündenden Schacht (15) umfassen, daß dieser Schacht durch eine Hülse (40) verlängert und abgedichtet ist, die zwischen Tassenstößelgehäuse (3) und Zylinderkopfdeckel (4) eingesetzt ist.
- Zylinderkopfanordnung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tassenstößelgehäuse (3) einen den Schacht (15) umfassenden ringförmigen Fortsatz (31) aufweist, in den die Hülse (40) eingesteckt und durch einen Dichtungsring (41) festgehalten und abgedichtet wird.
