Claims (8)
- Verbundprofil (1) für Rahmen von Fenstern, Türen, Fassadenelementen und dgl. aus zwei Metallprofilteilen (2, 3) und wenigstens einem diese Metallprofilteile miteinander verbindenden Isoliersteg (4, 5) aus Kunststoff, der mit seinen Enden in entsprechenden Nuten (7) der Metallprofilteile gehalten ist, wobei der den Isoliersteg bildende Kunststoff mit einem Faserverbundskelett (11) aus hitzebeständigen Fasern kombiniert ist, und das Faserverbundskelett form- und/oder kraftschlüssig derart in den Nuten der Metallprofilteile verankert ist, daß es auch bei degeneriertem Kunststoff des Isolierstegs einen Zusammenhalt der Metallprofilteile sicherstellt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Faserverbundskelett (11) wenigstens ein Band (14) ist, welches aus hitzebeständigen Fasern besteht und verdickte Randabschnitte (13) ausbildet, wobei die Randabschnitte in den Nuten (7) der Metallprofilteile (2, 3) formschlüssig verankert sind. - Verbundprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Faserverbundskelett (11) ein Gewebe, ein Geflecht, ein Gewirk oder ein Gestrick ist.
- Verbundprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hitzebeständigen Fasern des Faserverbundskeletts Glasfasern, Kohlenstoffasern oder Fasern aus hitzebeständigem Kunststoff, insbesondere Aramidfasern oder Naturfasern, insbesondere Asbest- oder Hanf fasern sind.
- Verbundprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Faserverbundskelett (11) in den Kunststoff des Isolierstegs (4, 5) eingebettet ist.
- Verbundprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Faserverbundskelett (11) wenigstens zum Teil an der Außenseite des Isoliersteges (4, 5) angeordnet ist.
- Verbundprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kunststoff des Isolierstegs (4, 5) zusätzlich zu dem Band (14) noch lose Verstärkungsfasern, insbesondere Glas- oder Kohlenstoffasern enthält.
- Verbundprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kunststoff des Isolierstegs (4, 5) zusätzlich zu dem Band (14) noch Flammschutzmittel enthält.
- Verbundprofil nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeich-gekennzeichnet, daß als Flammschutzmittel in den Kunststoff des Isoliersteges (4, 5) Antimontrioxid, Aluminiumhydroxid, Natriumsilikat, chlor-, brom-, phosphorhaltige organische Verbindungen, mikrofasrige Dawsonite und/oder Treibmittel, insbesondere Azodicarbonamid, und/oder Blähstoffe, insbesondere treibmittelhaltige Mikrohohlkugeln aus Silikat, Polypropylen oder Polyäthylen beigemischt sind.
