Abstract

L'invention concerne un montant d'ouvrant (1) s'étendant le long d'un bord de l'ouvrant en étant formé de deux demi-coques (2) et présentant une première ouverture solidarisée de manière amovible avec un dormant (10) et une seconde ouverture recevant un élément supporté (11), les deux demi-coques (2) définissant au moins entre elles un espace interne (3, 5, 6) recevant au moins une traverse (7, 8) s'étendant perpendiculairement aux deux demi-coques (2) et formant une barrette à rupture de pont thermique. Le montant d'ouvrant (1) comprend également au moins une pièce de renfort (19) en un matériau composite non conducteur thermique sous forme de fibres, tresses ou bandes noyées dans un matériau thermodurcissable, la pièce de renfort (19) s'étendant dans ledit au moins un espace interne (3, 5, 6) et étant solidaire des deux demi-coques (2). L'invention concerne aussi un ouvrant et un procédé de fabrication d'un tel ouvrant.
